Eddie Guerrero is newly available and we have a polciy where we allow twenty four hours for anyone else to express interest on people that are either admin approved or newly free, so we'll now give anyone else the chance to do so for the next twenty four hours. Remember expressing interest will require a test promo now that someone has applied to be him. If no one else applies within the time given you'll be approved.
