| Since Seth is recently free, you ca declare interest in him, however as others also want him what we do in get everyone who wants him to send the admins a test promo for him within 48hours and who we judge if the best Seth will get him.
You can have Sami Zayn regardless though, and still go for Seth if you choose. | |
