| No, this policy isn't like David's but you have permission to continue to bash his while I get a strike 1 for saying this. But onto the policy that was brought up and talked about by admins which we all agreed should be added. Basically, the policy I suggested and will take effect is a "Warning Limit" policy for Admin Approved Superstars. It basically is what you think when you hear the words warning limit. As of right now, you go two weeks without posting a promo, get a warning, post a promo and then what happens next? Nothing, the process just repeats. That is where the problem is currently. We've had people abuse this system. To Quote Stay who basically nailed it perfectly with his thoughts, "I mean it's not against the rules but why just promo to be someone when there might be someone out there willing to put more effort and time into that superstar." We decided that things are going to change about the admin approved for the better.
This is where the new policy comes in. You get a warning after two weeks of not posting a promo, I send you a message, and you can go and do your promo. That is still going to be there, you can still do that. But if you let it happen three times without giving us a reason on why you couldn't promo those past two weeks and this following week, a note will be made that you have one strike on the admin approved warning limit. If you get three of those strikes, then you will be stripped of your superstar without any questions asked. You can re-apply for that superstar again, but admins may not be so thrilled of giving you that person if you are going against multiple people. Now if you're wondering what the number of strikes is and if there is a time limit before they get reset, then here is what you have been waiting for.
As you all hopefully know and love by now, we enforce an Admin Approved policy here, which means if you don't promo for 2 weeks, you'll receive a warning. If you don't promo the week after you'll lose that Superstar/Diva. And if you earn three warnings for the same Superstar/Diva, you will also lose them.
We have decided that now warnings will be removed after a four month period.
Not to hard, right? If you are are active with posting a promo or you have a legit reason on why you couldn't do a promo, then you should have no need to worry about this and you may not even have to read all of this. But due to some incidents in XWL History, we feel this is needed. Hopefully everyone is fine with it and understands where this policy is coming from. It isn't targeting the members, it's mainly helping them, so I hope you all enjoy it!

Breaks don't count towards the limit. Only when you are active as that person but choosing not to promo. You can't go on an absurd amount of breaks though. | |

| As I said on Skype, it makes sense. This way it stops people just proming every warning and still wasting the character. | |

| I like this rule, but feel like the months for it to reset might be a bit low. I'd maybe make it five or six, but in general I like the rule. | |
