| Recently at an XWL Live event, the XWL Universe in attendance was asked the question “Who they would like see return to XWL?” This question was asked live during an interval at a recent XWL House show and the options were as followed:
A: Victoria B: Jeff Hardy C: AJ Styles D: R-Truth E: Justin Gabriel F: William Regal
The XWL fans in attendance were asked to submit their answers on the XWL App, the poll remained open until the end of the show before revealing the results to the XWL Public. While all options received their fair share of votes, with former World Champions Jeff Hardy and Justin Gabriel being high up the list and (Not former World Champion) William Regal not falling far behind in the votes. While the XWL Universe have always been diverse and opinions may differ time from time, it appears that the majority of fans in attendance were on the same wave length that night because AJ Styles was the most popular choice among the XWL faithful and won the poll by some length. However, it didn't just end there. What was meant to be a bit of fun for the community of fans turned into some form of movement, after the show had finished the fans began chanting the name of AJ Styles and going onto chant “We want AJ”. While his runs in XWL may not have been as successful as his past tenures in other companies, there is no denying AJ Styles' popularity among the XWL fans, many have them have taken to the social media site Twitter and onto the official XWL site questioning the possibilty of AJ Styles' return to XWL. General Managers Vickie Guerrero and Hulk Hogan have not been reached to make an official comment on the matter, neither of them have taken to the social media outlets and expressed their opinion on the situation but you can be sure that this scenario has made a statement to the XWL Management and that is that AJ Styles is in high demand and that their paying customers want to see his swift return to the company.Whether or not the fans voices will be heard and their demands will be met is yet to be seen but it would be seen as bad business sense to ignore the wishes of so many of the XWL Faithful. | |
