XWL Redemption: 7/24/2011 - 7/31/2011

***As the commercial break continues an old Kurt Angle advert airs, as the commercial begin, Kurt Angle with a full head of hair, is seen in tracksuit pants, and his wrestling singlet with his gold medals swinging from his neck walking into a hotel lobby***



Kurt Angle: Oh, hi, I didn't see you there, I'm Olympic Gold Medallist Kurt Angle, and I'm here at the IRN BRO island holiday resort, now many of you may think that I aided my training for the Olympics by saying my prayers and eating my vitamins, followed by a big jug of milk everyday, and it's true, I did all of that, but what you people don't know is I used a secret weapon.

***As a new shot begins Kurt is seen receiving his room key from the front desk, before walking off***

IRN BRU contains ingredients that help your bones recover faster and stronger then ever before, which was perfect for yours truly as I battled great odds no man has ever faced, and I'm proud to say I beat those odds thanks to IRN BRU.

***Angle takes a sip of his drink***

***Kurt now back inside, places the empty glass on the bar***

***Kurt takes a glass of IRN BRU away from a small chubby child and begins to walk to the lift, as thirsty hotel guest begin to eye the glass of IRN BRU***

***As the voice over finishes and the commercial ends, XWL returns with Kurt Angle watching on the screen in the interview area with Mark Lloyd, as the crowd cheer for Kurt Angle***



Kurt Angle: I can't believe they just aired that commercial. It's like eleven years old, you know Mark IRN BRU got me through some pretty hard times.

Mark Lloyd: Well Kurt, IRN BRU is a great drink, it's helped a lot of people in a lot of difficult times.

Kurt Angle: You can say that again Mark, and speaking of difficult times, what could be more difficult for Mr. Anderson Anderson tonight? He has to go one on one with me, Kurt Angle, in his first match in XWL, that's no easy feat in itself, and I hate to break it to him, but I don't think IRN BRU could even help him out, but it will help recover after I give him the ass kicking of a life time, and I make his sorry ass tap out. And you know that's true.

***Kurt nods in approval, and Mark starts talking***

Mark Lloyd: Don't you think ring rust could pay a factor though Kurt, you haven't competed in two weeks.

***Kurt holds his chin as he contemplation for a second or two before answering***

Kurt Angle: You know what Mark, for anybody else, I'd say it could play a part, but honestly, Kurt Angle isn't just anybody. I'm an Olympic Gold Medallist, I'm ready for anything, and I'm feeling as sharp as ever. And even if it played a factor, Anderson would be suffering way way worse, after all he said it himself, all he's been doing for a long long time, is sitting around doing nothing. And after I'm done with him, that's exactly what he'll be, nothing.



Mark Lloyd: And what about next week, where you will face none other than Chris Jericho in a King of the Ring qualifier match?

Kurt Angle: Well Chris is a heck of the wrestler, but he's not Kurt Angle, there's only one Kurt Angle. And Chris has achieved all of these things in XWL, he's a multiple time XWL World champion, but he's still got a huge chip on his shoulder about how he's the only one who deserves a title shot, well I've got news for you pal. Nobody wants to see the same guys fighting over the title week after week after week. We've all had enough of the Alberto Del Rio's, the Chris Jericho's and the Sheamus's getting all the title shots they like. What the people want is some change, what the people want is someone who for some reason hasn't got a title shot yet, to be given the chance, what the fans want is to be yours truly Kurt Angle to get what he deserves. If anyone deserves a title shot around here, it's Kurt Angle, I don't care if it's my United States championship or the World championship. Kurt Angle is an Olympic Gold medallist, and it's about time I added some more gold to the collection.

Mark Lloyd: But what about your match next week? Aren't you worried that Chris Jericho could beat you next week?



Kurt Angle: Why would I be worried? All I see when I look at Chris Jericho is an endless list of people he's defeated a long long time ago, I beat The Rock and I beat Austin in one night, I'm a multi-time XWL champion. I beat Jeff Hardy faster then CM Punk, I'm going to beat MVP and Batista, I beat Ted Dibiase, and the list goes on, but there's one man he hasn't beat yet. And that's me, Kurt Angle. And after next week that record will still be very much intact. Now let's talk about my records, most importantly the next record to be added to XWL folklore, the King of the Ring, and come Supremacy, well all hail King Angle. And that my friend is damn true.

***The crowd cheer as Kurt finishes speaking, he walks out of the interview area as Redemption continues***

*We cut back to ringside and see that Sting is in the ring, with a microphone in his hand*

{Sting}
Well.. tonight I've got a match against the supposed 'Deadman', The Undertaker.. but, what I don't understand is... why is this match now? This match deserves to be at ..Final Stand, or even Supremacy.. the match is PPV standard. We all know who is going to come out on top in this match though...

{Cole}
...The Undertaker?

{Styles}
Quiet Cole, let him speak!

{Sting}
and his name.. is Sting. That's right, me. You see... at Supremacy, I will invade the fun and games.. I will take down both Kevin Steen and The Miz and be even closer to having gold around my waist. I'm immortal, you know. Week after week, I keep coming back.. again and again.. and I can't be stopped.. I'm an unstoppable force. None of Cole's unfunny, nonsensical jokes will get in my way.. people like him are the scum of this earth, you see. I am an Icon, to millions at home, and everyone in attendance here tonight. I'm a multi-time world champion, that's a fact. Out of everyone who has ever stepped in this ring.. it must be said, I'm the best. Think of a wrestler... any wrestler. Ask yourself... has Sting beaten them before? I almost guarantee you, the answer will be yes. The only reason it would not be yes, would be because I've never had a match with them. Anyone in this arena now.. in the audience.. if you want to face off against me, right now.. in this ring, raise your hand.

*No response from the crowd*

{Sting}
..I'm not surprised. Hillbillies can't wrestle, anyway.

*There is a loud heckling from the crowd, and the arena erupts with boos*

{Sting}

That's exactly my point. Have you looked at the roster? It's full of fools. There's that crazy ginger, ermm... Slater, right? There's the deaf redneck one that you all seem to worship... Steve Austin? The overrated star of yesteryear, Hulk Hogan... The overrated star of today, John Cena. And then, there's Undertaker. Who, tonight, is my opponent. He is one of the few stars in this business that I like. He has passion.. he knows what he has to do to get to places round here.. he has style, he's been in this business for even longer than I.. and that's a hard record to beat, he's one of the few that have surpassed me, though, I respect him for that. We're pretty alike you know. He's like.. the younger brother that I've never met and never wanted. Okay, jokes aside.. I just came out here to say that, Undertaker, I do respect you and I want you to know that. I don't care if the fans hate me.. I don't care about them at all. I just want this match. I would rather it at Final Stand, or some other PPV.. but as long as we get this match.. then that's okay with me..

{Styles}
This is a new side to Sting.. it's... different

{Cole}
Well of course it's different, you tool! It wouldn't be the same as before if it's new!

{Sting}
..Oh, and one last note.. I was lying.. it's actually hilarious, as all you maggots believed every word I said just then.. you think I respect him? Of course I don't! Not at all! I don't respect ANYONE in the business, no one on this Earth. The only person I respect.. is myself. All it is is that you just want to be me. After tonight, Undertaker, you won't be able to stand for a long while, my Scorpion Deathlock hurts more than you'd think, it'll snap your legs in half, I'm not even joking. The many victims of the submission know how much it hurts, and so many famous faces have tapped out to the move.. it's effective, believe me now.

*Sting drops his mic to the mat and leaves ringside, with a evil smile on his face*

*Dolph Ziggler's theme hits and the crowd boos him as he walks out from the back with a mic in hand.*

*Ziggler stops at the top of the stage and looks around the crowd as he raises the mic and begins to speak.*



[Dolph Ziggler]
"It seems as if it's been a while sense I came out here and graced you all with my presence, so I figured I would take time out of my busy schedule to reintroduce myself to all of you. My name is Dolph Ziggler, a former XWL Intercontinental Champion and without a doubt, XWL's Greatest Intercontinental Champion. Why do I consider myself the greatest? Tell me, what other champion went undefeated for four months and in that period won the title. Wade Barrett could possibly the only other man to do that but that doesn't matter because Barrett isn't in XWL anymore. There's also Shawn Michaels but I think of him as a over-rated man who's time past years ago so let's throw him out of the picture as well."

*Ziggler pauses for a second.*

"Now speaking of the Intercontinental Championship, I know most of you would like to see me as a champion again. Sadly, I can't go for the Intercontinental again, so I guess you'll just have to settle with Dolph Ziggler as soon to be United States Champion. Supremacy won't be the place I once again prove why I'm perfection because apparently Kevin Steen is guaranteed a title match at that Pay-Per-View. Honestly, no one wants to see him wrestle for the title but we'll just have deal with it I guess... "

"But come Eye For An Eye, that title is mine and this time when I win the title. It will be on my own because a long time ago I realized that I don't need Evan Bourne to be my partner here in XWL. All I need is myself and even if Evan did come crawling back to me I still wouldn't team with him because look at him now. He was his best when he was teaming with me and now, where is he? I know for sure I haven't seen him in who knows how long."



"Now Truth, I hope you understand that you have no chance of defeating me here tonight because it's a proven fact that I have more talent in my index finger then you don in your whole body. Even when I was in high school, I was better then every because I hold the school record for most pins in a career with 82. Truth, can you say that you were the best in your school, or are you a High School drop out?"

*Dolph Ziggler lets out a little chuckle.*

"Well, I can't say it's just you because if you compare me to everyone backstage and in this arena tonight, it's obvious that I'm better then all of you because I'm Dolph Ziggler and I am... Perfection."

*Ziggler drops the mic and rolls into the ring. He takes off his jacket as the ref calls for the bell.*

We cut back stage

[Josh Matthews]Ladies and Gentlemen I have here with me Kofi Kingston.
So kofi you have a match tonight against Roderick Strong. Do you have any thoughts on this match?



[Kofi]
Well Josh, I’ve seen a lot of strong matches and I think he is going to be
tough to beat. I think really the only thing I’m going to have to do is stay focused
and do everything I can to win. Even if I have to put my own body on the line and take it to my full potential.

[Josh Matthews]
Kofi you also are going to be in King of the Ring. Your first match in
that is against Justin Gabriel. Do you have any thoughts on how that is going to play out?



[Kofi]
Not really Josh, the only thing that’s going to be happening in the
King of the Ring is first I’m going to take out Justin Gabriel and then I will take
out any other superstar that will be standing in my way for the ranking King of the ring.

[Josh Matthews ]
So what your saying is your going to win king of the ring right.

[Kofi]
Yup you’ve got that josh.

[Josh Matthews ]
But Kofi might I add you’ve been losing a lot of matches and Justin has
been winning his matches.

[Kofi ]
Hold on, hold on, hold on! Even though I have lost every match I have been
in, I know that im going to have my first win against him.

[Josh Matthews]
So your sounding really confident bout this kofi. But what me and everyone
else knows is that being confident will turn around and bite you on the ass.




[Kofi ]
Yes josh I do know this and it will not happen to me. Now I gotta go and
get ready for my match.

[Josh Matthews]
Well you heard it here folks, Kofi will meet Roderick Strong in a
match tonight and the he will meet Justin Gabriel next week
on Redemption.


[Michael Cole ]
King of the Ring is going to be very exciting, wouldn’t you say Joey?

[Joey Styles ]
Yes is it going to be exciting with the matches that we have coming,
especially Kofi Kingston VS. Justing Gabriel.



[Michael Cole]
I don’t think that is going to be very exciting, Kofi has been loosing
all of his matches Joey. I don’t think he has what it takes to
beat the almighty Gabriel.



[Joey Styles]
Maybe you’re right Cole but Kofi can always bust out with something
amazing at the end of every match just to wow the crowd even though
he looses. I think he stands a great chance of beating Justin Gabriel.

[Michael Cole]
I guess we will find out what happens between those two next week and everyone else that’s in King of the Ring.

*The camera zooms in on a door that reads “XWL Locker-room” It focuses on that door for a few seconds until The Miz is shown leaning on a wall against it. Proudly wearing his United States Title on his right shoulder, the fans instantly boo at the sight of Miz and he smirks. He has a microphone in his hand and waits a few seconds to speak.*

Michael Cole- Yes Yes Yes! The ratings go up as we speak!

*Michael Cole is seen taking out a bag of popcorn as Miz is shown on the titantron.*



The Miz- When I first came to XWL, nobody respected me. As I stand outside this common XWL locker-room it makes me feel so proud, it reminds me of when I first got here. As I've mentioned before I was told I had to earn the respect of the men in that locker-room to be able to get changed with them. But oh how the tides have turned, you see over the past few months I've really grown as an XWL Superstar. Not just any XWL Superstar though, I'm above them. I don't need them, I'm a lone wolf and that's just the way I like it. Because I don't need to share my spotlight with anyone.

Joey Styles- I've never seen The Miz this confident, he may have the United States Title but he still has a long way to go.

Michael Cole- Shhhhh!

*Cole munches on his popcorn as Miz continues to speak.*



The Miz- When I look at this locker-room I think of how it's filled with people who aspire to have what I have. I don't fly in the normal seats with common people like all of you in the arena, I fly first class. I don't get in a coach with all of “the boys” I rent out my own car, I don't need to assosiate myself with all of those losers because I have my very on V.I.P locker-room. I'm in a class of my own, I'm an XWL Champion!! I made it, I MADE IT. And the thing that I love about it so much is I did it without all of them in the locker-room, I did it without anyone elses help! I broke out on my own..

*Miz then turns away and walks off, the camera is in front of him as he begins to talk whilst walking down a hallway.*

Michael Cole- I hope Miz comes out here!



The Miz- I tried my best to get you to like me, I'm an honest person, a workhorse. What isn't there to like about me? But because of the mere fact that I was on a Reality TV Show made you all hate me, nobody could stand me. Everyone just wanted me gone because “I didn't deserve it!” But your hatred did more good for me. I use that hatred, I thrive on your boo's, ripping up fans signs gives me great joy! All of that negetivity, I used it as fuel. To ignite my wrath on the wrestling world! It made me into the person I am today, I know I may not have been ready when I joined XWL but it was sink or swim.. And I swam.



The Miz- So look at me now! It really shows how much hard work and dedication pays off for someone deserving like me, after numerous attempts at gaining a title in XWL I have finally done it. Here I stand the United States Champion, finally.. Finally you people have a champion you can really believe in! Justin Gabriel was nothing more than a placeholder who was just minding the belt until I won it. He'll most likely go on to fail at winning King of the Ring, and for the record. I'm not in King of the Ring, management asked me if I wanted to take part but I declined. You know why? I declined because I don't need King of the Ring, I'm making my own legacy! I don't need a crown to make myself look like the real deal because I already am. So you sixteen competitors in that tournament scramble for attention all you want but the matter of fact is you are no Miz.

Joey Styles- Oh come on now! I don't think Miz would be able to beat the likes of CM Punk and Evan Bourne.

Michael Cole- Please Joey, Miz is doing them a favour by not being in that tournament. He's giving other superstars a chance, he's so generous!

*Miz walks through the hall until he reaches the end, and walks towards a curtain.*



The Miz- And speaking of people who will never be as good as me.. Kevin Steen, ladies and gentlemen!

*He walks through the curtain to reveal he's making his way out into the arena, he makes his way to the side entrance and begins to clap. Michael Cole stands up and claps too.*

Michael Cole- Come on people! Clap for the next victim of The Miz!



The Miz- Kevin Steen is the man who has earned the right to face me for the United States Title at Supremacy. When he retired one of your little hero's, AJ Styles. But I can't believe you numbskulls actually voted that his match is a contendership match for my title! I mean, REALLY?!



The Miz- The same Kevin Steen who piledrived AJ Styles off the stage onto multiple tables, nearly breaking his neck.. Really? Vickie Guerrero, I hope you're watching because this man shouldn't be in XWL, he should be in a mental asylum. Kevin Steen doesn't deserve to be in this company, he's sick minded!



The Miz- If it was up to me, Kevin Steen would be fired on the spot! When it comes to a person like Kevin, you just don't know what he'll do next. He could go after my friends and my family or even deeper into personal things, he's not like any other individual. That's for sure. But it's because people like him are jealous of me! I'd rather be hated for who I really am than loved for being something I'm not.



The Miz- Stepping through these ropes and entering this ring, my ring. I feel at home, but knowing that I'll eventually have to face someone like Kevin Steen. Who isn't just a wrestler, he's a mad man. It makes me feel uncomfortable, now I know this might be unfair because he managed to win a match but I would like it if Vickie Guerrero stripped Kevin Steen of his contendership.



The Miz- No No, wait. Hear me out first, let me explain. When you have such a top caliber athlete like me, the face of XWL. And you try to put a person like Kevin Steen against me, you're ruining the stock, the ratings go down and down! They don't want to see Kevin Steen try attack me with a fork or piledrive me through a table, they want to see a wrestling match. Vickie, you need to do this for my own good and my own well being. You know it's the right way to go, these mistakes in the crowd should have had no control over stipulations for Digital Decision! As a matter of fact, you better believe me when I say this. Vickie, I hereby refuse to face Kevin Steen in any sort of match. I'm not doing this because I want to keep my title, trust me, I'm willing to defend this title against anyone at anytime. Just not Kevin Steen, I'm here to wrestle, I'm an XWL superstar. Not some ultraviolent overweight independant good for nothing who swears like their life depends on it!

Joey Styles- Really Miz? These fans voted you into your United States title match and this is how you repay them?

Michael Cole- No way Miz should face Steen, he is a brute damnit!

*Miz then proudly raises his title in the air, and in a determined voice he says.*



The Miz- I stand here before you your United States Champion, you will respect me. Because I'm The Miz! And I'mmmmm...



*Suddenly the theme song of Kevin Steen hits as the fans boo the man who retired AJ Styles. Miz looks disgusted as he stands in the ring.*



*A few moments pass and there is no sign of Kevin Steen, the fans are still booing, Miz is pacing around the ring getting annoyed that he was interrupted. He goes to lift the mic to finish what he was about to say when suddenly there is a loud reaction from a section of fans. Kevin Steen is seen running towards ringside. Steen has jumped over the guard rail, Miz turns as he realises something is up, He sees a crazed Steen about to slide into the ring. Miz runs and slides out the opposite side of the ring and starts walking up the ramp with a look of fear on his face. Steen never fully slid in so goes back to the outside where he grabs a microphone. He goes to enter the ring and notices he is receiving some abuse from Michael Cole. Steen walks over to Cole, Steen gets right in his face.

Cole is looking a bit scared now and slowly sits back down to his chair. A sinister smiles comes across Steen's face and he just pats Cole on the head, like he is some child. He looks at Styles and pretends to go for a backhand to his face making Styles flinch, which causes Steen to laugh. Steen grabs Joey's Irn Bru and drinks a bit and then drops the can on the floor.

Steen climbs into the ring and Miz is still on the ramp looking on in disgusted. Steen is in the middle of the ring with a mic. Miz goes to lift his mic to say something, but is shot down by Steen.*



Kevin Steen- Don't say another word you little bastard. Before I say anything lets just get the formalities out the way. Hi I am Kevin Steen and I am the Number One Contender for that belt you have thrown over your shoulder, I am indeed, a sick, twisted, insane son of a bitch. I also like to swear and if you want to censor me Miz come down to this ring and try you little fuck stain. You come out here with your custom made shit and you think you really look smart?Really?Really? Oh sorry did I just use one of your catchphrases?Guess what?I couldn't give two fucks about that.



Kevin Steen- I want one thing and that is that belt, Miz I don't like you, but at this present moment I don't hate you, I don't despise you. The last person who I did despise and hate was AJ and well look where he is now, at the unemployment line, maybe even whoring out his wife to crackheads. AJ has gone and that is something I intended from the start. So now he is out my way I intend to do what I set out to do from the start, that is to cause chaos and destruction on my way to gain titles. Vickie would not dare come out and strip me from having my title shot, I mean I have earned it and I will get my shot and if she did, do you think you I would be standing here having a nice little chat?Not a fuckin chance, I would fuck this place up.



Kevin Steen- Mikey Miz, I am actually in a pleasent mood today, but you caused me to get a bit pissed off if I'm going to be honest. Overweight me?? Really? Just some Independant good for nothing?You say you want a wrestling match and you say I cannot do this as I'm so mad man. Well this what pisses me off, I can, I will wrestle you. So Mikey try to keep that mouth of yours shut as I will give you a wrestling match, but if you intend on pissing me off I will do the exact same thing I did to AJ. Oh and Miz you might want to give your new V.I.P dressing a bit of cleaning, because the john was V.I.P for comfort but not for flushing, it got a little bit blocked and well I let you figure out the rest.



*Steen drops the mic and starts chuckling to himself as he leaves the ring. Steen is still getting the same reaction from the crowd as they boo and jeer him. One fan is wearing an El Generico mask and starts shouting Ole,Ole,Ole,Ole,OLE,OLE!! Steen walks up to him and just looks at him with a smile on his face. He then just turns and leaves but the fan has started the OLE chant which is being started by a large section in attendance, This starts to annoy Steen, but he walks off quickly and we cut to commercials.*

A graphic featuring the World Heavyweight Champion The Rock is shown on the Redemption titantron advertising that The Rock will in fact be here tonight fresh of his first ever title defence.



Styles: That's great! The Rock has chosen to come to Redemption for his first show after Digital Decision, if i'm not mistaken this is the first time The Peoples Champ has been here live for Redemption! I can't wait!

Cole: For crying out loud! That's all we need on this show! It's bad enough that he has to show up via sataliette most weeks but now he thinks he can just waltz away from Breakdown and appear here whenever he wants?!

Styles: Well.....um.....yeah? That is one of the perks of being the World Champion, you can appear on whatever show you like. Right now we are gonna go backstage with Jonathan Coachman who is standing by outside The Rocks locker room.

Cole: What!? Coach!? Another deadbeat past his prime, I hope him and The Rock run away together back to Breakdown!

During Coles rant the camera does indeed cut backstage to where Coach is waiting....



The crowd remain quite for a while unsure of wether The Rock is even in the building and after a minute of silence the door opens and the crowd erupts into a series of "Rocky" chants for the peoples champion....




The Rock: Hey! If it isn't The Rocks old buddy the Coach! How you been since The Rock last saw you? It was the draft show, right? If The Rock isn't mistaken.

Coach: Yeah Rock, in fact if I recall correctly you embarrassed me infront of the entire crowd......

Coach mulls it over for a couple of seconds before cracking a huge smile

*McIntyre's Theme hits as Drew celebrates winning his King of the Ring Match before we go to a quick commercial break.*




*Styles and Cole are discussing the outcome of the match as we return to Redemption

Welcome back ladies and gentleman to Redemption! Just before the commercial break Drew McIntyre defeated Big Ezekiel Jackson in Redemption's very first King of the Ring match!

{Cole}
This means that in order to advance, Drew McIntyre will have to defeat either Triple H or CM Punk!!

{Styles}
Regardless if it's Punk or Triple H, McIntyre is going to have a tough challenge ahead of him if he plans on becoming the King of the Ring!!! I bet that McIntyre will be watching CM Punk and The Game's match up very closely trying to find a weakness to exploit.

{Cole}
He better hope that The Cerebral Assassin somehow pulls off the win, because CM Punk is the last man that he would want to face. As a matter of fact Punk might just be my new pick to represent Redemption in the final match! I may not agree with all of his point of views, but I know talent when I see it. After all anyone who has the rocks to stand up to The Rock a winner in my book! Punk can talk the talk and walk the walk, I won't be surprised if Punk walks all over the competition!

{Styles}
Punk is defiantly one of the better competitors in the King of the Ring, but I got my money on Justin Gabriel. He might have lost his U.S. Title at Digital Decision but I bet that will only fuel him towards victory against Kofi Kingston. And I won't be surprised if Evan Bourne is the man representing Breakdown. Gabriel versus Bourne, four fifty Splash versus Air Bourne. That match up sends shivers down my spine!!

{Cole}
Ha! Too bad Gabriel will be too busy sleeping after Punk hits the Go to Sleep and advances all the way to face the man who will represent Breakdown!

*Derrick Bateman enters drawing a small cheer from the fans who know Bateman from XWL's Developmental System*

Well unlike you I actually do my job and follow XWL's farm system so that I don't look as clueless as you do all the time! That's Derrick Bateman, he was a fan favorite in XWL's farm system known for his sense of humor and charismatic personality. I personally think that he's just a goofy, untalented, annoyance who doesn't deserve to be here!

Well if you don't like him he must be doing something right!!!

*Bateman walks down the ramp giving out high fives to the fans left and right before climbing up the steps and entering the ring. He requests a mic and begins to speak*

I spent my days saving lives, but here in the XWL I'm here to end them. I'm a bad dude looking for a good time here on Redemption. I am the Master of Shenanigans... And speaking of catchers mitts, I was talking to Ziggles backstage and he was telling me how much he hated the Braves! He said that they have no chance of beating the Phillies for the pennant!! Ziggler may have his sight set on the U.S. title but I bleed Red, White, and Blue. I'm the most patriotic man in the XWL, I'm all about Chicks and America!! My face should be next to Honest Abe's on Mount Rushmore. That way I could look down at all of you just like I will be looking down at Ziggler before I pin him for the 1, 2, 3 on my quest to becoming the U.S. Champ.... Dolph may think that he was the best I.C. Champion, but reality is, if I were in the XWL when he was champion I would break his four month losing streak right in half, and the I.C. title would still be resting on my shoulders today... Ziggler's only opportunity at success was when he was tagging with Evan Bourne, but now Bourne has gone on to become a World Champion Contender where as Ziggler has become a, as they call it in baseball "left bench" contender... Ziggler may have been able to defeat R-Truth, but tonight I'm going to show him and all of you wonderful fans "what's up". As you all know I'm not in the King of the Ring...



*The crowd begins to boo*

I know right!!! But don't worry because tonight I will be hosting my very own King of the Ring!!!! That's right I will be facing local competition in Derrick Bateman's King of the Ring!! In order to win XWL's King of the Ring you need to defeat four other superstars. So I will face three men representing Redemption, and since I am a Cadillac of a Man, later tonight I'll face three more representing Breakdown... So without further ado, let me introduce to you, the Crown of Derrick Bateman's King of the Ring!!!



*A referee enters with a red, white, and blue crown. He jogs down the ramp and slides into the ring. He holds the crown above his head as the first challenger enters....*



*A rather chubby bald man enters in Kurt Angle's attire. He has a large gold medal around his neck with the words "I Suck" engraved on it. The crowd laughs and chants "You Suck" as the man slides into the ring and the ref signals for the match to start. Bateman dodges a punch and kicks the man in the gut. He then hits a Neckbreaker and goes for the pin...1...2 Kick out!
Bateman quickly grabs the man by his head and lifts him up. He gets him in position for his finisher "Man-Tastic" and hits it. He goes for the pin..1..2...3!!!...*



*A man painted and dressed up to look like William Wallace enters. He runs into the ring but is quickly hit with a big boot. Bateman hooks on the Label Lock and the man taps...*



*The Corre theme hits but nothing happens. Bateman smirks, grabs a mic and speaks.*

Ohhh, that's right. The Corre is no more, Wade's busy nursing his ego and body from his loss to Randy Orton and Justin Gabriel was too ashamed to show his face here tonight after his loss to The Miz... suuuree Gabriel did a great job hiding his shame tonight in his interview, but is he here tonight? No.. He blamed all of you, the greatest fans in the history of history for his loss. He claims that Redemption is nothing without him, but I know, he knows, and you all know that those words were as untrue as someone saying that Dolph Ziggler has talent!!!!



*The ref finishes counting to ten signaling the third man counted out, and holds up Bateman's hand in victory.*

Later tonight I will face three more competitors on my way to becoming the real King of the Ring!!!

{Cole}
God, I hope we don't have to endure watching another one of his antics.

*We go to commercial as Bateman climbs the turnbuckle raising his arms in victory*

The camera cuts from Sabin celebrating his win over Edge to a graphic of The Peoples Champion, The Rock....



Styles: Next up we have The Rock here live to speak to the audience, right after this video package, detailing The Great Ones career!

Cole: Yeah that's all we need, more of this jackass!

Redemption cuts to the video during Coles rambling doing everyone watching a favour....



Redemption returns from the video to the backstage area where The Rock is seen with his guitar and a mic round his ear......



The Rock: Hey! Redemption! What's up, it's your boy The Rock! The Rock was sitting backstage after his interview with that frilly little monkey fart the Coach and The Rock found his old guitar! So let The Rock ask you one question? Just one question? Are you people ready, for the most entertaining night in the history of XWL?! Rock in concert three! The show, of a lifetime and it's happening right now.......that is of course, if the people wanna see it?

The crowd give a resounding cheer through the arena and fresh 'Rocky' chants ring in the air......



The Rock: Nah nah nah nah nah, no way, The Rock doesn't think you people heard him correctly! Rock in concert 3! Live! Tonight on Redemption! Are you people ready!?

The cheers multiply by roughly a hundred as The Rock gets his answer, he lets out a laugh before speaking again....



The Rock: Yeah! That is more like it! Now The Rock is gonna come out there and show the people how we celebrate a title defence, Rock style!



Cole: You have got to be kidding me? The face of this company, the man who holds our biggest prize.....is actually gonna come out to this ring and sing?! I hope whoever it is he faces at Supremacy takes that title from this joke of a man.

Styles: Will you please lighten up for once? The Rock is just trying to have some fun, i'd love to see you say this stuff to his face because he has proven time and time again that he can bring it!

Cole: Enough of the jokes Joey, it isn't my job to go in there and shut The Rock up, my job is to sit here and be the voice of Redemption, NO! The voice of XWL!

Before Styles can return fire The Rocks theme hits and the crowd drown out their senseless arguments....



The Rock walks out onto the stage guitar in hand with a massive smile, happy coming off his Digital Decision win..



The Rock: Hey! Sound guy, Steve, can you hear The Rock? Cut The Rocks music! Cut it off!

Two seconds pass and The Rocks music stops playing, The Rock smiles and begins to talk again...

The Rock: That's much better! Now you can all hear The Rock and that's what tonight is all about! We are all here to make beautiful music together so here's what we're gonna do! The Rock is gonna sing his own entrance theme tonight!

The Rock starts to strum Eye of the tiger on his guitar with a smile on his face that could rival the grand canyon in size...

Rising up, back in the ring
Did his time, took his chances
Went the distance now Rocks back on his feet
Just a man and his will to elecrify!

So many times a man changes paths
He trades his passion for glory
Rock lost his grip and his dreams of the past

The Rock passes the crowd as the all reach out to grab him and shake his hand, he obliges for a moment before walking round to the announce table...

Cole: It's me Rock! I'm a better singer than you'll ever be! I got asked to open for Justin Beiber just last month but I was so busy I couldn't make it! Offers flying in left right and center!

The Rock: Can everybody hear this two dollar haircut, fudge packing transsexual? He is actually claiming to be a better singer than The Rock! Ok, The Rock will try everything once, he will try anything once, even play monopoly with Ted Dibiase but that's a different story for a different night. So right here tonight, in HOTLANTA! The Rock is gonna give you a chance Cole, show The Rock what you got....

Cole: You want me to sing? I'm a broadcast journalist! I don't have time to waste with your silly games! I have a show to call!

The Rock: Well just a second ago you were claiming to be the best damn thing since sliced bread so here's whats gonna happen, you might call the show but The Rock calls the shots! You can either call the rest of the show from a hospital bed when The Rock drives this guitar so far up your anus that you'll be able to floss your teeth with the A string! Or, you can sing right now for all of the world!



Reluctantly Cole stands up, the entire crowd are laughing at him now as he takes off his headset and grabs a mic like a scared lamb being led to the slaughter...

Cole slowly climbs down from the table embarrassed and put his shirt back on, almost crying as the crowd are in stitches with laughter

The Rock: Sweet Jesus The Rock hopes he never has to witness anything so horrifying again in all his life! The Rock is gonna have nightmares tonight Cole! Are you happy!.....Anyway, as The Rock was saying there's someone here tonight who is a good friend of The Rocks, PLUS, she can actually sing, isn't that right sugar!

The Rock stops next to Lilian Garcia who laughs, her face going bright red, she's completely overtaken by The Rocks charm...

The Rock: It's ok Lilian, The Rock isn't gonna bite, he's seen how you look at him, The Rock knows you want nothing more than a night, with the Brahma Bull! Well go ahead......Touch it!

The Rocks last words send Lilian into a state of shock, like a deer in the headlights she has no idea what to do but after a few moments of hesitating she reaches down towards The Peoples Strudel......

The Rock: OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW WOAH! Lilian! There are children here, The Rock was reffering to his Brahma Bull tattoo! So unprofessional Lilian!

The Rock raises his arm up to Lilian who is still in complete shock and even more embarrassed than before..



The Rock laughs and turns towards the ring, he slides his guitar in and climbs in after it, he picks it back up and heads to the turnbuckle to taunt for the crowd who give him a standing ovation and the damn concert hasn't even started yet...



The Rock: FINALLY! THE ROCK! HAS COME BACK! TO ATLANTA! Less than twenty four hours ago The Rock stood in the middle of this very ring, the middle of The Peoples ring! and he went toe to toe with MVP in three straight falls of pure mayhem, at the end of the night The Rock stood on that very turnbuckle EXACTLY the way he said he would! With his World Heavyweight Championship held high over his head!



The Rock: And if The Rock heard correctly then his next challenger for the championship will be one of Redemptions very own, so The Rock is here tonight to scout the talent, or lack of talent. Really The Rock couldn't care less who he faces at Supremacy, whether it's the walking conspiracy theory Chris Jericho or the crazy eyed Jehovahs witness that interrupted The Rock during Digital Decision, CM Punk. Fact of the matter remains that no one and The Rock means NO ONE will take this title unless they can Bring It harder than The Rock and quite frankly there is currently no one that can.



The Rock: But as we've established, tonight we're gonna have a little sing along! Sing along with The Rock! Next up The Rock has got a little song, a little song about MVP's best friend, for those of you familiar with the show Rob and Big, you're gonna love this and for all you viewers watching that don't have a clue about the show? Lilian laughs and agrees, she grabs a mic and heads up the stairs and into the ring, The Rock winks at her and signals a three count of when to start....

After a few moments the car door swings open and out comes.....Ricardo?! In full Del Rio attire Ricardo leaves the car laughing, swinging around the towel. This leaves The Rock confused for a split second too long as he spins around and Del Rio is already waiting, quicker than a hiccup Del Rio NAILS The Rock with his very own Rock Bottom!



Del Rio looks down at The Rock as a referee comes to his aid, he smiles and blows a kiss at Lilian Garcia before winking and leaving the ring to an immense wave of heat from the Atlanta crowd....All the way up the ramp Del Rio can be heard screaming about 'Destiny' and 'Breaking Rock in half'

Del Rio reaches the top of the ramp just as The Rock begins to stir, Del Rio laughs and taunts with his arms outstretched as the camera takes one last look at The Rock before showing a video package hyping the new united states champion, The Miz.
