You always came out here week in and week out saying you fight for these people. Now, I’m sorry if this sounds harsh but, since when is being away from these people for SEVEN YEARS fighting for them? Now, if I didn’t know any better I’d think either one, you’re scared that you can’t fight anymore. Or, two.. You’ve come to realize what I have.. That if you want to get anywhere in this business.. You’ve gotta do it on your own time. & that nothing these people say, or do, matters to you. But, it’s alright, go right ahead and lie to them. I know the real Rock.
Montel smirks getting just inches from Rock as he goes to speak yet again but is cut off the The Rock giving him a stern look and raising his own mic, the whole arena goes deathly quite......
The Rock: You know the real Rock?.....You think you know the real Dwayne Johnson! Let The Rock tell you this! You don't know nothing!!!.....You know you're a lot like The Rock whether you know it or not, all jokes aside we are very, VERY! similar. You were once The World Champion of the biggest company in the industry! I was once The World Champion of the biggest company in the industry! We both had it all, the love and support, the credit and the fame! The Rock will go out on a limb and hazard a guess that it was the best time of your career!
MVP looks at The Rock questioningly, wondering if this is another joke
The Rock: And then just like The Rock! Sure as clockwork, you got bitter! You felt like you had it all! You started to notice your losses more! You blamed the very people who cheered you on each and every damn week! Sound accurate? Well it should, The Rock knows what you're going through because he went through it all himself! The Rock matches MVP's previous intensity and triples it! He gets right in MVP's face as they trade insults too quite to hear
Montel: Yeah alright, you may have a point. We, in some ways are A LOT a like. However, no matter how much I’ve tried to rely on these people these fans it’s gotten me nowhere. Unlike you, Mr. I’m a movie star. You think you can freely just leave for seven years and everything is fine? Naw, it don’t work like that man. Now, I don’t know about y’all but, I think that perhaps Rocky here, is a bit too afraid to admit in some ways I’m right. Now, I could rant and rave about how these fan’s haven’t done jack for me but, what’s the point? You’ve heard it all before right? So, tonight, tonight’s not about me. No, tonight it’s about a very close friend of mine. You know him very well don’t you Rock? He made his debut a few weeks ago and if I do say so myself, we have made QUITE an impact since then. As Montel finishes Batista’s music hits and he appears on stage as Montel says a final word before the camera cuts to Dave
Montel: That’s right Rock, tonight you’re going one on one with that animal right there.
Batista slowly walks down the ramp as MVP is seen smirking. As Batista slowly walks up the steep steps a cameraman holds a mic up for him, Batista snatches it and climbs into the ring.
Batista: Every week Rock, Every single week you come out here with the same load of crap and to all of these idiotic people. They listen to your every word hell you have this group strung around your little finger. If you said jump they’d say how high, it’s just pathetic. Do you actually think these people matter? All these people are good for is helping me get my pay check at the end of the week. Rock do these people help you win titles? No. Do these people help you when you’re getting beaten down? No. Like Montel said earlier you like to call yourself a man of the people don’t you? What is it you call yourself The Peoples Champ right? I mean I can see the people but where’s the champ? I’m pretty sure you haven’t even won a title in XWL.
Batista: Look I mean a few weeks ago when I debuted here on Breakdown I didn’t really pay much attention to you but ever since I came here week after week you come out here, you run your mouth and you always call me MVP’s bitch. But I mean that’s ok, that’s not too much to get me to want to tear your little head off but what happened last week Rock? Can you remember? I was just minding my own business and supporting my friend MVP but then you decide to come over and hit me with a Rock Bottom. It’s not good to provoke an animal you know. I am a 6 foot 6, 300 pound man. I wouldn’t even break a sweat to pick you up and slam you to the ground so hard you break your neck.
Batista: Rock you seem over confident in this match, I mean its a no disqualification match. You are going to always have the numbers game against you, do you really think you are going to win again. Last week was a fluke. I mean if I’d have known that I was going to be sneak attacked by you I would have made sure that I got the first strike.
Rock lifts the mic close to his mouth as he is about to speak but Batista quickly cuts him off.
Batista: Don’t start talking cause we all know that its going to be the same bullshit over and over and to be honest I’m sick of it. Tonight I’m going to make sure I shut you up and stop these bitch comments once and for all.
The crowd begin to chant “You’re his bitch, you’re his bitch” which seems to anger Batista.
Batista: SHUT UP! Hey! I’m talking to you there fatso.
Batista throws his sunglasses down and points at one man in the crowd sat in a chair on the front row.
Batista: Just stay in that chair and keep your big mouth filled with that hot dog or I swear to god I’ll jump the barrier and kick your ass all over this arena.
Batista suddenly turns his attention back to the rock.
Batista: Just like I’m going to do to you!
Batista points straight towards The Rock.
The Rock: The Rock doesn't give a flying piece of eskimo turd if you are a 6 foot 6 300 pound man, are you trying to turn The Rock on? What the hell is the matter with you? Just because you swing that way doesn't mean The Rock is interested, DAMN son, get a hold of yourself!
Batista looks as though he's beginning to lose his patience, getting tired off all the jokes
The Rock: You question The Rocks methods? You question how The Rock follows the people and vice versa? Well let The Rock ask you this? Why in the blue hell does a man as dominant as you claim to be need help? Do you like playing second fiddle? Do you aspire to spend the rest of your career following commands? You call yourself the animal but you ain't nothing but a lapdog! You talk about how the people ask how high when The Rock says jump? Well The Rock asks this, Do you say how low when MVP asks you to give him a massage? When he looks in to your eyes and calls you his special friend do you get that funny feeling deep down in your cervex?
The crowd begin to chant You're his bitch! You're his bitch! to Batista again as The Rock lets of a sly smile and Batista lifts the mic....
Batista:ARE YOU FREAKIN' OUT OF YOUR MIND! Look at this your pathetic. Trying to bring in the MVP and Batista jokes. This is the same routine each and every week and to be honest everyone is bored of it. Look I don't know if anyone told you but this is a wrestling company, we are all here to wrestle. We are not here to make silly little jokes like you seem to think. Do you think just because your a failed actor you can try now to be a comedian? I mean really come on at the end of the day I am one of the most feared men in this company and even though I have only been here for a few weeks, I have made the biggest impact and the quickest rise.
The crowd begin to boo but Batista just takes it all in his stride and shows a cocky smirk before talking again.
Batista: Oh yeah you all know its true. I have only been here 3 weeks and already I have main evented twice. Heck do you think a "Lapdog" could do what i did. I mean remember last time we were in the ring Rock, what happened? Did you get the win? I can't really remember...oh wait I think it's slowly coming back to me, I think i can remember you attempting to break up the pin but missing completely. IF you didnt spend so much time trying to be a comedian and spent more time in the gym and training you would have broke up that pin and not made such a...such a mediocre error at best. I mean what would your dad say to that? If i remember right he was quite a good wrestler. Shame that you've become such a disappointment to him...
A dull silence comes over the arena as the tension triples and The Rock raises the mic
The Rock:.......Excuse The Rock for just one second.....
The Rock stares at Batista for a second in disgust before turning and walking over to MVP, standing withing touching distance.....
The Rock: Hey Montel, It's The Rock. Why didn't you tell me your buddy was so sensitive? I mean damn, I always pictured that you would be the female in the relationship. Is it....you know......his time of the month?......
MVP looks at The Rock with an unchanged expression, not even bothering to play The Rocks games, The Rock makes his way back to the middle of the ring
The Rock: Well would you look at that, they share the same menstrual cycles, I guess there must be some pretty cool benefits to that huh? You guys can cuddle up on the sofa and watch some chick flicks, maybe even share tampons, quite frankly The Rock doesn't give a damn!
He turns his attention back to Batista
The Rock: You seem unhappy? Are you tired of The Rocks jokes? Do you wanna rip The Rocks head from his shoulders? Well just know this Batista, when need be The Rock has proven that he can Bring It harder than anyone there in the back so if you wanna disrespect him, You wanna undermine him then go ahead but it will be the last mistake you ever make!
Batista: Oh you think you can bring it huh? What exactly is it? Are you going to bring some new comedy material? I mean seriously cause when you said that will be my last mistake ever that made me laugh. WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THREATENING A GUY LIKE ME. I don't think you know what I'm capable of. I've put people in the hospital before and I would love to do it again cause' whenever I look back on my matches and see the EMT's rushing out to tend to a lifeless body. Well those are the days which make this job worthwhile.
Just when it seems like The Rock and Batista are about to go at it, they are cut off by MVP
Montel: You think you're funny don't you? Just because someone has a body-guard it doesn't mean that you sick FREEAK!
Montel smirks and continues speaking
Montel: Could I be offended by that, yes. Should I be offended HELL NAW. I have got to say Rock, that was probably the LAMEST insult I think I've ever seen you give to someone. I mean, time of the month? Really? You're better than that man. Then again, you haven't been for a couple weeks now have you? So I can't blame you for having your game be a little off par.
Montel smirks
Montel: But seriously man, there's nothing now, nor was there ever anything great about you. So as far as I'm concerned.. you can get ta steppin' coz we are.....Better than you
The camera cuts back to The Rock who was pretending to be asleep before opening his eyes and yawning
The Rock: Are you done?..........come on man seriously? Was that your great plan all along? To put The Rock to sleep and go for the cover because it seems like it, here's whats gonna happen, The Rocks gonna do his little catchphrase and wrap this up because you're borning The People, You're boring The Rock, You're boring J.R, We're losing viewers! It just isn't good business...
The Rock: Ok now for what everybody came here to see.....
Half way through his famous line MVP and Batista give each other a nod, MVP charges fullspeed towards The Rock who see's him coming and backs up, MVP tries to clothesline him but The Rock grabs his head and throws him over the top rope
The Rock smirks but turns round into a huge right hand from Batista as both men start exchanging blows in the middle of the ring, the crowd get behind The Rock and he uses that rush of adrenaline to put his momentum in full swing and unloads on Batista, Batista gives him a strong punch back forcing The Rock to stumble, Batista runs off the ropes but is met back in the middle by a huge SPINEBUSTER!!!!
The Rock feels it, getting pumped up he kips up and goes to Batistas head signalling the Peoples Elbow...but just before he can start MVP comes back in swinging for the fences but quick as a cat The Rock ducks him and nails him with a ROCK BOTTOM!!!
Both Batista and MVP lying side by side now in the middle of the ring, everyone in the arena knows whats coming next as The Rock signals for a double peoples elbow! He taunts and bounces off the ropes twice before coming back and dropping an elbow down on each man!!!!
The crowd is in a frenzy of cheers as The Rock just laid out both men in tonights match.....He Grabs the microphone from where he dropped it and continues
The Rock: WHAT THE ROCK, IS, COOKIN'!!!!
The Rocks theme blasts through the speakers once again as he makes his way up the ramp and turns to taunt for the fans one last time...

Extreme Rules Match X-Treme Championship Shawn Michaels Vs Evan Bourne
JR: Bah Gawd what a brutal throw that was Evan with the sick trash can shot.
Joey Styles: This match has kicked up the pace and been exciting already but sadly we've got to cut to a commercial break we'll be back to this exciting title match in just a moment!
We come back from the commercial break and JR, King, and Joey Styles welcome us back.
Joey Styles: Welcome back ladies and gentlemen we're in the middle of our X-treme Championship bout and my god what we witnessed during the commercial break was just brutal.
King: Which spot are you talking about, because we saw some pretty unbelievable things!
JR: We've got the footage for you so while these two men recover lets see a recap. First we saw the action spill back into the ring right after we went to a commercial. Shawn had went for his diving elbow drop it seemed after blocking a suplex attempt by Bourne on the steel steps. But Evan got back up to his feet quicker than Michaels expected and this happened...
Joey Styles: Shawn's skull met that steel in such a terrible angle that we thought that had to be it!
King: But instead it proved to be a point of no return for Evan because it just fired up the legendary show stopper instantly! As we saw Shawn repaid the favor and then some with one of the most sicekning superplexes I have ever laid eyes on. Bourne collided with steel and I couldn't believe that he kicked out!
JR: No one could and this fired up state of mind didn't stop there! Shawn threw Evan out of the ring instantly after the kick out and began removing the covering from our extra commentary table.
Joey Styles: We had no idea what was on his mind but Bourne tried to stop it whatever it was. He attempted a roundhouse kick but Shawn blocked it!
King: And what happened next, well just watch for yourself!
Joey Styles: I said it before but I'll say it again, OH MY GOD!!! Shawn has upped his game tonight and I honestly believe he will walk out of here the X-treme Champion!
JR: I never want to bet against the champion whomever it may be, but Shawn is on fire tonight and I just have to agree!
King: Guys you're supposed to say Bourne will overcome the shocking odds...I can't stand him and even I see him walking away the champion still. Yeah Shawn has inflicted a lot of damage on Evan especially during the commercial break, but Shawn is much older and honestly speaking truthfully I think hes risked it all too soon and that will be his downfall.
JR: I can see your point King, but Shawn is finally up and it looks like this match is back on!
Shawn picks up the ladder as the fans begin a "HBK HBK HBK" chant
JR: My god, Shawn can't be thinking what I think hes thinking. Theres a flaming table close by, if he loses his balance that could be it!
Joey Styles: Hes risked it all here tonight, some of it paying off and some of it costing him dearly. But it doesn't seem as if that phases him, he aims to be the show stopper and thats how he wants this to end!
King: It's just stupid! Don't climb the ladder Shawn! Don't do it, it's not worth the risk, just stay grounded, we don't want you almost dying like when Evan rolled off the table at the last second in the middle of Shawn's leap of faith. There is a table engulfed in flames thats kind of don't climb a ladder you dumbass 101.
Just then as Shawn positions the ladder of where hes going to stand it up...
Shawn's attention switches immediately to the stage as Cody Rhodes walks out from the back with a smile on his face.
JR: What the hell? Whats he doing out here?!
Joey Styles: Cody is scheduled to meet Shawn at the Unforgiven PPV event, but thats not for another two weeks!
King: Maybe he just wants to scout his opponent, did you ever think about that?
Shawn doesn't let go of the ladder, it appears thats his weapon of choice for if Cody decides to get involved, he yells " What are you doing out here?! " at him and Cody simply continues smiling then laughs as he notices Evan Bourne getting back up to his feet...Shawn doesn't realize it and he continues asking Cody what hes doing but doesn't get an answer and the distraction helps Bourne sneak up behind Shawn then as Michaels tries to continue on with his plan by setting up the ladder...
Evan Bourne's theme hits as the fans don't react at all, they seem shocked and worried for Shawn's wellbeing after such a brutal event that just occurred.
Joey Styles: Ladies and gentlemen Shawn Michaels might be seriously hurt after that brutal kick of Bourne's that sent him crashing through the blazing table. I ...I'm just lost for words right now.
JR: And it's all because of that rotten Cody Rhodes! I understand the two have developed quite the rivalry as of late but he has no excuse for intervening in this match! Shawn Michaels may not have been on the brink of winning but he sure as hell wasn't about to lose just yet either!
King: Hey all Cody did was come out here for a closer look at the match. Anyone can challenge for the X-treme title have you forgotten about that? For all we know Cody was scouting the match for his possible title match in the future with whomever the X-treme Champion is. But of course just because Shawn let that distract him it's all Cody's fault, right?
The referee reluctantly hands Evan his X-treme Championship belt and Bourne orders him to raise his hand up. The official sighs then complies with the order but then gets met with a huge slap to the face by the champion. He laughs then yells " Get lost! " at him and not wanting to do something he would later regret the referee exits the ring and begins to head up the ramp. We cut back to in the ring, where Evan invites Cody in the ring with a devious smirk expression on his face.
JR: Oh this isn't good, get the hell out of that ring Evan the match is over!
King: See there you go assuming the worst again, maybe just maybe Cody and Evan are planning on raising Shawn's hand for putting on a true spectacle.
Joey Styles: If you honestly believe thats their intentions then you need more help than we thought.
The fans roar with boos as Cody steps into the ring with a true dashing smile on his face. He goes over to Shawn and bends down then looks at the camera and mouthes the words " Oh no " with a cocky expression. He then stops smiling and kicks Shawn straight in the ribs! A fan throws a cup of soda in the ring and Bourne catches it! He looks at the crowd looks down at the cup, then nods and pours it over Shawn adding insult to injury.
JR: This is just downright disrespectful! I can't believe Evan had the audacity to just do that!
King: If the fans didn't want him to use it then they shouldn't have thrown it in the ring!
Joey Styles: Thats your way of condoning whats going on right now? You seriously cannot excuse the actions displayed by both men or their evident future intentions. We need security out here because Shawn Michaels is only human, and after a grueling match including a huge crash and burn through this very table, I wouldn't rule out a possible injury.
JR: Exactly! Evan already won this match, he retained his title, he and Cody just need to leave well enough alone and get out of there.
We cut back to the ring action where Evan and Cody pull Shawn's almost lifeless state of being up and Bourne then holds his arms behind his back while Cody repeatedly slaps him across his face yelling verbal insults directly at the barely conscious Michaels. Shawn's head drops down low and Cody places his hand at his jaw then yells "Look at me!" when Shawn's head drops back down Cody delivers a stiff punch to his face. He drops down to his knees and Cody motions for Evan to pull him back up. Evan pulls him by his arms then tightly holds him again with a smirk across his face and the fans booing this uncalled for event. Cody then paces the ring for a second, looks back at Shawn then goes for another slap.. Evan shouts something at Cody and he obliges, he sets him up for a Cross Rhodes, Cody positions himself to do the damage. The fans are in shock about to see this take place until...
Joey Styles: Look! It's Rob Van Dam!! He's back!!!
JR: And just at the knick of time too, thank god someone came out to stop this!
The oh so familiar theme of the one and only Rob Van Dam hits! The fans give out one of the biggest if not the pop of the night as Rob Van Dam sprints down to the ring. RVD, who is usually a calm person looks like he means business tonight. Cody has thrown HBK to the mat as he rolls to the turnbuckle to get away from his attackers, Evan and Cody look shocked but prepared as RVD runs into the ring they immediately attack him. With a flurry of boots and punches the fans chant "RVD" over and over to try and help him, Cody and Evan get RVD to his feet and whip him off the ropes. RVD ducks a double clothesline of theirs and when he goes off the ropes again he jumps to the middle rope springboarding off it, in mid air he turns around with a cross body taking out Cody and Evan! The fans love it! RVD runs over to help Shawn Michaels who is in pain, he yells for some EMT's to help him out. Cody Rhodes gets to his feet and RVD backs him into the corner with a huge spinning wheel kick and then clotheslines him out of the ring. Evan Bourne runs at RVD but RVD ducks it and hits him with a sickening German suplex which causes Bourne to land right on his head! RVD pulls Bourne to the corner and gets out of the ring, he goes to the timekeepers table and comes back with something...
King: Hey! Get away from there, leave Evan alone, what are you doing?!
RVD has a steel chair, Evan is knocked out in the corner of the ring. RVD climbs the opposite corner setting up for his rare move, the van terminator. He gives the middle to Bourne as the fans cheer and then looks out to the crowd and does his signature taunt.
ROB VAN DAM!
RVD prepares himself to jump but Cody Rhodes pulls Evan out of the ring to a shower of boo's, RVD jumps off the turnbuckle looking dissapointed. A fired up RVD gets the microphone.
[Rob Van Dam] Evan! Don't you think for a damn second that I've forgotten about you, I'm sick and tired of seeing you running around here thinking you own the place and so do the fans! I'm putting this to an end, I want you, one on one at Unforgiven! Be a man for once in your life and accept it, and at Unforgiven you won't have your little friend with benefits there to help you! You're a disgrace to the word extreme, I've never been more ashamed over a loss in my whole life and I'm going to avenge that whether you like it or not.
King: Evan would be stupid to accept this challenge, he already has the X-Treme Title!
Evan staggers to a stagehand and gets a microphone.'
Evan Bourne: I'm a disgrace to extreme?
Evan tries to laugh through the pain then raises his microphone back up.
Evan Bourne: The guy who just did something that you failed to do at Sadistic Conquest when you LOST, to me! You should be ashamed, you should feel like a loser, because thats what you are!! I have defeated you not once, but twice! Why in the hell should I step in that ring once again and humiliate you in front of these people for a third time? The fact is you don't deserve a rematch for this title. So I suggest you move on Rob, because in case you haven't noticed, I have!
[Rob Van Dam] Oh trust me, I have no problem moving on, after I've left you crushed in this ring after a Five Star Frog Splash, once and for all! You know what they say Bourne, third time's the charm. I think you have me mistaken, I don't want the title because to me this is much more personal than any title or briefcase in this company. You seem really hesitant to get in the ring with me, is that fear?
Evan Bourne: You know what kind of people say that stupid expression?
Bourne looks at Rob then grins
Evan Bourne: LOSERS!
The fans boo in disapproval but Evan doesn't let that phase him.
Evan Bourne: I'm not scared of you, because you've given me no reason to be afraid. While this may be more personal than titles, or a "briefcase" to you... The same cannot be said for me, see if you want me in a match, I need a reason. I need something you're willing to part with in order to get the amazing Evan Bourne one on one in a match! But what do you have that I want? What are you willing to sacrifice should, I mean when you lose?
[Rob Van Dam] Don't play dumb, I know what you want. I know you're so selfish that you're gonna try to take everything near and dear to me and we all know what that is.. My Money in the Bank briefcase.
The camera pans to Bourne who nods his head.
[Rob Van Dam] Well fine! If you want a shot at my briefcase, as long as it's me versus you then it's on!
Evan smiles.
[Rob Van Dam] BUT, since you want this briefcase you're gonna have to get it the same way I did at Final Stand. In a Ladder match!
Evan smirks then raises his microphone up.
Evan Bourne: You're on!
The fans excitedly cheer for this huge match announcement, but then they quieten down as Evan raises the mic
Evan Bourne: At Unforgiven, not only will I become the new Mr. Money In The Bank...I will officially claim the title as the NEW Whole F'n Show!
Evan then drops his microphone and he and Cody walk through the curtain and back to the back, we then cut to the ring where medics and RVD are checking on Shawn trying to make sure hes okay.
JR: Bah Gawd what a huge announcement! Rob Van Dam will put his Money In The Bank briefcase on the line in a ladder match against Evan Bourne at Unforgiven!
Joey Styles: Can RVD beat Evan? Thats the question we've got to ask ourselves, it's a big stake of Rob to put up such a huge opportunity on the line just for one last chance to prove he can. Sometimes superstar's egos get the better of them and I just hope that isn't the case for Rob at Unforgiven. He fought tooth and nail to get the briefcase so I don't think he'll let it go so easily but ladder matches can be unpredictable.
King: I can't believe hes that stupid! I'm not Evan's biggest fan, not even close, but he has beaten RVD not once, but twice! All this third times the charm crap will come back to bite RVD in the end and thats a guarantee!
JR: Sometimes honor and pride is just worth much more than any title or opportunity though. It appears thats the case for RVD here tonight. He went on a huge undefeated streak and Bourne ended it the week before he took RVD's X-treme Championship, he wants to prove he can beat Evan and I personally can't wait for these two to collide! We'll try to have an update on the condition of Shawn Michaels as soon as possible as well but for now we've got to take yet another commercial break stay tuned for more of Breakdown!

Pope D'Angelo Dinero, last week you made your return to XWL wrestling, exclusively to the Breakdown brand, how does it feel to be back?
***As Christy speaks Pope removes his facemask***
D'Angelo Dinero Christy, what do you mean how am I feeling? It feels great to be back in the XWL, I'm exicted, I wouldn't of come back, if I wasn't exicted, Pope simply wouldn't of came back.
Christy Hemme Now you came here tonight, ready for a match. How does it feel knowing that you have to wait for another week, for your big return match?
D'Angelo Dinero Not to say that Pope, isn't disappointed, because trust me Pope is disappointed. But what Pope's more disappointed about is that the congregation have to wait a whole week give a pimp slap, no. No, no, no. Make that two pimp slaps, hell Pope will pimp slap them a third time if he has too, then Pope's going to take them to the turnbuckle, pull down my knee pads and hit them with the DDE, and the fact that I have to wait another week, makes it all the sweeter.
Christy Hemme Do you have any words for whoever you'll be facing in your big return match?
***Before responding Pope pauses for a moment as he removes his glasses, and puts them away***
D'Angelo Dinero Well you see Christy, whoever that unlucky individual is, and quite frankly it doesn't really matter, because they know when they step into the ring, they'll be going toe to toe, head to head, mono a mono, with The Pope, The Cadillac of Men, The Standard of the Competition, The Paragon of Virtue, The Guiding Light, The Pope...D'Angelo Dinero. And The Pope...is Pimpin'!
***As Pope finishes speaking, he walks out of the shot, and Breakdown continues***
*The camera cuts back to the arena and pans around the ringside area showcasing a few members of the XWL Universe who cheer and proudly showcase their signs. Suddenly, some unfamiliar music can be heard.*
*The crowd pops in a big way as the legendary "Cowboy" Bob Orton - father of current XWL star Randy Orton - makes his entrance down the ramp. Their cheers fit the occasion as it's a rare and surprising appearance from a legend.*
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] What is this?!? Cowboy Bob Orton?!?!
[Joey Styles] What a surprise this is! We are in the presence of a true legend ladies and gentlemen.
[Jim Ross] It's always a pleasure to bare witness to an appearance by a legend of this sport, and Cowboy Bob is definitely a legend.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] He looks great! I wonder what he's doing here?
*Cowboy Bob is all smiles - plaster cast and all - as he finally reaches the ring. The fans chant the name of Orton over and over as Bob grabs a mic and begins to speak.*
[Bob Orton] Hello, St Louis!
*Huge pop from the crowd - residents of his son's hometown.*
[Bob Orton] Now, as you may now... my son Randy Orton has a chance to become Intercontinental Champion at Unforgiven in the 5 Man Gauntlet match against that snot-nosed Brit Wade Barrett...
*The crowd boos at the mention of Barrett's name. A few chants of "RKO!" break out from the St Louis crowd.*
[Bob Orton] They say like father like son, and all you have to do is look and Randy and I for proof of that. We're both stars. We have the blood of champions flowing through our veins! But I'll let you in on a little secret... Us Ortons always do what us Ortons want to do. We always get what we want. And when we get our minds set on something, we make sure it happens. I spoke with Randy earlier, and I can guarantee you all, that at Unforgiven... Randy will walk out as Intercontinental Champion!
*Again, the crowd pops in a big way.*
[Bob Orton] But I'm not out here tonight to tell you people the future. Besides, you already know Randy's gonna win! I'm here tonight on behalf of XWL to promote their latest DVD release...
*Bob is handed a DVD by a ringside worker and he holds it close to the camera.*
[Bob Orton] It's the greatest DVD release in XWL history! I told you all my Randy was a star, and what better way to show that than by selling three whole discs of his greatest matches! From the time he became the first ever XWL World Champion!... became World Champion for a second time!... Straight Edge RKO with those bunch of fools!... Intercontinental Champion!... X-Treme Champion!... first ever Pure Champion!... RKO after RKO after RKO... it's all here!
*The crowd cheers. A few members of the audience even pull out a handful of dollars and hold them in the air in an attempt to buy the DVD straight out of Bob Orton's hands. Cowboy Bob ignores them however, and continues his enthusiastic marketing of his son's new DVD.*
[Bob Orton] Buy it! You have to! It's a crime if you don't! I mean come on look at this! All for 30 bucks! Where else will you find such an amazing display of wrestling! This is entertainment at it's best and baby I'll tell you something...
*Bob is interrupted by the sound of End Of Days beginning to play. Wade Barrett walks out onto the top of the entrance ramp looking less than amused. Bob Orton removes his glasses to show he means business and he is clearly upset by the interruption. The crowd's high level of positivity has now been replaced with one that is extremely hostile. Barrett as usual is unfazed by the reception and makes his way down the ramp, expressionless with his eyes locked on Bob Orton.*
[Jim Ross] Oh come on now!
[Joey Styles] We all heard what The Corre had to say on Redemption this week about having something planned for Randy... could this be it?
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] I hope not. Would Wade Barrett really stoop as low as to attack Randy's 60 year old father? Actually, I know the answer to that... yes he would.
[Jim Ross] This doesn't bode well for Cowboy Bob... I just hope someone intervenes before things get out of hand.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Why don't you get in there JR? You saw what happened to Kevin Steen on Redemption didn't you? And Kenta and everybody else who has crossed The Corre.
[Jim Ross] I'd rather not King. I'm quite happy sat right here. I'm a talker not a walker so to speak.
*Barrett is now in the ring and not once has his gaze faltered from Orton. He snatches the mic out of Cowboy Bob's hands much to the crowd's dismay. He slowly raises it upwards and begins to speak, for the moment drowning out the hatred directed his way from the XWL Universe.*
[Wade Barrett] Listen very carefully old man. Your prediction and assurances about your son becoming Intercontinental Champion are about as phony as that cast you've got on your arm. I'm going to defeat Randy Orton, as well as four other contenders at Unforgiven, and when I do I will be recognized as the greatest Intercontinental Champion in history.
*The crowd roars in disapproval.*
[Wade Barrett] And then I will have put myself in a prime position to take what is rightfully mine. Something I should have been competing for since my very debut in this company... The World Heavyweight Championship.
*The crowd chants "You suck!" aimed at Barrett as Bob Orton just looks on blankly.*
[Wade Barrett] But ever since I debuted, I've always had a problem with sons of legends. First it was Ted Dibiase, now it's Randy Orton. They all seem to have some sort of beef with me. Is it because I'm so much younger than their fathers and clearly more talented? Do they believe I am outshining the so-called legends this early in my career? Are they simply jealous that I am destined to go on to great things in XWL while they are forced to settle for mediocrity? Tell me Bob... which is it? Why does Randy have a problem with me?
*Barrett holds the mic in Bob Orton's direction.*
[Bob Orton] Maybe it's because you're a stuck up British jackass!
*The crowd pops big for Orton's comment and Barrett is speechless, if only for a second.*
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Oh my!
[Jim Ross] This can't be good...
*Barrett seems to chuckle for a few moments after snapping out his speechless silence. Suddenly, as quick as a flash he hits Bob Orton right between the eyes with the microphone causing him to crash to the floor in a heap. The crowd's rage is intense as Orton cowers in pain.*
[Jim Ross] You've stuck your hand in the hornets nest now Bob. Someone help the poor guy already!
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] As I said before, you're welcome to get in there JR.
[Wade Barrett] As for this DVD...
*Barrett picks up the DVD from the canvas. He turns it over looking at both covers as he continues to speak, quoting from the DVD.*
[Wade Barrett] "Randy Orton: One Man Dynasty. 3 Disc DVD set. Relive the greatest moments of the Legend Killer, The Viper, The XWL Original and one of the greatest competitors of all time." You'd think this would be pretty impressive. But personally, I'm disappointed. The best parts have been left out. Maybe they're in the special features? You know what I'm talking about... don't you Bob? The parts where your son attacks people from behind like a coward!
*Barrett kicks Bob Orton in the side of the head as he was finally getting to his knees. He slumps back onto the canvas face first.*
[Wade Barrett] The parts where your son gets destroyed by The Corre!
*Barrett stomps Cowboy Bob's ribs.*
[Wade Barrett] And best of all, exclusive footage of the time when The Corre destroyed Randy Orton's father and gave him a legitimate reason to wear a cast!
*Barrett snaps the DVD case over his knee and casts it aside before mounting Bob Orton. He lands right hand after right hand on the defenseless legend.*
[Joey Styles] This is sick! Someone help him! The poor guy is helpless!
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] I think I see blood...
*King is correct as crimson starts to trickle from the forehead of Cowboy Bob. His eyes have also rolled into the back of his head. Barrett yields for a moment and stands before turning to the entrance ramp. He beckons for someone or something, and sure enough, fellow Corre member Justin Gabriel appears at the top of the ramp.*
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Justin Gabriel? What's he doing here?
[Jim Ross] Oh come on King! You know as well as I do why he's here. These men are like a pack of wolves... they never hunt alone and unfortunately Cowboy Bob is about to be their next victim. Brands or not The Corre will always find a way to back each other up.
*Immense heat rains down on both Barrett and Gabriel. Gabriel, who is now in the ring, helps Barrett carry the lifeless Orton, who is now nothing more than a lifesize ragdoll. They carry the bloody dead weight slowly but surely up the entrance ramp.*
[Joey Styles] Where are they taking him? What is this?
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Is this a kidnapping?
[Jim Ross] I don't think kidnapping is in The Corre's MO King, but I guess anything is possible with them. We can't rule it out.
[Joey Styles] I know they said they had something planned for tonight... but kidnapping?
*The Corre disappear behind the curtain with the body of Bob Orton as XWL fades to a commercial break.*
*Following the commercial break, the scene is now of the backstage area where the XWL camera crew have managed to catch up with Wade Barrett who has sat Bob Orton in a doorway somewhere in the backstage area. Orton appears to be barely conscious and is a bloody mess. There is no sign of Justin Gabriel.*
[Wade Barrett] Where's your son now huh? Where's the "great" Randy Orton when you need him?
*Barrett slaps Orton in the face 3 times, each time significantly harder than the other.*
[Wade Barrett] Randy thinks he can mess with me?
*Barrett boots Orton in the side of the head causing him to fall backwards. Barrett turns Orton over so that he is face first in the doorway, the wooden door is open. Suddenly with huge aggression and force, Barrett slams the door shut on Orton's head, causing the door to crack and splinter in every direction. Barrett smirks a sadistic smirk into the camera and laughs an evil laugh.*
[Jim Ross] My god! My god! My god! Someone call an ambulance! Someone get help now DAMNIT!
*Hurried footsteps can be heard in the background and the camera cuts to nearby hallway. Randy Orton is shown sprinting around opening doors and asking "Where is he?". Orton is frantic in his pursuit of The Corre. He reaches a corner and turns around it and WHACK! he is laid out as a steel chair hits him clean in the face, knocking him out unconscious instantly. The perpetrator is none other than Justin Gabriel, who shows the camera a smirk of his own.*
[Jim Ross] NOOOOO!
[Joey Styles] Well The Corre had every angle covered tonight and they managed to take out both Ortons... however ruthless their assault was. You have to give the advantage to Wade Barrett in this rivalry after tonight. He's definitely one-upped Orton.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] One-upped? Is that what you'd call it?
[Joey Styles] Well what would you call it King?
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] I'd call it an assault and both men should be behind bars for this. It's just sick!
*The last image before the screen fades to black once more for another commercial is that of poor old Bob Orton lying in a pool of his own blood surrounded by wood, splinters and debris. There is no movement from him at all and Wade Barrett has quickly left the scene of the crime...*

Since I'm in the mood to comment, absolutely loved the Corre/Ortons segment was purely sick and sadistic and honestly a nice change in Wade to see a sadistic son of a bitch side of him. First thanks to the steel step explosion we lose for fans in a tragic way, then HBK is killed by Bourne and Cody and now poor Bob Oroton has brutally murdered. God when did XWL turn rated X?

Normal Diva Match Maryse's Diva Title Rematch Clause is on the line Layla Vs Maryse
We come back from the commercial break and head ringside where the XWL Divas Champion Trish Stratus has joined our commentary team.
She greets everybody and shakes JR's hand after putting on her headset
JR: Welcome back to Breakdown everyone, during the commercial break we were joined by a very special guest!
Trish Stratus: Special maybe, but am I really "very special" I mean I'm only the Divas Champion!
Styles: That you are and I understand you're going to watch this next match with us, is that right?
Trish Stratus: Well Maryse has a very special place in my heart, I mean she currently will challenge me for my Divas Championship at Unforgiven!
King: Once she disposes of Layla in this upcoming match it will be official! Isn't Maryse such a respectable competitor? She has a rematch clause guaranteed and then shes nice enough to defend that contract against a woman who clearly doesn't deserve it.
Trish Stratus: Oh totally, Maryse didn't have to do this and not going to lie I think it may backfire on her. She always has been over confident and that ended up costing her the Divas Championship last month.
JR: So you see Layla possibly stealing the victory here tonight?
Trish Stratus: I wouldn't say steal the victory, but I think this match could go either way.
King: You actually think Layla has a chance against the amazing Maryse?
Trish Stratus: The amazing Maryse? What is she a magician now? She's just like every other diva in this company whether she or you wants to admit it.
King: I guess you're entitled to your opinion but then again this is coming from the woman who lost to Lita in a non-title match two weeks ago!
Trish smiles for a second
Trish Stratus: Did I ever claim I was any different? Anyone can lose at any time, and I lost to a damn impressive woman. Lita and I are no stranger to matches with one another, we've traded wins and losses throughout our careers so it was no surprise to me. But rest assured if this title ever goes on the line in a match with her the outcome will be much different. Just remember King, I deliver Stratusfaction all day every day no matter a win or a loss. Because right now I'm the Divas Champion and that's Stratusfaction for all of these people in itself.
Layla's theme sounds and we cut to the stage where she walks out from the back and the fans erupt in a loudly heard chorus of boos.
She poses at the top of the stage showing off her "Flawless" bedazzled gear.
Justin Roberts: The following match is scheduled for one fall and it for Maryse's Divas Championship Rematch! Approaching the ring first, from Miami, Florida, Layla!
Layla then wastes no time strutting down the ramp with one hand on her hip and determination in her eyes
She then props up onto the apron and uniquely steps through the ropes then stares at Trish
JR: Layla certainly does seem as if shes going to win this match. I think I just heard her yell that you have her title.
Styles: I heard it too, she must be referencing to her title match with you Trish a couple of weeks back that went a little haywire after some interference from a masked woman.
Trish Stratus: As far as I'm concerned she didn't get a one-two-three, so I don't see how it's "hers" Of course she will just blame it on the interference but when you become a contender for title or even the champion yourself, you get a target on your back and if you don't pay attention it'll cost you. It doesn't make it right but it's over and done with shes got an opportunity to get another match with me so she just needs to focus on that and that alone.
Maryse's theme sounds next and the fans react with a mixture of boos and cheers.
She walks out from the back clearly ready for the match that awaits her
Justin Roberts: And her opponent, on her way to the ring from Montreal Montreal, Quebec Canada Maryse!
Maryse then begins removing her jacket as she makes her way around ringside. She then drops her coat on the apron and glances back at the cameraman then steps up onto the apron and into the ring.
Where she does her signature hair flip which causes the mixed reaction to change to louder cheers mostly from the men.
King: Doesn't Maryse just look so lovely tonight? Shes just the best damn looking diva here in this company!
Trish Stratus: Well gee King, maybe I should just hand her title? I mean clearly looks matter when it comes to championships right? Does that explain why you were never a champion in this company or any other major company for that matter?
JR: I hate to say it King but you did walk into that. It's not about looks it's about pure talent and both of these ladies in the ring have it!
Styles: No doubt about that, the referee is signaling to our time keeper, it looks as if this match is about to begin!
The bell rings, and Maryse walks around in the ring her eyes set on Layla while Layla has a more feisty aura about her. It’s obvious by her face expression’s that she wants to knock the depression right out of Maryse’s head after what happened last week. They both lock up, and Layla gets the upper hand locking in a hammer lock, however Maryse counters that into her own hammerlock followed by a transition into headlock which is followed up by a takedown to the mat. Layla locks in a head scissor, but Maryse punches her leg which helps her get out of the hold. Layla gets right back up to hit some kicks right to the side of Maryse’s legs, and she then irish whips her to the ropes. She drops down to the mat while Maryse runs over her, and she then goes for a clothesline, but Maryse ducks to then deck Layla right with a slap right to the face. Layla is flabbergasted while Maryse taunts her back.
Trish Stratus: Looks to be a very even match so far. I cant say that slapping Layla is a good idea though. But thats the arrogance of Maryse that we all know and loathe.
King: Speak for yourself, I love it!
Out of fury Layla goes running toward Maryse who side steps and pushes her between the ropes causing her to land on her back right on the outside. The dazzling diva goes outside while Trish keeps her guard up ready to expected the unexpected.. or not so unexpected from Maryse. Layla takes advantage of the short staredown between Maryse and Trish pulling Maryse by her tights head first into the steel steps. She then slams her head on the steel steps multiple times with the echo of the impact making it clear who has the upper hand now. Layla pushes her back into the ring, and she hooks the leg, but a kickout by Maryse. She sits up about to get up, but Layla kicks her right in the back with a mean kick, and she follows it up with multiple stomps over Maryse’s body. She then taunts as the crowd boo the leaving heck out of her.
King: I can't believe you just blatantly interfered in this match!
Trish Stratus: I did what now?
Styles: You can't be serious King, Maryse was the one who chose to stare at Trish, being the veteran diva that Trish is she obviously was going to be on her guard no matter who it was that came close to her.
Trish Stratus: Hey like it or not Layla took advantage of Maryse's mistake to focus on me instead of the match. Now Laylas in control and I have to admit I'm a little surprised how Maryse seems bothered by my appearance here on Breakdown. Didn't she say last week she wanted me to watch closely? Well it doesn't get much closer than right here at ringside!
She pushes Maryse toward the turnbuckle, and she punches her a couple of times before climbing up the second rope to hit some punches, but after the 3rd strike Maryse pushes her down to the middle of the mat. She takes a moment to regain her composure, and now Layla goes for a running shoulder only to miss horribly with her shoulder hitting the steel post. After a while of taking in the pain, Layla turns around, and now Maryse is the one on the second rope to punch her again and again as the crowd count each consecutive punch. Maryse stops at 10, and now she chops the hell out of Layla leading up to a strong Irish whips to the ropes. Layla rebounds back and Maryse hits a back body drop, and then goes for a quick cover, but Layla kicks out. Maryse doesn’t let up, locking in a sleeper hold. However, that doesn’t do much because Layla counters with a jaw breaker stunner which pushes her back as she dangles with the ropes behind her. Layla gets up hitting a clothesline that sends Maryse over the ropes, but she hangs on managing to land on the apron itself. Layla has her back turned, and doesn’t know that Maryse is still standing, however when she does turn around she goes for an elbow, but Maryse counters that to hit her with a kick through the ropes and right to the stomach. The kick was strong, and now Layla is standing on one leg holding her stomach in pain. Maryse climbs to the top rope, which is something she usually does not do, but it’s never too late to try something new. She dives from the top rope to knock Layla back down with a double axe handle, and she then quickly hooks the leg for a 2 count.
King: Maryse is so athletic! A regular high flyer she is!
Trish Stratus: Are we watching the same match?
Styles: Don't mind him, we may have seen her do a diving axe handle but he saw her do a phoenix splash or something.
King: It was actually a 720 splash get it right and stop acting like you didn't see it.
Styles: I wasn't even... You know what I'm just going to leave this alone and let you enjoy your fantasies of this match.
Maryse tries to keep on the attack but Layla rakes her eyes then charges at her with a leaping shoulder tackle. She then stomps on Maryse a couple of times then pulls her by her hair and lays her over the bottom rope then places her foot on the ropes and begins to illegally choke her. The referee orders Layla to stop but she refuses and his count reaches a four before Layla finally stops. She backs away throwing her arms up and yells " I have until five! " She then bypasses the referee and goes back to the choke and the referee tries to pull her away but she refuses to stop. His count this time around is much faster and she barely stops before he was about to say five. She yells at him for his fast count turning her back to Maryse who doesn't seem the least bit pleased about being choked. Maryse runs up behind her with a hard clothesline to the back of Layla's neck. She then yells in French at Layla then coughs holding her throat. The fiery French Canadian pulls Layla up spins her around then slams her across her knee with a back breaker. She doesn't cover, instead she locks hold of her head attempts the French Kiss DDT, But as she goes for the drop down Layla holds onto the ropes then quickly covers Maryse with her feet on the ropes. The referee counts 1......2....but notices Layla's feet on the ropes and stops his count! Layla is absolutely pissed by this referee then threatens to slap him but he says " Do it and you're disqualified! " She tries to calm down and instead vents her anger on Maryse picks her up and hits a snap suplex then flows over into a cover but only gets a two count.
Trish Stratus: I have to admit I am pleasantly surprised as both of these women here tonight. That was a very wise counter on Layla's behalf but she ruined it by trying to cheat.
JR: I'm not a fan of cheating but it does show much she wants this.
Trish Stratus: Thats a very good point too, not to mention shes facing Maryse who is no stranger to cheating herself.
Layla grabs hold of Maryse's leg next kicks it for a minute then attempts to spin around locking in an Indian Death Lock, but before she can Maryse uses her free foot to kick her away and prevent the locking in of the submission. Maryse takes a second to get up to her feet but Layla tries to stop her but gets met with several forearm shots to the face then Maryse Irish whips her into the ropes waits for her to rebound but Layla ducks under her arm then rebounds off the opposing ropes and as Maryse turns around she attempts another shoulder tackle but Maryse wisely evades it then rolls up Layla for a very close two count. Layla gets up first then begins to strike Maryse with a fury of kicks ending with a spin back kick to Maryse's gut that stuns her for a moment and Layla lands a final roundhouse kick knocking her down on the mat. Instead of going for a cover she pulls Maryse up to a seated position then runs off the ropes and connects with a low drop kick but only gets another two count. She signals for the end picks Maryse up kicks her in the gut spins her around for the Lay-Out, but Maryse counters and turns it into a backslide for a quick 2 count.
King: Come on Maryse, you've got this! Finish her off!
Trish Stratus: It could have been over there just a second ago but Maryse proves why she was champion for so long with a nifty counter.
JR: We may not like Maryse for her attitude but we can't deny the talent and skill she has displayed since the very beginning of her title reign. She's improved drastically.
Trish Stratus: That she has, I remember last year she was struggling to get a victory period. But thanks to hard training and determination our little french poodle learned some new tricks!
Both of them get up rather quickly, and Maryse hits a knee right to Layla’s gut, and she then pushes her toward the ropes chopping her across the chest a couple of times. She then Irish whips her to the ropes, and this time Maryse runs to knock Layla down with a kitchen sink. Layla carefully rolls out of the way holding her stomach in pain while coughing. Maryse goes between the ropes to get a hold of Layla by her hair, but she counters with a strike right to her jaw causing her to bounce toward the middle of the ring. Layla scurries back into the ring herself, and she runs to the ropes to get some added velocity to hit a big clothesline. Layla goes for the cover again, but another kickout by Maryse. Layla now is screaming louder with even the crowd up at the cheap sits hearing her loud and clear. “Count faster” she says. She probably doesn’t like that the referee counts faster for other things, and not for what’s important for her. Anyways, Layla locks in a sleeper hold, followed by locking her legs around Maryse’s body. She gets up to her feet, but Layla still has the hold locked on and it doesn’t look like she will release her at any moment. Maryse was fading, but eventually she runs back to the turnbuckle, and she then elbows Layla causing her to fall off. Layla takes a moment to regain her composure, but when she sets her vision forward the only thing she see’s is a running boot striking her right on her skull. She falls down flat to the ground while Maryse takes a moment to catch her breath. She picks up Layla, grabbing her arm to hit a clothesline. Maryse rolls over to stand back up with her grip on Layla’s arm to hit a second clothesline, and she then does the same once more to hit a 3rd clothesline. She then taunts getting a decent reaction from the crowd.
Trish Stratus: Uh-oh, looks like Maryse is going to try to end it here...
King: Come on Maryse plant that no talent loser on the mat and get your victory!
She picks her up aiming to finish it with her DDT, but Layla counters it into a small package pin attempt..1..2…2 count.
JR: Wow! That was close right there.
Trish Stratus: We can say all we want about Layla's attitude or "outlook" on her career but that was a very impressive counter and just proves she isn't going to let this match end so easily.
King: She can only delay the inevitable for so long!
Maryse goes for her TKO kick out of nowhere, but Layla ducks only to hit a roundhouse kick right on Maryse’s head. She then quickly goes for the cover, but only manages to get the same two count. Layla climbs to the top rope, but before she can dive Maryse hits a high kick right to her leg causing Layla to lose her balance on the top rope. Maryse then climbs the second rope to hook the arm. She then stays up there for a while before finally jumping to hit a superplex. She goes for the cover..1..2…2 count. Maryse goes for a camel clutch, but Layla pulls herself to the ropes. Maryse grabs her by her hair aiming to pull her back into the ring, but Layla pokes her in the eye, and she then grabs her head to slam it on the turnbuckle pad a couple of times until Maryse falls in the ring. Layla goes between the ropes to enter the ring, and she kicks Maryse in the head a couple of times before locking in a triangle choke hold. Maryse moves her arms about trying to reach over the ropes, but little does she know that she’s almost in the middle of the ring. She punches Layla’s legs but that doesn’t do much. It just motivates Layla to apply just the more pressure. Maryse slowly crawls to the ropes to touch it with her leg. Again, Layla waits for the full 4 count before letting go of the submission hold. She once again grabs Maryse by her head looking to go for the layout, but Maryse unhooks herself from her grasp, turns around and pushes Layla toward the ropes. Upon rebound she gets a hold of the running Layla to hit her spinning one handed backbreaker. She goes for the cover..1…2.. kickout by Layla.
Styles: Exhaustion is setting in that much is clear based on these ladies' actions in the past couple of minutes.
Trish Stratus: Obviously both of them want this title shot against me but sadly only one can get it, so I guess the question is who wants it the most?
JR: We've got Layla who hasn't been champion in over two and half years, and then we have Maryse who wants regain her Divas Championship.
Maryse takes a moment to get up, then grabs hold of Layla's head locking it in a front head lock then pulls her to the middle of the ring, follows through with a hair flip transitioning into a DDT....But Layla blocks it by trapping her foot in between Maryse's then places her hand on the mat and flips over into a very creative pinning maneuver.
Trish Stratus: Wow now thats what I call a counter!
JR: This one could be over right here folks!
King: No!!! Maryse come on don't let that ring rat beat you!
The referee counts closely 1.......2.....but Maryse at the last split second gets her shoulder free then as Layla yells in frustration, Maryse backs into the corner with the realization of how close she came to losing sinking in.
Trish Stratus: I've gotta give it up to Maryse I actually thought that was the end.
King: Thats what you get for counting out Maryse.
JR: Weren't you just the one screaming no no no, King?
Trish Stratus: I think hes suffering from selective amnesia.
Layla doesn't wait for Maryse to come back to earth and rushes over to the corner and tries to pull her out but Maryse counters with a sit out jaw breaker then pulls Layla up kicks her in the gut throws her into the ropes and as she rebounds attempts to do an armbar flip over, but Layla grabs hold of her arm in mid rebound then flips over into a bridged pin 1......2....but Maryse shifts her weight over pinning Layla's shoulders on the mat 1......2.....but Layla gets free of the hold. Layla gets up first waits for Maryse to get up while screaming at her. She then spins for her spinning round house kick, but Maryse ducks it then nails her French TKO kick out of no where!
King: Yes! Cover her Maryse, shes done for!
Trish Stratus: That was a hard kick I hate to say it but I think Layla may be knocked out.
Maryse takes a moment and slowly turns over Layla onto her back and covers hooking the leg 1........2........but Layla kicks out!
King: WHAAAT?!
Trish Stratus: I've gotta admit being a commentator and actually watching our divas in action is pretty exciting! I'm not a fan of either women but these ladies have really impressed me.
Styles: Theres no doubt about that, Maryse and Layla want this, they want it bad and thats very clear.
Maryse seems absolutely shocked, she backs up again shaking her head then yells "Theres no way she kicked out!" at the referee. She calms herself down and slows her breathing, then picks up Layla hooks her head and flips her hair spiking her with the French Kiss!
Trish Stratus: That was nasty...
She wastes no time covering and the referee begins the count 1.....2.......
King: And heres your winner Ma--
But as he reaches the mat for the third count, Layla gets her shoulder up!
King: NO!!!! She can't do that! She can't do that dammit!
Styles: She can apparently and she just did! My god Layla just kicked out of the French Kiss DDT and Maryse's face just says it all.
Layla gets on her hands and knees exhausted but not wanting to lose she and Maryse lock eyes and then Maryse runs at her with a clothesline in mind, but Layla ducks it and then nails a low drop kick to her legs. She uses the ropes help herself back up but Maryse gets up first and backs her into the corner then delivers multiple shoulder thrusts. The referee orders her to get Layla out of the corner but she ignores him then nails a few slaps and punches but breaks at 4 when the referee lightly but forcefully pulls her away from Layla. She looks at then then charges into the corner but Layla responds with a huge boot to the jaw hooks Maryse's head from behind and slowly positions herself onto the top rope. She then flips off the top and lands in a seated position on the mat nailing the Face-Lift jawbreaker to perfection. She slowly covers Maryse just by throwing her arm over her chest. 1......2.........BUT MARYSE GETS HER SHOULDER UP?!
Trish Stratus: I know first hand how much that move hurts so kudos to Maryse for actually being able to kick out of that.
Styles: Both women have kicked out of signature maneuver after signature maneuver! They both have to be asking themselves what will it take to finally end this?
JR: I'm not quite sure but whatever it is they better come up with it and fast before the other does.
Layla screams in an emotionally frustrated tone and drops to her knees collapsing on the ropes.
She then shakes her head refusing to believe that she got up from that. She covers her again hooking both legs but again another kick out! Layla angered by this grabs Maryse and throws her over the ropes and Maryse crashes hard on the floor. The referee yells at her and tells her to stay in the ring. She tries to go out of the ring but he stops her she then glares at him and teases a slap but then drops down and rolls out of the other side of the ring much to his dislike. Layla then grabs Maryse pulls her up and shouts " This will teach you to kick out you little French Bitch!" and throws her with great force into the barricade and the sound echos throughout the arena!
Styles: OH MY GOD! Maryse was just thrown into that barricade in such a sick way... Layla's frustration is becoming very evident by her sudden extra aggression.
Trish Stratus: That will definitely hurt in the morning! Question is will she be a hurt winner or a hurt loser?
King: Maryse!!!! No no no no no!!! Disqualify her referee, Layla should be disqualified for that heartless act!
JR: It's not against the rules and this crowd is loving it! They've been on their feet screaming for the past two minutes and I can't blame them. They are giving it their all and pulling out all of their tricks for this match right here tonight.
Trish Stratus: You know that they are loving something when they're chanting for Maryse and Layla especially! These two have been some of the most despised divas but I think the audience is too distracted to hate them because of how entertaining this match has been.
Maryse starts to stir holding her back in severe pain and the fans begin a "Lets go Maryse, and then a select group follow with a "Lets go Layla!" the duel chant continues and Layla doesn't waste any time, she picks up Maryse raises her head up then slaps her across the face! But Maryse fires back with a huge slap of her own as the referee's count reaches a 5! Layla fires back now with another slap, and then Maryse with another huge one of her own as the chant gets louder and louder! Layla attempts another one but Maryse catches it then bounces her skull off the announcer's table and stares at Trish for a moment as the count reaches 7 she rolls Layla into the ring. She starts to step into the ring, but her eyes divert back to Trish and she walks over to the announcer's table. Trish gets up from her seat removing her headset throwing her arms up at Maryse asking her what shes going to do. Maryse's eyes lower and she stares at the title around Trish's waist. The referee stops his count at 8, and steps out of the ring to get Maryse back into the ring. The two stare at one another and the referee gets in between them trying to prevent the situation from turning into a bad one. Layla starts to get up but the fans get even louder, and that reason is revealed because the masked woman is spotted! She hops over the farthest barricade out of view of the referee, Trish and Maryse included! She slides into the ring stares at Layla then as she screams "Nooooooooooooooo!!!" the masked woman throws her shoulder first into the ring post! The masked woman then high tails it out of the ring leaping over the barricade and quickly gets out of sight with her goal accomplished right as the referee turned around to make sure nothing was going on. He orders Maryse into the ring and she follows him back into the ring as Layla continues screaming holding her shoulder. Maryse is ready to end this, she hooks Layla's head dragging her to the middle of the ring then hits the French Kiss DDT spiking Layla's head off the mat and covers 1......2......3!
JR: MY GOD! The masked woman just screwed Layla again! And sadly the official nor Maryse even saw it...
Styles: I hate how it ended because no one deserves to be screwed out of a match but my god that was just an amazing match between both women. I just hope Layla isn't injured after that nasty throw into the steel ring post.
King: You see! I told you Maryse would win and don't even credit that to the masked woman because we all know it wouldn't make a difference either way.
Justin Roberts: The winner of this match, and the diva that will challenge Trish Stratus for the Divas Championship at Unforgiven, Maryse!
Maryse's hand is raised by the official but she pulls her arm away stares at the beaten Layla but then her attention shifts back to Trish... She rolls out of the ring Trish stares back at her, King gets up from his seat almost holding Trish back to prevent her from doing anything to his precious Maryse.
She gets even closer and closer with her eyes locked on Trish's belt. The camera zooms in on Trish who is grinning at her waiting for her move while still being held back by King.
But then as it looks as if Maryse is inching closer and closer for a conflict between the two, she suddenly stops then turns around and begins to walk away. Trish looks confused and we cut to an instantly replay of the match we just wittnessed showcasing many of the entertaining and close spots between both women. We see a slow motion capture of the French Kiss that ended it all then cut back to Maryse who stops walking turns around stares at Trish but then proceeds up the ramp ignoring everyone and anything. We then fade out to a commercial break

The camera pans to show the Truth standing next to the interviewer in a thoughtful stare.
Interviewer: R-Truth, can we get your thoughts on what's been Breaking Down lately?
Truth looks at her disgusted that she just made that horrible pun but continues to speak anyway.
Truth:Frankly, I don't know why I even bother. I've been working mah ass off for the last year trying to make it here, trying my hardest, and I've been silent, but now is the time when the truth must be revealed. RANDY ORTON? Are you serious? Randy Orton gets into the Intercontinental Championship Gauntlet, but not me? This don't make no sense, this can't be right! This is a..a..CONSPIRACY! Mick Foley, Randy Orton, and Wade Barrett have been conspiring against me for so long, and now I end it! I will go to the papers if I have to! This is a miscarraige of Justice!
Truth rubs his forehead with his right hand as the Interviewer looks taken aback by this display of strange delusions as she dares to ask one more question.
Interviewer:Well Truth...what are you actually going to do?
Truth shoots his head up from the grip of his hand and stares at her like he's going to bite her head off.
Truth:What am I going to do? WHAT AM I GONNA DO!? I tell ya what I'm gone do! Alex Shelley vs Shelton Benjamin.
First off, why is the video titled "Shuggz is racist"? lol. Onto the match it was very fun to watch, Shelley made sure Shelton didn't get a clear advantage and tried to dominate but Shelton still held his own over Shelley until he couldn't no more. I lol'd at Mike Knox not letting anyone in the ring by blocking their way. Shelton had a few close calls but Shelley was just one step ahead of him, in the end Shelley manages to get his 2nd win in XWL over a tough opponent. Great match.
Rock/Batista/MVP Suuuuuper Promo.
Starting off with Rock's bit of the promo which is good as usual, I'm still shocked at how much you've improved in such little time here. I know you get it a lot but damn, best Rock I've seen. There's so many funny one liners as usual, "whooped the testicles straight out of his body!" Great use of pictures as usual and Rocks lone part at the start of the promo was hilarious and fantastic. MVP getting pissed at being called a power ranger only to get cut off by vintage Rock was funny, poor MVP. MVP making his way into the ring as the shit gets real now, looking forward to see how this turns out. MVP taking a different side of things as he gets personal talking about The Rock leaving, interesting route to go. I loved MVP's part talking about how he worked his way up when The Rock was making movies, oh my. MVP taking off his jacket as the shit gets real. Loving this promo so far, the part with Rock talking about his return to XWL was outstanding because I can just imagine Rock saying it. Even bringing out Batista now to turn up the intensity in this, things don't look good for Rock on his own. Batista's part was great, it seems like you're hitting your stride as him in promos now. "Batista: I’m pretty sure you haven’t even won a title in XWL." Neither have you! lololol.. And just for the record "The Rock: The Rock doesn't give a flying piece of eskimo turd if you are a 6 foot 6 300 pound man, are you trying to turn The Rock on?" That made me spit out my water from laughing, thanks Zander. I still like how Rock is standing up to both of them in this ongoing promo, while keeping it intense yet funny. Really pissing Batista off now, I didn't think this promo could get anymore personal. BUT THEN Batista calls Rock a dissapointment to his father, ooooooh my. I loved Rock asking was it Batista's time of the month. When this part came up I was hoping you'd turn to Batista and be serious and you did. Finally things come to blows when MVP and his Bitch decide to take out their frustrations on Rock, Rock lays the holy smackdown on their candy asses ftw with a double peoples elbow. I can't stress how much I enjoyed reading this promo as a whole, it had all it needed and then some. There's nothing much else I can say apart from, holy shit that was great.
Cena/Connor vs Knox/Austin.
I watched this match a few days ago when it was first uploaded, honestly I'm kind of dissapointed of what has happened to Cena and Austin. Teaming up with Mike Knox and Connor O'Brian just doesn't suit them at all. But nonetheless the match was entertaining enough with Austin and Knox getting the win with Knox managing to get the pin on Connor in what I believe is his first victory in XWL? Correct me if I'm wrong anyone.
Daniels vs Booker vs Joe.
I'm intrigued to see how this match turns out with Daniels on-going winning streak thing, Joe wants to put an end to his bragging and with Booker T added to the mix things don't look well for him. Things manage to get Hardcore early on with the use of chairs by Booker which is pretty heelish. Joe and Daniels constatly going after each other ties in with their earlier promo. But throughout the match with Joe and Daniels' hatred Booker T reigns supreme pinning Daniels... With a moonsault?! That's a bit odd I must admit but what's even more odd is Joe going hulk on the steel steps and killing a few fans =o
Shawn Michaels vs Evan Bourne.
The match started to get more interesting when the weapons and outside brawling started, I loved when HBK ducked the roundhouse kick from Evan and nailed him with a Sweet Chin Music. That spot looked really cool, also, why does HBK have ring escape if he's a face? Just wondering. Evan's big SSP from the TB to the outside was tits. I love how you used commentary and commercials to seperate the parts of your videos, I never thought of doing that before. Creative idea for sure. Even making a seperate video for showing the replays of what happened during commercial, once again, creative idea that came off very well. The commentary throughout was great as usual and it was a cool mixture of a write up and a recording. HBK proving in this match that he's still got "it". There's too many reversals and hardcore spots to call out, it's madness HBK sets up a ladder when "Dashing" Cody Rhodes makes his way out, since it's an Extreme Rules match nothing can be done, osnap. Cody causes the distraction that leads to the demise of HBK in this match, Evan gets the pin with a sickening SSP off the ladder. And also putting him through that flaming table D: Evan with the win and just to note again your good use of commentary followed up by Evan and Cody adding insult to injury to HBK. But omgnowai RVD is back! Since the RVD bit is my bit I can't really review it, but Evan and RVD at the PPV ftw. Especially with MITB on the line for RVD's chance at Redemption! Dun dun dunnnnn.
D'Angelo Dinero Promo.
First off I think your pictures aren't working for me for some reason, because you usually have pics. Onto the promo, it did its job with Pope looking forward to his return match to XWL and I'm interested to see what's next for Pope in XWL. Also to note, "Paragon of Virtue" was just a Chris Jericho nickname I thought but I guess Pope uses it too. Lol. Good promo, wondering who Pope gets to face in his redebut, let's hope Pope can pull off the win for that.
Wade Barrett/Bob Orton Promo.
First off I wanna say Bob Orton's theme is badass, I've been listening to it for ages and when I read this promo. I didn't expect Bob Orton to come out at all but it's a nice idea and it's different. You played Bob Orton well plugging his son and getting the cheap pops from the hometown crowd, advertising Orton's new XWL DVD is a good valid reason to have him on the show. And it's good to see you even had a DVD cover showing to back it up. Uh oh, here comes Wade Barrett. Bob Orton better gtfo. Wade talking was great as expected belittling Bob and his son, things take a nasty turn though.
"[Bob Orton] Maybe it's because you're a stuck up British jackass!"
The brute, Wade hits Orton's father with a microphone and that's when I expected Orton to run down and save his dad but there was no sign of him. Barrett even snaps Orton's DVD for good measure. Barrett reading Orton's DVD and saying things when stomping and beating up Randy's father really seemed like something he'd do as a true heel and it was written up perfectly to show it. Wade beats the living hell out of Orton and he and Gabriel take him backstage. Wade slams the door shut on Randy's head which actually made me cringe thinking of it, sickening. Finally Randy appears looking to save his dad but is stopped dead in his tracks. This promo really turned up the intensity of the feud and hopefully Randy follows up next week with a promo with an irate Orton. The layout and use of images was great along with the commentary too, top notch work as usual.
John Morrison vs Rey Mysterio.
To be honest I didn't even know we had a Rey Rey There's not much to say in the match because Morrison summoned his inner Hulk Hogan and managed to finish off Rey Mysterio. Morrison still mad from Edge getting out of his grasp and he took it out on Mysterio in less than ten minutes, good showing from Vice. Hard luck for Mysterio.
Neverending Divas Match.
Wonder if Maryse can pull off the win this week to get her rematch with Trish, cool to see Trish on commentary for the match and that you have pics too. "Trish Stratus: Special maybe, but am I really "very special" I mean I'm only the Divas Champion!" Cocky Bitch. The write up was long as hell but entertaining to read alongside the ongoing commentary from Trish. Layla and Maryse both giving it their all with a ton of kickouts reverses and pins. After a long fought match neither woman will still give up which shocks everyone including Trish Stratus, and when it comes to the end of it the masked woman strikes again stopping Layla in her tracks. Maryse manages to pick up the shady win of Layla in the long ass match. The commentary throughout the write up was up to standard as usual and the use of pictures with Trish too really helped it,I lol'd at the bit with King saying Maryse was a natual high flyer. The match write up itself was fantastic as usual and is a nice switch up from the usual recorded matches. I expected a brawl between Trish and Maryse and was shocked to see nothing happen, unlike Maryse. The write up did more than expected as it built up the ongoing feud of Maryse and Trish alongside furthering the masked woman's attacks on Layla.
R-Truth Promo.
R-Truth hasn't really done anything in XWL aside from winning the US Title, so you have a lot to catch up on as Truth to make him your own charater if you get what I mean. I'm a huge fan of R-Truths current gimmick so I'm glad to see someone pick him up, nice to see you even had pictures to work with too. Truth calling the conspiracy card which fits his character, and with his crazy eyes towards the interviewer. Truth seems to want in on this PPV Intercontinental Title Gauntlet so I wonder if he'll get in, if not that's a real conspiracy. Good first promo as Truth, hopefully you can keep it up.

There's not much to say in the match because Morrison summoned his inner Hulk Hogan and managed to finish off Rey Mysterio. Morrison still mad from Edge getting out of his grasp and he took it out on Mysterio in less than ten minutes, good showing from Vice. Hard luck for Mysterio.
