*The crowd are electric and can barely contain their excitement for the upcoming show as many cheer as loud as they can. The cameras shift to ringside where Jim Ross, Jerry "The King" Lawler and Michael Cole are each sat in their respective announce positions.*

Welcome everyone to Redemption, live from Cheyenne, Wyoming! I'm Jim Ross alongside Jerry "The King" Lawler and Michael Cole, and what a show we have lined up for you tonight!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]
You're right JR! And this crowd is electric! I couldn't ask for more and I'm honored to be in one of the best seats of the house for this one!

[Michael Cole]
In our main event tonight, Ted Dibiase will be teaming up with the United States Champion Alex Shelley to take on the former champion Wade Barrett and the dashingly insane Cody Rhodes!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]
Well, things have been intense to say the least between all the men involved in that matchup. It has all the ingredients for an explosive main event.

[Jim Ross]
We'll also be looking to try and get you an update on the condition of the World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho after he was attacked by an unknown assailant last week. Social media has been rife with rumors and theories about who his attacker was after strenuous denials by number one contender Dolph Ziggler. Speaking of Ziggler, he too was on the receiving end of an attack, courtesy of the returning Dean Ambrose and his new band of comrades The Shield!

[Michael Cole]
For those of you who missed it, Dean Ambrose returned along with Roman Reigns and they've joined forces with Seth Rollins to re-establish the group known as The Shield. If the past is anything to base this group on, I think XWL is about to be turned upside down. Dolph Ziggler and possibly Chris Jericho have already felt the wrath of The Shield so-

*The crowd's electricity is earthed by the sound of some familiar music beginning to play.*

Speak of the devil...

*The crowd roars in hatred as the cameras scour the arena looking for any sign of the three renegades. The fans begin too boo louder in a specific section which draws the camera's attention as Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are shown descending the steps on one side. The other side also becomes louder as Reigns is shown making his way toward the ring alone.*



[Jim Ross]
These three men are as intimidating a group as I have ever seen in all my years. You can never be sure when they will strike and who will be next on their hitlist. They're unpredictable and with three men as talented as these are, if you cross them you'd better be sure you're prepared to face the consequences.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]
If you cross them? We don't know their motives! We all know that Dean Ambrose has issues with Dolph Ziggler, but why did Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins help with the attack last week?

[Michael Cole]
Are you stupid King? It's obvious these three men are a cohesive unit. If you cross one of them, you cross them all. What makes them different to the Men Of Honor and the other groups we've seen in XWL is that The Shield have a proven track record. You need only look at the videos from elsewhere in the past as evidence of that. I'm not at all surprised that Dean Ambrose has recuperated from his loss at Dead Man's Hand and come back stronger then ever flanked by the two men he has arguably had the most success with. Together, they will take some stopping, that's for sure.

*As each of the three men reach the barricade after wading their way through the masses of the XWL Universe, they each enter in their own specific way. Reigns hops the barricade before flipping back his hair and letting out a defiant yet intimidating roar...*



*While Rollins performs an acrobatic flip and Ambrose cooly slides over the barricade.*



*The Shield ooze confidence and have an intimidating aura about them as they each retrieve microphones before entering the ring. Despite being under an unrelenting barrage of hate from the fans, they look as calm and collected as ever as their music dies down. Dean Ambrose is the first to speak as he raises his microphone upwards.*

For fourteen days, an eerie silence has fallen over this company's oh so perfect world. An illusion that will soon be shattered into a million broken pieces and won't ever be able to be repaired. For fourteen days, the dark cloud that shadowed this company for six months had seemingly disappeared and you were freed from reality. Just when it seemed like everything was returning to its status quo, Dean Ambrose, along with these two men on either side of me, once again shook the foundations of this very company to its core.



{Dean Ambrose}
You thought that the big, bad wolf was gone, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I've said this since my return back in November, and yet, it still amazes me that you people, along with those in the back, don't listen to what I say. When Dean Ambrose says something, you know it's the truth because I am not a liar like Dolph Ziggler, I am not a liar like Chris Jericho. But I guess I'll say it once more, I'm indestructible! I can't be hurt, I can't be defeated. Dolph Ziggler thought that by hitting me over the head with the World Heavyweight Championship at Dead Man's Hand, he finally got the upper hand in the never ending war between us. All you did, Ziggler, was piss me off!

As much as I talk about my past, as much as I talk about what I plan on doing to those who oppose me, you know something big is going down when Dean Ambrose sits in silence for two weeks. I could call it the calm before the storm but that wouldn't do it justice. With the fall of Men of Honor, a new empire rises from it's ashes. The three men you see before you in this ring are better than Men of Honor was, we're stronger, we're faster, we hit harder, we're a more cohesive unit, which I didn't think was possible, but it is.

Men of Honor fell because all three men at the start weren't fighting for the same goal, they weren't fighting for the same outcome, Corey Graves' pride and ego to the best of him and he was taken out. AJ Styles and myself tried to recover from the nose dive caused by Graves, but to no avail. AJ was taken out by Samoa Joe and I was left as the sole Man of Honor. Samoa Joe knew his number was about to be called, so he ran like a coward but sooner or later, he will return, they always do. And when that moment comes, I will make you pay for your sins!

When Men of Honor came into fruition, we were a three man group, similar to the three people in this ring. The only difference is that Roman Reigns is far superior to Corey Graves in every sense of the word. Unlike young Graves, Reigns gets the job done, and in impressive fashion. Reigns is a six foot three, two hundred and sixty five pound wrecking machine. He's a lot like me in the sense that he can't be stopped. He won't stop until you're left in a pool of your own blood, he won't stop until every bone in your body is broken beyond repair!

Then we have Seth Rollins, a former King of the Ring winner and the man responsible for the Matt Hardy Tragedy, as well as demoralizing Kofi Kingston. A man who has been overlooked since his return to this company, but not anymore, those days are now over. Rollins is willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done, and if that means putting his body at risk, then so be it. Sounds familiar, doesn't it? There's a reason I personally handpicked these two men on either side of me, it's because they reminded me of myself. I saw the look in their eyes, the look of determination, the look of hatred burning within them, the same hate that burns in my soul. And what better way to combine all our attributes than by joining the same side in this war of Honor and this war against Injustice.

The last time you saw both these men in the ring at the same time was at this years Final Stand Pay-Per-View, where Rollins took Reigns' head off his shoulders with a Superkick. That wasn't Rollins acting under his own will, that was the higher ups getting into his head and spreading their lies about Reigns. Why? Because they saw something between them, the same thing I saw, the potential to invert this company's reality and drop it on its head. The same thing they saw in me one year ago when they had Evan Bourne attempt to take me out permanently. They failed then and they failed now. Dean Ambrose is the cure to this company's corruption, and sooner rather than later, you will see this company for what it truly is.



{Roman Reigns}
Justice is a word you people will come to see the true meaning of at the hands of The Shield. We are here to stop the poison of injustice spreading throughout this industry. We are the shot in the arm this company needs to be put back on the right path. Whining and complaining should get you nowhere in this business but right now that's not the case. Everything is backwards. We will set things right. It's time XWL faced the cold, harsh reality we will force it to face. No longer will we stand aside and allow those who don't deserve it to hog the spotlight. No longer will we be forced to pit our talents against one another when we know damn well that the three of us are together are unstoppable. Our track record proves that. No longer will we settle for being second best or stepping stones for guys less talented than we are. Our time has come to leave the sidelines and take center stage. The time has come to emerge from the shadows and claim what is rightfully ours - success, money and fame. That will be sweet justice.




[Seth Rollins]
One thing is for sure though Roman. It won't feel sweet to the people who receive it. You see folks we know what you're thinking. 'Oh, here comes another Resistance or Opposition.' But what you sheep don't understand is, we're not them. WE ARE THE SHIELD. We aren't 8 guys milling around acting like they're partners or friends and then the net month the stab each other in the back. We are 3 men who are a well-oiled machine we are stronger than any giant, we are faster then any cruiserweight, and we are smarter than any Sandow or Otunga. For too long has the spotlight been shone on the faces of men who don't deserve what they are given. And you people who cheer for these kings of deception are just as reprehensible the men who will suffer our wrath. No one believed that I was going to be the King Of The Ring, no one thought that Roman Reigns was going to be back in XWL, and no one sure as hell thought that Dean Ambrose would be a main event superstar. But even as dumb and useless as you people are, you all will eventually. Believe In The Shield.



{Dean Ambrose}
You may not believe now, but you will soon enough. Just like Dolph Ziggler believed last week, just like Chris Jericho believed last week, and just like each and every single one of you will believe. Jericho, you thought you were going into a match against Seth Rollins last week, you couldn't be more wrong. We attacked you before your match because we could, we attacked you because you took part in screwing Dean Ambrose out of the World Heavyweight Championship. I re-watched the footage over and over again and every time I replayed the ending of the match, one thing ran through my mind: How was I going to get my revenge on you yet again managing to slip away with the World Championship in your possession?



{Dean Ambrose}
The answer was really simple: Gather the best talent this company has to offer and unify them under a a few goals, to take out anybody who tries to deny us our right to be at the top of the food chain, and to restore honor and justice to this land of thieves. We will take out anybody who gets in our way and we will take out anybody who wronged us in the past. We don't care if you're a man, woman, or child, if you mess with us, you will be put in your place. We are a Shield of Honor, we are a Shield from Injustice, We are The Shield!



{Dean Ambrose}
Dolph Ziggler, you looked Dean Ambrose in the face and cost him the World Heavyweight Championship, if you thought your life was a living hell before, you're in for a rude awakening. If you thought Men of Honor was bad, The Shield is much, much worse. We are all your nightmares come to life, we are all your fears wrapped into one, we are the pain that just won't go away. Soon enough, you will pay for the sins you have committed, just like I had to. You will soon realize that The Shield, won't ever be stopped.



{Roman Reigns}
We CANNOT be stopped! We WILL NOT be stopped! And anyone who tries to stop us from taking what is ours or hold us back will need to be prepared to face the consequences. Whether you're Dolph Ziggler, The Rock, Ted Dibiase... John Laurinaitis... Hulk Hogan...even Vickie Guerrero... ANYBODY! You will need to live up to the fact that getting in our way will only mean a whole lot of pain and suffering as you experience the justice being brought to you. The Shield answers to nobody and The Shield stands back for nobody!

*Reigns clearly fired up takes a few moments to absorb the fans' boos before resuming in a much calmer, but colder tone.*

You people can boo us and you can jeer us all you want to. Because we don't care what you think. Your opinions of us and how we go about our business are your own, but when we reach our rightful places at the top of this industry, above everybody else where we should be, you will have no other choice but to accept the greatness of The Shield. It is our goal and it is our mission to be the best that there is because that is what we are. If anyone opposes us or wants to deny us our rights they will get burned. We promise you that!



{Dean Ambrose}
If you step up, you will get knocked back down. If you play with fire, you will get burned. The Shield is that fire and we'll never get put out! Soon enough, this fire will spread and burn down your perfect world, then and only then will our quest for Justice and Honor truly begin. The countdown has already begun, now we play the waiting game, but here's the thing, patience isn't one of my virtues. So here's what The Shield is going to do, we're going to make Dolph Ziggler's life even more miserable than it already is, then we're going to do the same to Chris Jericho and we're going to do the same to anybody who dares to oppose us. We are The Shield, and this Shield won't stop until Justice and Honor are restored!



{Roman Reigns}
BELIEVE... IN THE SHIELD!

*With that, Reigns slams down his microphone, fired up once again. The three men lock fists in a show of unity having delivered their mission statement as their music echoes around the arena once again.*





*The final image we see before a commercial break is a close up of the trifecta of fists. The Shield have arrived.*

[Hulk Hogan]
Brother, I know there are people wondering just who exactly Chuck Taylor is facing tonight. I dropped a hint that most of the XWL Universe understood. Tonight Chuck Taylor competes in an Intergender match! Now...his opponent, you ask? Well, she's the newest signing to XWL and personally one of my favorites, brother! Give her a warm welcome to XWL...KHARMA!



[Michael Cole]
Oh my god...

[Jim Ross]
You talk about a Diva? That's no Diva. This woman is a monster, and a nearly 300 pound one to boot!

[Hulk Hogan]
Not only that, dudes, but the lovely Maryse will be at ringside in Kharma's corner! Enjoy the show, guys!

Kharma comes out onto the stage to a massive pop and "HOLY SHIT!" chants from the XWL Universe as we cut to a commercial break. One things for sure: Chuck Taylor is in a lot of trouble.

Intergender Match


Kharma w/ Maryse vs Chuck Taylor

We're live backstage with one half of the New Age Outlaws, Billy Gunn, as he's standing in front of the interview set, microphone in hand.

[Billy Gunn]
So...word has it that a couple of fatboys, Mark Henry and Brodus Clay decided they'd come to XWL and form some type of "big bad" tag team. Am I hearing that right? I mean, I'll admit it that I'm getting up there so my hearing may not be as good as it used to be 15 years ago, but that's just life. That's evolution, and the Outlaws, Road Dogg and myself, that's what we've done, man! We've simply just evolved! It doesn't matter if you're Mark Henry, Brodus Clay, Cassius Clay, Clay Aiken, Orlando Jordan, Doink The Clown Eugene, Big Dick Johnson, The Dicks, The Johnsons, The Ding Dongs, Dick Ebersol...you see where I'm going with this!? No? Well, Mark Henry and Brodus Clay are simply a couple of dicks!

The audience laughs as Billy Gunn looks on with a shit-eating grin. Certainly his words have to be provoking the monstrous new tag team. However, Billy suddenly turns serious and stares a hole into the camera.

[Billy Gunn]
Yeah...I might be a little too cocky, I might talk a bit, but if there's one thing that the New Age Outlaws do, it's talking the talk and walking the walk, son. Or is it taking all the ladies for a few drinks and nights in motel rooms? Oh, I can't remember, but who cares, I know one thing and that's that Mark Henry and Brodus Clay are nowhere near qualified to be ladies...animals yes, gorillas more than likely, hairy apes that belong at the local zoo is a definite, but ladies no. Boys, if you're a couple of escaped apes, then consider The Outlaws the zookeepers. And we're armed with tranquilizer guns aimed right at your backsides. Trust me, compared to a tranquilizer darts, they're a cake walk compared to stepping into the ring with the NEW! AGE! OUTLAWS!

[Billy Gunn]
And if you're not down with that...we got two words for you...

The fans finish the famous catchphrase of both the Outlaws and D-X as Gunn walks off set as we go to our next segment.

[Jerry Lawler]
Hey, JR! Cole! You know who that is!? That's Johnny Knoxville, the star of next year's Jackass 4! Man, you know I love those movies!

[Michael Cole]
Oh please, King! I bet you've never watched any of them!

[Maryse]
...Yeah, Johnny! You know I'm super excited for your movie next year! You're gonna punch Bam in the nuts for me, right?

[Johnny Knoxville]
Of course, Miss Maryse! Anything for you, doll.

[Maryse]
Aw, how sweet! You know how to please a woman, Johnny.

[Johnny Knoxville]
Yeah, uh...speaking of women...what's your issue with that Chuck Taylor guy?



Maryse rolls her eyes very overdramatically earning a small laugh from Knoxville as Maryse answers.

[Maryse]
Ugh, do not get me started on that...creep! He went into my bags and stole my bikini last week! What kind of guy does that, honestly!? It's so...just...ugh! It gives me the creeps just knowing that he is in the same building as me every week, y'know? He's just so...agitating, annoying, stalker-ish, stupid...

[Johnny Knoxville]
I'm just gonna take a guess you don't like the guy.



[Maryse]
Oh my god, Johnny, saying that I do not like Chuck Taylor does not do my hatred for him justice. He just makes me uncomfortable. How dare he mess with me, y'know? It's just...a travesty that a man resorts to wearing a woman's bikini for...heck, I don't even know why he did it! That's just what makes him so weird!

[Johnny Knoxville]
Like...Johnny Curtis weird?

[Maryse]
....Who?

[Johnny Knoxville]
Nevermind. Anyways, it's been nice seeing you, Maryse! I'm gonna go check and see if Chris Jericho is here, he's one of my favorites.



[Maryse]
I see, I am boring you, no? Oh well. Au revoir Johnny! Was nice seeing you as well! And...you didn't hear this from me but I think I saw Jericho head near catering a few minutes ago...he looked kind of grumpy though so be careful! I don't want him bringing you back to me in pieces!

[Johnny Knoxville]
Alright, thanks Maryse!

Knoxville walks off camera as Maryse smirks in his direction, arching an eyebrow as we cut to a commercial.

David Otunga Vs Antonio Cesaro



Antonio Cesaro’s theme hits and the Swiss Sensation makes his way onto the stage, raises his arms into the air at an angle then sharply pulls back each one as he does his signature pose. The crowd boos as the arrogant man who lives to mock the American lifestyle starts the make his way down the ramp with a sly grin on his face.

Lillian Garcia
The following match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Lucerne, Switzerland standing in at 6’2” weighing in at 232 pounds… Antonio Cesaro!

Cesaro calmly walks up the steel steps as if all the booing is meant for someone else and not him. Undeterred and not concerned with the hatred spewing out of the mouths of the people, Cesaro wipes his feet on the apron before stepping into the ring and cracking his neck. He stares out at the people with that grin still on his face, then turns to face the ramp and awaits the arrival of his opponent.



Otunga gets a bit of the hate from the fans too, though it’s considerably less than what Cesaro got because the people still aren’t sure how to feel about this guy. The biggest thing he’s done so far was get Damien Sandow fired, and that was something the people have been clamoring for since Sandow debuted in this company.

Otunga arrives on the stage and it becomes quite clear from the way that he’s dressed that he isn’t out here to wrestle. Wearing a purple sweater over a dress shirt with a bow tie attached to it, Otunga looked like he came to offer some legal advice instead of getting his hands dirty and wrestling in the ring. Cesaro eyes the man who’s neck he was supposed to be breaking with an uppercut curiously, and he perks up when he notices that Otunga has a mic in hand and is ready to speak.

David Otunga
It’s nice to see you in an XWL arena, Cesaro. For a second there I thought you’d do what you’ve been so good at pulling off lately, and that’s avoiding getting into the ring and doing what you’re being paid to: wrestle. You’ve been so slick about it too, calling in sick, claiming that you’ve missed your flight… just excuse after excuse to justify why you haven’t been meeting your contractual obligations. You almost got away with it too, Cesaro, maybe if I wasn’t around you would have pulled off one of the greatest rip-offs XWL has ever seen. But I was here and you may think that you’re smarter than most Americans, but I’m in a league of my own… I’m Harvard educated which means I’m a step above all Americans.

David Otunga
I’m all also a few steps ahead of you, Cesaro, because when Mr. Laurinaitis, you know, the guy whose job it is to deal with scrubs like you on a daily basis, came to me to look into your situation, I saw through your antics and realized what you were doing immediately. It must be hard being from another country while trying to make a living for yourself in America, isn’t it, Cesaro? There are so many things you have to worry about, leaving your family behind, getting accustomed to the culture… and then there’s having to maintain your work visa, something you slipped up and let expire because you were too busy ordering around the company to let you face every champion so that you could feel good about yourself.



David Otunga
So while you were scrambling to get your work visa renewed, you signed a new contract knowing full well that you wouldn’t legally be able to compete or that if you got injured on the job you would have to pay for the medical expenses out of your own pocket, and believe me, I know that isn’t cheap. It took a few weeks to get that badboy renewed, but you got through the process, and now here you are ready to carry on with your career as if you did nothing wrong and as if you don’t deserve to be punished. Now maybe it was my inner lawyer getting the best of me, but I suggested that the best course of action was legal action where you would be reprimanded in the worse way imaginable, and that’s being sued for everything you’ve got.

David Otunga
All the money you saved would vanish, the life that you tried to build for yourself would crumble before your eyes all because of your greed. I wouldn’t have felt sorry for you, not in the slightest. I have a beautiful Grammy award winning wife, a son who will grow up proud to call me his father, a hit movie with Halle Berry and more money than I know what to do with. You add that all up and find that outside the ring, you can’t touch me. As far as my capabilities, let’s just say you should be considering yourself lucky that you won’t be getting a first-hand experience of my raw power. I mean, just look at me, this physique isn’t just for looks, I know what to do with it to and I’ll show the world when the time is right. You won’t be wrestling tonight, Cesaro, and if I had my way you wouldn’t be seen in an XWL ring for the rest of your life, but for all the hate he gets, Mr. Laurinaitis has a heart of gold and he thought of a different course of action to take.

And just what is that?



John Laurinaitis’ theme doesn’t exactly brighten up the fans’ day, which is why they don’t hesitate to boo the man, but they are also eager to hear what he’s going to do about this Antonio Cesaro situation.

John Laurinaitis
My name is John Laurinaitis and I am the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations. That was an excellent question and my answer is simple, based on the evidence that David Otunga has presented to me there is only one course of action to take. Antonio Cesaro: you’re fired, good luck on your future endeavors. And as for you, David, I’d like to personally thank you because with your help, this is now the third superstar that has been eradicated and removed from this company.

David Otunga
It’s no big deal at all, Zack Ryder, should have known better than to…

John Laurinaitis
Let’s keep that one between you and me, besides, there is something we need to discuss backstage regarding Unforgiven.

Otunga nods and the two men shake hands on the stage before turning and heading to the back so that they can discuss their plans for the upcoming PPV leaving a bewildered Cesaro in the ring who mouths that he won’t be gone forever.

The following is an Intergender Match, set for one-fall!



[Justin Roberts]
Introducing first, from Raccoon City, Kentucky, weighing in at 184 pounds! "The Kentucky Gentleman", Chuck Taylor!

Chuck Taylor comes out to the stage holding his hands up in triumph to numerous boos from the crowd. A small child makes a thumbs down motion in the crowd near the ramp as Chuck walks by, only to turn and shout in the kid's face, scaring him away as Chuck cheers for himself to more boos. Finally he gets in the ring and awaits his monstrous opponent.



[Justin Roberts]
And his opponent, from Tokyo, Japan, weighing in at 272 pounds! Kharma!

Kharma comes out as ominous deep purple and black lighting overtakes the arena in Cheyenne as the crowd cheers her on, as they're apparently out for Chuck Taylor's blood or something.

Finally, the ringside enforcer for this match, now residing in Los Angeles, California! Maryse!

Maryse steps onto the stage to a mixed reaction as she's all smiles heading to the ring, stopping to do her famous hand gesture towards a fan booing her as she continues to smirk towards the ring. Chuck Taylor tries to come over to talk to her but she does the same to him before taking a spot at ringside.

The bell rings as Chuck quickly rolls out of the ring towards Maryse, turning to face her and getting up in her face. Maryse arches an eyebrow as she spots Kharma is out of the ring behind Chuck. Chuck turns around with a smirk only to go wide-eyed at the sight of Kharma. Kharma grabs Chuck by the throat and actually Military Presses him over her head, and into the ring! Maryse claps approvingly as Kharma snaps her head back to stare at Maryse, causing Maryse to back up quickly as Kharma attempts to get into the ring, only for Taylor to dropkick Kharma back off the apron. The ref reaches a count of six before Kharma gets back in.

Kharma and Chuck lock up with Kharma again getting control and easily tossing Chuck into the corner, nailing him with rights and lefts in the corner before the ref starts the five count, reaching three before Kharma backs up as Chuck collapses face first to the canvas. Kharma tries to grab Chuck again, but Chuck grabs a part of her ring attire and pulls her face first into the 2nd turnbuckle! Kharma staggers back as Chuck pulls her down for a schoolboy but only gets one before Kharma rolls the shoulder up. Kharma gets to her feet as Chuck bounces off the adjacent ropes only for Kharma to lift Chuck into the air and send him free-falling back down to the mat face-first! Kharma goes for a cover and gets two. Chuck staggers back to his feet near the corner and somehow successfully dodges a splash by Kharma who falls down to the mat.

Chuck again goes near Maryse, this time in the ring, and the camera picks up a rather foul term to describe a woman come out of Chuck's mouth. Maryse's jaw drops as her eyes shoot out, clearly pissed off at what Chuck has said. Maryse gets up on the apron, and despite the referee's demands to get off the apron, gets in Chuck's face and unleashes a verbal assault, which ends with a vicious slap to the face, and the ref rings the bell, disqualifying Kharma for Maryse's attack! Chuck wins!

[Justin Roberts]
Ladies and gentlemen, your winner by disqualification...Chuck Taylor!

The crowd boos as Kharma stares a hole at Maryse. Maryse gets in the ring trying to apologize and explain her actions as Kharma tilts her head to the side, someone smirking and laughing, before snapping around and cracking Maryse in the side of the head with a vicious Spinning Backfist! Chuck Taylor is still holding the side of his face where Maryse slapped him as he points down at the knocked out Maryse laughing triumphantly as Kharma looks on at Maryse, suddenly snapping her head in the direction of Chuck. Taylor leans on Kharma as he continues to laugh, nudging her in the arm a bit with his elbow before Kharma snaps again and hooks Chuck by the arms, lifting him up and planting him with an Implant Buster!



The crowd cheers and chants for Kharma as Chuck Taylor and Maryse are both laid out. Kharma leaves the ring, destruction in her wake as we cut to a commercial.

*As Redemption returns from the commercial break, the “Dashingly Insane” Cody Rhodes is already standing in the ring with a microphone. He chuckles to himself as the jam packed crowd heckles him, for a “savior” he sure is of fond of being hated by people. Among the boos and jeers, Cody tries to speak anyway.*

[Cody Rhodes]
ATTENTION PLEASE.

*The boos get even louder, and Cody cracks a smirk. Suddenly, his demeanor changes and he snares. He looks down at the crowd before speaking again.*

[Cody Rhodes]
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages, it’s time to rejoice as a new era is upon us. An era of enlightenment, creativity, learning, and peace. An era where the false idols of yesterday will be knocked down and shun, while the real heroes of virtue will be admired across the globe. An era where the good will prevail, and the evil will be defeated once and for all. Of course, I am talking about the Cody Rhodes Era. Years from now you will look back on these years with your grandchildren, and you will all remember the golden age in XWL that was the Cody Rhodes Era. You people may not realize it, or may just not accept it, but soon you will all be forced to bow down to me as the I take down your false heroes and establish the new age.

Now tonight I give you people the honor of watching your savior do what he does best live on free TV. That is because tonight I step into the ring to make my Redemption return against Ted DiBiase and Alex Shelley, the United States Champion. You know, I watched Shelley’s interview last week and I simply laughed. He thinks I actually give a damn about him or his United States Championship. I’m not after any of that, I’m after the bigger picture. The World Heavyweight Championship, the salvation of this godforsaken company. Alex Shelley means nothing to me. He is nothing more than the first victim of the Cody Rhodes Era here in XWL. If Alex wants to fight me and defy my rule, than I say let him. Let him be the first example.

[Cody Rhodes]
Let him be the first example for all those who defy me, who want to try and challenge the Cody Rhodes Era. I want everybody in the back, especially Ted DiBiase, and everyone watching around the world to pay close attention tonight to what I do to Alex Shelley. You know, I find it funny how Shelley is suppossed to represent the United States, but he can’t even represent this company. He is the perfect example of everything that is wrong with this company today. And, as you savior, I am going to fulfill my duty and take him out. I am going to put him down and show everybody what I will do to Ted DiBiase the next time we step into the ring together.

[Cody Rhodes]
Speaking of Teddy... he’s been running his mouth a lot recently, making excuses for how I beat him at Dead Man’s Hand. There is no place for somebody like Ted in the Cody Rhodes Era. Ted is the exact opposite of everything the Cody Rhodes Era stands for. He runs his mouth, poisons the mind of all you people with his lies, he assaults anybody who disagrees with him, he only does what’s best in his own intersts, and above all he’s just a downright terrible human being. In order for the Cody Rhodes Era to begin, then he needs to be the first one to go down. And he will go down by any means necessary. If I have to be Machiavellian for the greater good, than so be it. I will do what I have to do.

Well, if I had to be honest, there is more to me taking out Ted. There may not be any person walking on this earth that I hate more than him. It’s actually quite sad, because we used to be friends. Ever since we were little kids we would be playing backstage, even while our fathers fought each other in this very ring. Even as we grew to be adults, we were still friends. When I first broke into the wrestling we were a tag team and wherever we went became the tag champions. We were the greatest tag team in the world at the time, but Ted had to throw it all away. He threw our childhood friendship away for himself. He dropped me like a bad habit the first time the opportunity came to him.

[Cody Rhodes]
I could actually thank Ted for that, because that was when I finally woke up. When I woke up and realized the true nature of people. The true nature of this business, and how far it has fallen. How there is no loyalty left in this business and how everyone thinks for themselves. That is when I realized it all needed to be changed. I knew that is was my destiny to be the savior of XWL. That is why I was so enraged last year when Ted won the World Heavyweight Championship. He didn’t deserve that title - he doesn’t deserve anything except getting his ass kicked by me! Even despite my anger, I tried having a fair one on one match with him at Night of Champions, and he injured me just so he can win.

[Cody Rhodes]
Actually, now that I think of it, you did deserve something else. You deserved everything I’ve done to you since my return. You have to pay for your transgressions, and since nobody else has the guts to make you pay up, I have no problem being the one to do so. So many people in the back are afraid to stand up against these peoples and do what’s right. They believe these fans rule this business, but the fact is these people are all fickle. They don’t what they want or what’s best for them. But I do and I’m not afraid to stand against them. I ‘m not afraid to stand up against this entire company and do what’s right.

[Cody Rhodes]
And what’s right is finishing you, Ted. For too long you have been allowed to carry on doing whatever you damn well please to do. That’s all going to change, and the weight of the world is going to come down and land on you the next time we meet. And I look forward to the day we go one on one again. It will be your final stand, your judgment day. I will be there as your judge, jury, and most importantly... your executioner. The clock is ticking Ted, and I’m just sitting here counting the weeks, the days, the hours, the minutes, and the seconds. I just hope your ready - I hope all of you are ready - for the Cody Rhodes Era, because it’s coming, and things will never be the same again.

*Cody laughs into the microphone as Redemption heads to a commercial, as the Cody Rhodes Era actually upon us?*

The crowd goes wild as Lita's titantron hits and her music fills the arena, they wait excitedly as Batista just stares towards the titantron with an unsatisfied expression on his face.

Michael Cole
I can't tell whether this is serious or if Batista is just playing a joke on us.

J.R
I wouldn't that past him in his current form, but I wouldn't put it past this woman to accept his challenge either.

King
Of course it's just a joke, there's no sign of her.

Batista grows a smirk across his face and starts to laugh, but his laughter is cut short as to everyones shock and amazement, Lita comes rushing through the backstage curtains into the arena, looking as energetic as ever, with a huge smile across her face. She runs up to the stage and strikes her extreme pose which just excites the crowd even more.



King
WOAH! It is Lita! I thought she was supposed to be having surgery on her neck after that brutal manoeuvre she suffered at the hands of MsChif last month.

J.R
Lita's the toughest woman to ever walk into the squared circle King, you can't tell me that you're surprised that she didn't let some brute like MsChif keep her out of action too long?

Michael Cole
Well she doesn't look to be in the best shape tonight, what is she doing, coming out here to challenge this beast of a man?

J.R
Now let's not assume anything, we don't know why Lita chose to come out here tonight, I don't know what show you're watching Cole, but to me, she looks to be in better shape than she was when she left,



Lita darts down the ramp and basks in the positive reaction she's receiving from the crowd by high fiving everyone in the first row on her left side as she makes her way to the ring.



King
Just look at how pleased this crowd is to have Lita back in action on our screens!

Lita quickly rolls into the ring past Batista and makes her way to the far right turnbuckle, she holds on the ropes on either side of the turnbuckle and jumps up to strike her extreme pose yet again. Batista looks irritated as he cuts her welcome back short.

Batista
Is this some sort of joke? Because I'm not laughing...

Batista stares at Lita with a look that could kill, but she couldn't care less and smoothly takes the microphone from the big mans hand.



Lita
Before I say anything, I just have to say that it feels great to be back in an XWL ring again! The way I felt when I came crashing down to the canvas from the top turnbuckle last month in my match with MsChif, I honestly didn't expect to be back at all, especially this soon! But, enough about me, I didn't come out here to talk out me or to announce my return, no, you see, I was backstage just about a minute ago talking to one of the most horrific, awful woman I've ever had the displeasure of meeting, Vickie Gurrerro. By no means did I want to talk to her, I had to, because I feel like my winning record here in XWL against some of the best divas is missing something... Something big, something exciting, something, something... Challenging. So, instead of coming out here to scream and shout like some eight year old child, I decided I had to do something about it, and I went backstage and told that witch to book me against the most intimidating, strong, challenging superstar on the roster, and I didn't have to convince her at all, she promised me a challenge, and I accepted.

Michael Cole
I'm confused, Lita comes out here, says she doesn't want to talk about her self, and then goes on about a conversation she had with the general manager? What is this all about? Why is she out here?

King
I think I know what she's doing here..

Batista is furious now that Lita has interrupted him to talk about herself, he steps towards her with rage filling his eyes, she quickly steps back.

Lita
Woah there big man! Calm down, relax, there's a point to all of this, I promise you.



Lita
You see, I know you haven't been here in XWL for too long, Dave, but things work a little differently here. Firstly, you can't just come out here, stomp your feet, drag your tail in the ring and expect someone to give you what you want, there is a way to do things properly, and watching this mess you've made here backstage, I felt like I should come out here and help you out by giving you somewhat of a... proposition.

Batista looks at Lita with a slight look of confusion

Lita
You say that you want a challenge, well, I'm not out here to accept that challenge, so don't worry too much about that, but I am out here to help you with that challenge. You see, I have a couple of strapping men backstage who would love nothing more than to step into this ring with you and give you exactly what you deserve. Were you to accept this challenge, then this week and next week you will face two hand picked opponents by yours truly, and then, if you can prove yourself against them, then you may just get to face your biggest challenge at Unforgiven.

Michael Cole
What is this? She wants to play a game? Get real!

J.R
Now Cole, this could be interesting, besides it is exactly what Batista asked for, he wants a challenge, and no one knows a challenge better than this woman right here.

King
Did you really just say get real?

Batista mulls over his decision for a couple of seconds as the fans chant Lita's name.

Lita
So, what do you say big man, you wanted a challenge.

Batista stares straight at Lita and nods as he mouths to her, “it's on”.



Lita
Then you better get ready Dave, because your first opponent is nothing to laugh at, believe me, if you tried, he'd do things to you that you've never even heard of. Please, give a warm welcome to your opponent for tonight, Oh and Dave, be careful what you wish for.

Lita rolls out of the ring with a big smile across her face and takes a seat at ringside as the titantron of Randy Orton hits the screen and his music drowns out the mixed reaction from the crowd.



King
WHAT?! We haven't seen Orton since he maliciously and coldly took out Austin Aries two weeks ago! Aries is still injured from that attack, this man should be suspended indefinitely!

Michael Cole
I hate to agree with you, but you're right, this man needs help, he's insane! Batista could be in real danger here.

J.R
Oh please, Batista is big enough to handle Orton, I may not like either of them, but this match is set to be a...

King
Don't say it J.R...

Randy steps out of the curtain with a blank expression across his face as he slowly makes his way down the ramp, ignoring the cries of attention from the crowd. As he gets to the end of the ramp, Orton looks up for the first time at his opponent in the ring, the beast, Batista, his expression remains the same, blank..



Orton calmly walks towards the ring and makes his way up the steel steps and over the top rope into the ring. Batista is ready for action as Orton starts to walk towards the corner, but stops in his tracks before turning back around and staring into the crowd.



Michael Cole
What is he doing? Is he looking at that poster for Kane?

King
This doesn't look good...

Batista stares at Orton who isn't moving, fixated on that one poster in the crowd. The referee waits for Orton for a couple of seconds, but with Orton still remaining in the same position, the referee has no choice as he calls for the bell to ring. Lita doesn't seem phased by Randy's behaviour as she remains sitting at ringside while the bell tolls to start the match.

Batista stares at Orton in confusion for a while as Orton remains exactly where he was stood, without a care for the world, never taking his eyes off of that poster. Batista looks to be getting irritated now as he shakes his head and looks towards Lita sat at ringside. Lita shakes her head back at Batista and raises her shoulders as if to say, “Don't look at me.”. Batista starts pacing around the ring, his frustration growing, the referee completely confused is just stood in the corner watching as Batista's blood slowly but surely rises to boiling point. Batista walks up to Orton as quickly as he can and grabs his shoulder to spin him around, Orton quickly reacts and pushes Batista away, jumping up into the air, he hooks Batista's neck and head with both arms and brings him down to the canvas with a thud.



J.R
RKO! RKO!!! What a beautiful move, who saw that one coming?!!!

Michael Cole
Oh come on! That's hardly fair, Batista wasn't ready! This isn't right.

Orton slides down to the canvas into a cover on Batista

Randy Orton's titantron and music hit the arena and as quickly as he slid down to the cover over Batista, Orton slides out of the ring under the bottom rope and makes his way back up the ramp. Lita watches cautiously until Randy is out of sight and then jumps up off of her chair and rolls into the ring. Lita lowers herself to Batista's level and places the mic against her lips.

Lita
Oooh... Not exactly the best start there huh Dave? That must have really hurt. Listen, you may have failed your first challenge, and if I can say, rather pathetically too. But, luckily for you, I'm a nice girl when I want to be, and I'll give you another chance to prove your worth next week against my second hand picked opponent.

Lita jumps up to her feet as Batista starts to recover from the impact of the RKO. Lita looks back down at Batista who has now pulled himself up to his knees.

Lita
Hopefully you can last a little longer than a minute next time.

Batista looks up at Lita with a look that could kill, she quickly jumps out of the ring and back onto the ramp, she looks on at Batista who is furiously getting up to his feet. Lita's titantron hits as she leaves the arena, keeping her eyes on Batista as we go to a commercial break.

[Announcer]: And your winner is Davey Richards.

Richards helps Styles up and extends his hand like good sports should. AJ stares and his hand and then looks at the crowd as they cheer and chant shake his hand. AJ reaches for the shake and as Richards turns to walk away AJ pulls him back and raises his hand in the air and the crowd goes wild. Styles turns to give him a gut kick and a DDT.

[Cole]: OH come on AJ what type of sportsmanship is that. That is not right the man won the match and you lost. No need to get angry about it and do that.



AJ lifts Richards up and throws him between his legs. Styles lifts him and cuffs his arms with his legs and falls forward.

[Styles]: What a Styles Clash!!!!

[Cole]: Now this is uncalled for this man should be suspended Richards doesn’t deserve this what so ever.



Styles looks at the defenseless Richards and looks at the turnbuckle. Styles climbs the turnbuckle and jumps off hitting a spiral tap. Styles slides out of the ring and starts up the ramp as his theme hits.

We turn away from the arena to the sight of XWL Diva, Lita, walking down the hallway, she is just about to turn the corner to make her way to the locker rooms when she's stopped in her tracks by a high pitched, squealing voice.

EXCUSE ME!!!

Lita shrugs her shoulders and casually turns around to come face to face with Redemption General Manager, Vickie Gurrero.



Vickie Gurrero
I said, EXCUSE ME!!

Lita walks towards Vickie with a sigh and a slight nod of recognition towards her.

Vickie Gurrero
I heard your comments about me in the ring earlier, what was it that you called me, a....

Lita cuts Vickie off.



Lita
A witch. I called you a witch.

Vickie's expression changes to one of anger and frustration.

Vickie Gurrero
How dare you speak to me like that?! I'm the general manager of XWL Breakdown!

Lita rolls her eyes at Vickie.

Vickie Gurrero
Don't you roll your eyes at me! Enough! I didn't call you to argue with you, I know you don't like me, and I'm not exactly fond of you either, but I'm in a bit of a mess and you're the only one who I can think of to help me out.

Lita cracks a smile at Vickie, trying not to laugh.

Vickie Gurrero
Listen, it's in your best interest to help me out here, remember that I'm the one who signs your pay check.

Lita rolls her eyes again

What exactly is it that you want?


Vickie holds her breath for a few seconds before continuing.



Vickie Gurrero
I'm looking for someone and I think you might know where they are.

Lita
Look I have things to do, can you just get to the point already. Who are you looking for?

Vickie's frustration begins to show as she clenches her fists.

Vickie Gurrero
I'm looking for the man that you just picked to face Batista earlier tonight, I'm looking for... Randy Orton.

Lita
Woah, hold up there.

Vickie Gurrero
Please Lita, I'm begging you, I'm at my last wit here, I've looked everywhere. I tried to get in touch with him last week, but it was as if he had just disappeared off the face of the earth, he didn't even turn up for his match against AJ Styles. Then tonight, I didn't even know that he was in this building, and you announce him as Batista's mystery opponent, which you had no right to do by the way, but we'll get to that later. I have to find Randy, you have to tell me where he is.



Lita
Vickie, as much as it amuses me to watch you in this state, begging for my help, I don't know where Randy is, and frankly, I don't care where Randy is. I may have some history with him, and I may have called in a favour he couldn't refuse tonight, but don't assume that I'm on the same wave length as him. The guy is deranged, he's insane, did you watch that match? There's something not right with him, and I'm not looking to involve myself with that, I can't afford to put my health on the line like that.

Vickie Gurrero
I know that you're lying to me, Lita.

Lita smirks at Vickie again, still trying to contain her laughter.

Vickie Gurrero
Don't you think that you can pull the wool over my eyes, I've been here too long to be fooled by the likes of you. Now, you said it yourself, he's not himself right now, he's a danger to you, to me, to Batista and to anyone else that he steps into that ring with, now, if you value your position in this industry, Lita, you'll tell me where he is, RIGHT NOW!

Lita steps towards Vickie intimidatingly and looks her straight in the eyes.

Lita
Listen carefully, I. Do not know. Where he is. Now, unless there's something else you wanted to scream at me...

Vickie is the one to crack a smile at Lita now.

Vickie Gurrero
Actually, there is one more thing. You might remember that conversation we had earlier today, you told me you wanted a 'Challenging' opponent, right?

Lita, slightly confused, nods at Vickie.



Vickie Gurrero
Well, how is this for a challenge. You, Lita, taking on the woman who single handedly beat three of the best divas on the roster to become Mrs. Money In The Bank, Madison Eagles.

Lita nods in agreement as her smile returns to her face, seemingly pleased by Vickie's announcement.

Vickie Gurrero
Oh but before you go Lita, don't forget that you still have that “big, intimidating, exciting, challenge” for next week.

Vickie cackles to herself, Lita looks at her and smiles before walking off. Vickie waits for Lita to disappear around the corner before she stops laughing, and her face returns to the same frustrated look she had before as she continues her search.



We head back to the arena

What a huge announcement! Lita goes one on one with Madison Eagles later tonight!

Michael Cole
Is that all you got from that, J.R? How about the fact that we have a raging lunatic on the loose? Who knows what he's going to do next, he could make you his next target, J.R, or you King, or even me! No one is safe as long as he's around here.

J.R
Don't you think that's a little over dramatic, Cole? The man is dealing with a few issues, he isn't insane and he damn sure isn't a lunatic.

King
J.R, I have to disagree with you here. After his attack on Aries two weeks ago and his behaviour in his match with Batista earlier tonight, I think it would be best for everyone if he were to leave and not come back until he's mentally stable.

J.R
I just think that he deserves the benefit of the doubt. No one knows Randy's temper better than I do, but this time it seems different, I don't condone his actions, but I do believe that he's just having a hard time getting over his loss to that monster, Kane.

King
Yes well, let's not dwell on that too much when we have a fantastic match coming up!

Michael Cole
That's right folks, you won't want to miss it, don't go away!

Redemption goes to a commercial break.

*The camera opens up to a shot of Kofi's face in which he doesn't look to happy. The interviewer begins to ask him the obvious question but Kofi lets out a big sigh and answers the question before it's asked.



{Kofi Kingston}
I know the question, and it's my own damn fault. I try and be the nice guy and see if A.J. really needed help but instead I get rolled up and blow the win. Daniel, Dr. Evil, whoever or whatever you think you are, I'm not some little "civilian" you can utilize your evil plans against, I'm not going to sit here and take it. So if you're such an evil genius you know that because of you and your sidekick that this thing between us isn't done. This week I'm not falling for any of your evil plans because I'm the Super Man to your Luther, the Iron Man to your Mandarin, the Captain America to your Red Skull, Batman to your Joker! You get it right? Heroes. always. win. So you may have Harley Quin in your corner but that won't stop me again.

*The interviewer chuckles slightly at the comic references and goes into a personal quandary.

Well it seems you know your comics, want to discuss that?

{Kofi Kingston}
Well actually, I wanted to talk to you guys about maybe coming over to my home and look over my collection so the fans get a more intimate feel as to who Kofi Kingston is. But to answer the question...yes, I am a HUGE comic book fan and a huge movie fan. That's kinda where the Dr. Evil remark comes from, it just seemed to fit. Especially now that he's got Mini Me or Frau Farbissina or whatever he considers A.J.

{Interviewer}
That sounds doable Kofi, I'll run it by the producer. Also, I see what you're saying, doesn't that mean you're Austin Powers to his Dr. Evil?

*Kofi is visibly amused by the remark made from the interviewer.



{Kofi Kingston}
You could say that man.

{Interviewer}
Groovy!

*Kofi looks at the interviewer surprised and displeased?

{Kofi Kingston}
Don't do that man. This is real, serious, business.

{Interviewer}
I'm....I'm sorry Kofi....

{Kofi Kingston}
It's extremely serious.......when you say groovy, you say it so groovy that Powers himself pops up and compliments you with a big "Groovy" of his own!

{Interviewer}
Grooooovy baby!

{Kofi Kingston}
Now that's what I'm talking about! But all joking aside, time to get to the core all of this seriousness. It's a matter of what I said when I was dealing with Rollins, I'm not someones stepping stool, not someone's "thing" to be exploited. I am making my own way to the top, and this Bryan/A.J. thing isn't going to stop that. One year from now my name will be synonymous with the elite of this company, it will be listed with the likes of the Punks, Jerichos, and Rocks whether gold is involved will be seen but in a year I'll be considered in the top class of wrestler. That was a quick reminder to all those have stuck with me from the start, I will be making good on your faith in me. It's started with Rollins will continue with Bryan and will end when I'm at the top. Oh and cameraman................very shagadelic baby!

*Kofi walks off screen with a big smile after sharing a laugh with the interviewer as the segment goes to commercial.

A pumped up Torrie bounces down the ramp taking in the electric crowd who are cheering her on as she walks up the steel steps and slowly climbs in through the bottom ramp. She walks into the middle of the ring with a few noticeable wolf whistles echoing around the arena. She looks around with her hands on her hips and a huge smile on her face as her theme song dies down and she asks for a mic.

Words cannot describe how good it feels to be able to take the time out and officially come out and be welcomed back by everyone, unfortunately I didn’t have the time last week but I did get the honour of wrestling with one of the biggest names in female wrestling in the world.

Now I didn’t come out to speak about that, I came out as I felt as my fans and as fans of this company I owed everybody an explanation to where I have been this past month. I know people had high hopes of me with me making an impressive and strong start to my XWL career I felt confident enough at Final Stand to talk about how I’m ready to tussle with the big names of this business, and quite frankly I was wrong, and I’ll be the first to admit it. Getting in the ring with Nikki Belle taught me that. She made me look like a fool and embarrassed me by simply outclassing me in ability, so I took it upon myself to take a month out and train hard none stop in a secret location in order to fix myself up on any rough patches. As you all witnessed last week my performance was a lot more slick and my technical abilities has been tightened up dramatically.

I’m not saying I’m perfect by any stretch of the imagination but what I am saying is how I’ll be more a test for the diva’s of the locker room than I was beforehand and they should keep an eye out for me. Because mark my words, I will be on my way to the top and I will put everything I have to offer into every performance.

Now last week I did suffer a defeat at the hands of Lita but for me it was just a great pleasure being in the same ring with somebody of that status. Now I have no shame in saying she was the better woman of that bought because I have no shame in saying I was second best to somebody who is that good. So I take my hat off to you Lita but next time you won’t be so lucky because I’m improving every day.

I don’t want to stay out here much longer because we do have a great card still to come tonight but I would just like to finish by saying how great it has been to be welcomed by all my fans and this company after breaking free of the awful grasps of Carlito, which is and forever will be a huge mistake of the past. And I feel I still owe some sort of repayment back to you for all your kind support and forgiveness so if you just give me the time I will be repay by becoming one of and maybe even the top diva in this company. I know I have it in me to achieve such dreams and I know from the bottom of my heart that with your support I can make it when the time is right. So I would just like to say thank you all and I look forward to seeing you all again tonight when I come out to face off with Kelly Kelly.

As Torrie’s theme blasts around the arena she is met with some heartwarming cheers as she blows kisses to the audience and makes her way backstage and gets ready for her match later tonight.

*We return from commercial break to see a car pulling up as a pair of legs is seen getting out and the camera pans up to reveal Natalya! The fans boo as she's shown on screen as she starts to wheel her suitcase into the arena but once she's in the arena she is approached by Matt Striker.*

[Matt Striker] Natalya, I'd just like a quick word about-

[Natalya] A quick word about how I'm the most talented diva to ever set foot in that ring? A quick word about how I'm the uncrowned champion and queen of the divas division? Spit it out Matt!

[Matt Striker] ...About your sneak attack on Layla and Kaitlyn alongside Brie and Nikki Bella last week. And how it has lead to a handicap tag match tonight pitting you and The Bellas against Kaitlyn and Layla.

[Natalya] Oh really? I'm with Brie and Nikki against Kaitlyn and Layla? Perfect. Those Bella Twins share the same fire I have you know, they know that they're under-appreciated in a world where the suckups get the spotlight. That's exactly what Layla is going with Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn was played by the fans like a puppet and it got her the title, she didn't work for it! Now Layla is being brainwashed into thinking she's doing good by sucking up to Kaitlyn and trying to get into her spotlight. Believe me Layla has got it all wrong, by aligning herself with Kaitlyn.. or trying to do so. She is just making herself another target as we all saw last week when I taught the both of them a lesson.

*Suddenly Natalya peeks behind the camera and whispers "Wait, is that?" She walks forward as the camera shows her approaching Layla herself! Natalya taps on her shoulder and leans against the wall in a very cocky stance talking to Layla.*



[Natalya] What's the matter, Layla? You look a little nervous? Maybe it's because you know you're stuck in a handicap match for siding with the wrong diva, hmm?

*Layla seems oddly ecstatic by the fact that Natalya's approached her, and not phased in the least by what she said.*

[Layla]
Actually, that's what I wanted to talk to you about, so I'm glad you here...listen what happened last week, I totally get it. I get it, and I'm not mad. After torturing you for years, and costing you the Divas Championship at Final Stand several years ago, I've had that and much more coming to me. I'm not here to pick sides anymore, I've kind of gotten pulled into this thing between you and Kaitlyn, but it's not my place to say who's right and who's wrong, I just want to squash these issues we've had between us and admit that I was wrong to treat you the way that I have throughout your career here. You're hands down one of the best and I'm sorry, I truly am.



[Natalya] I'd accept your apology but quite frankly I don't care. What you should be apologizing for is putting on this act of "the good girl" trying to help out Kaitlyn and convince everyone you've changed. Come on! You giving in and acting like this is far more insulting than anything you've done to me in the past. You're on the wrong side of the fence Layla, you should be alongside the likes of myself and The Bella Twins in the fight for a real divas division again. Not Kaitlyn, she is a poison to the division and deep down you should know it! I'm disappointed in you, I thought you were better than stooping to her level. If you want to "squash the issues" we've had, you've just made things twice as bad for yourself. I don't know what's gotten into you but you're creeping into that section of divas who are either a has-been or are a shell of their former selves..

*Layla noticeably gets annoyed at what Natalya just said, but instead of letting it bother her she calmly breathes slowly then finally responds. *

[Layla]
There's nothing wrong with me, I've just realized that I shouldn't be treating everyone like they're beneath me. Look at you, I've insulted you in every sense of the word, and I even called you fat every chance I got...I know that had to bother you, you may have tried to hide it, but the things I've said to you, the things I've called you, there's just no excuse for it. I'm not on Kaitlyn's side, I'm not on your side, I'm not on anyone's side. That was my problem before, and that's a lot of people's problem, there's no need for me to pick sides, I want to start fresh with everyone not just a select group....although The Bella Twins are exceptions to that...seriously Natalya, I know we're opponents tonight, but please watch your back out there.

*Natalya seems confused by Layla's warning, especially since they are on opposite ends tonight.*

[Layla]
Brie nor Nikki have any intention in helping you, and you should know that before you expect something that won't be there. I'm only trying to look out for your best interest, I know it may seem strange given the circumstances of tonight, but I don't want there to be any bad blood between us anymore. I'm not in any position to judge anyone's actions so what you've got going on with Kaitlyn is none of my business, but regardless of what happens between you two...

*Layla flashes a friendly smile at Nattie as she places her hand on her shoulder.*

[Layla]
I'm here for you.

*Natalya slowly brushes Layla's hand off her shoulder.*



[Natalya] Oh come on Layla, do you honestly expect anyone to fall for this? I mean, atleast when I put on the good girl act before my match with Kaitlyn it actually seemed believable but you're one of if not the most devious Diva in XWL history. You've been known to plot and scheme before and this one is not very convincing, not your best work.. You can play goody two shoes all you want. You can say you're not picking sides as you continue to help Kaitlyn out and then what? Are you gonna try sweet talk her into giving you a title match? Is that it? And it's not going to work trying to get into my head going into the handicap match tonight, you're the one who should be worried about your tag partner because she's not fully convinced either is she? There's always going to be bad blood no matter what, and you know it's all because of you. And not only that but there's going to be bad blood between you and every other diva you've tortured over the past couple years and you're to blame, and that's why nobody will truly forgive you. You're the one who should be watching your back.

*Natalya folds her arms and looks at Layla with a vicious glare after Layla bringing up their past more.*

[Layla]
I'm not after anything but forgiveness, it might be hard for people to understand, but I wanna turn over a new leaf. I know it's all my fault, I've done everything possible to alienate everyone around me, and I just want to change that. Is it so hard to believe that I really feel bad for what I put women like you through? Being different already comes with it's disadvantages, and then you have someone like me making fun of that, calling you childish names, ugh just everything. I was out of line, and I don't want to continue that behavior anymore. It might take the remainder of my career, but somehow, someway, I'll prove to you and I'll prove to whoever that I'm done with being a "bad girl" it's not all it's cracked up to be, believe me Nattie. All the success in the world, is not worth being hated by your peers, it just isn't. Someone as talented as you deserves my respect and you have it, you went through The Dungeon, the only woman to ever survive that, I could never imagine how hard it was, but the fact that you did speaks volume about you and what you're truly capable of.



[Natalya] If you want me to forgive you, you'll be waiting a long long time for that. You said it yourself, you've alienated yourself from everyone else because of your attitude. What you should have been doing is aligning with the right divas, not making all of those divas your enemy and it's all coming back to bite you now. You're not really helping your case either bringing up the past things you did because it just refreshes the memory more.. I don't know why you're trying to convince me that being a "bad girl" isn't all it's cracked up to be, because I'm not the bad person around here. I'm the one who is trying to save this division and bring it back to its glory days by getting rid of the phony champion we have waving our flag right now. Soon enough everyone will be thanking me for what I'm doing, I'm far from the bad person, Kaitlyn on the other hand is the reason this division has been in a dying state. You can try and suck up to me all you want but we're gonna have to see who you really side with later on..

[Layla]
The thing is Nat, who are we to say who does, and doesn't belong in this division? I'm the biggest critic of all, but at the end of the day just because we're more seasoned doesn't give us the right to pick and choose what's right and what isn't. Kaitlyn needs some work if she's going to stick around for the long term like us sure, but she seems to be passionate about this, she's getting better every day, I mean she's in the gym almost as much as you are, so maybe try to give her a break? I know you want her title, hell I'd be lying if I said I didn't want it back too, but we're all supposed to respect each other to some degree, so maybe give her a chance. I mean she did defeat you a few weeks ago, you're not a pushover by any means so while you should want to avenge that loss and reclaim the Divas Championship...you should just say you know what she beat me, that's pretty impressive, but I'm never letting it happen again.


*Layla pauses taking a breath while Natalya remains silent, though obviously not agreeing with what she said.*

[Layla]
I want to wish you luck out there, I know you don't need it, but the sentiment remains the same. Um, and I hope you and I tear the house down like I know we can. Just try not to take my head off again okay?

*She laughs jokingly, then extends her hand towards Natalya, staring at her with a bright smile, and trying to show some respect to her by shaking her hand before they meet on opposite ends of a handicap match sometime tonight. Natalya doesn't exactly shake her hand as she just takes her hand and pulls her in close.*

[Natalya] I can't make any promises.

*Nattie lets out a proud smirk as she grabs her suitcase again and makes an exit leaving Layla on her own glaring back. We head off to a video package.*

XWL's Redemption supershow cuts backstage to show an anxious Daniel Bryan standing waiting for someone outside of the divas locker room...

Hurry up AJ....C'mon...What's taking you so long we've got stuff to do! She is going to be in so much trouble if she's not out of there in five...four...three...

Suddenly to Bryans delight the door opens and out comes no other than AJ Lee...

Well? Spit it out woman, was Vickie in there?

Okay, I have some good news and some bad news...

AJ does as she's told and leaves in the opposite direction as the mystery figure approaches Daniel Bryan...



The cameraman zooms out to show both men side by side, who is quickly revealed to be the returning Dean Ambrose. Bryan is shown frantically looking around the seemingly deserted corridor for The Shield. He doesn't succeed in locating them as Ambrose is shown giving Bryan a cold glare. Bryan tries to avoid eye contact, causing Ambrose to shake his in disgust before walking past him and sitting down on the floor with his back to the wall. Where ever Ambrose is, The Shield isn't far behind. Is this a rare occasion where Dean is flying solo, or are the remaining members of The Shield laying in wait, picking the perfect opportunity to strike? Either way, Ambrose lets out a deep breath before looking up towards Bryan, who is still trying to figure out where Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns are hiding. The silence between both men is broken when Ambrose begins to speak.



{Dean Ambrose}
When a group of people join together under a single goal, their strength is drastically underestimated. It was true when Men of Honor destroyed Dolph Ziggler at Uprising and that has rang true at the start of the show. And just like Men of Honor, we will leave pain and destruction in our wake, however, unlike them, we will not be so easily disposed of. The unity of Men of Honor was the stuff of legend, no mortal men could attain something like that, but even that pales in comparison the the unity of The Shield.



{Dean Ambrose}
I see everything and I hear everything, so it's only fitting that I heard Chris Jericho and Dolph Ziggler spew their lies and fallacies about Dean Ambrose. They fail to realize that Dean Ambrose can't be stopped, they fail to realize that I won't stop fighting to regain what I believe is rightfully mine: The World Heavyweight Championship. Dolph Ziggler tried to finish what he started by costing me the match and he failed, that shouldn't be a surprise by now, he's used to failure.



{Dean Ambrose}
Look at what happened to Jericho, he's laying in a hospital bed for trying to play Russian Roulette with Dean Ambrose. Look at what happened to Ziggler in the past when he tried to play with fire. He got burned! Even with all the pain I've caused since returning back in November last year, people still don't seem to understand that I'm not going anywhere, they don't seem to understand that you will never truly defeat Dean Ambrose. The list of people I have taken out is staggering, everybody from the up and coming “talent” to the “top superstars” in this company, they all have fallen before Dean Ambrose.



{Dean Ambrose}
That brings me to you, Bryan. Tell me something, how does the second most feared wrestler in the independent scene go from kicking people's heads off their shoulders to running around with an under aged girl who pretends to be your sidekick? How does a guy go from tapping people out on a daily basis to having chanting wars with these people? Those were rhetorical questions in case you didn't know, but I do have a question for you, Daniel Bryan, it's really quite simple: Did you really just call me a woman?



[Daniel Bryan]
Let me counter your question with one of my own, do you have a beard?

Now wait a minute hear me out, that's not the only things you two have in common, you both get stressed easily, you both get angry over the smallest things and you are both hanging around another man. See at least AJ is contained to the one perfect man such as myself, you just can't help yourself, one moment you're with the Men of Honour and the next you're hanging around with Seth Rollins and a huge Samoan man, what's the matter Dean? Undecided on your perfect man? So you know a few fancy submissions, that's fine, act like you're a submission master. That's a two way street, Bryan, because sooner or later, you will tap too. And I'll make sure that I'm the one to make you tap. As far as being the most dangerous man in this company, your little girlfriend is far more intimidating that you could ever dream of being. I see the look in your eyes, Bryan, you want to kick my head off my shoulders right about now, don't you? I dare you to try! But if you do, it will be the last mistake you make. I will catch your leg and lock in one of my many submission holds, then make you repeatedly slap your hand on the floor as if you're trying to communicate in Morse Code before I break it!

Oh you're right, I was serious when I said everyone taps and my breaking point is any more of your hilarious little jokes! You see you can hide behind this facade of "Evil" but I am the only true bad guy around here do you get that? I am not only a better wrestler than you but I am smarter than you...When I win the World Heavyweight Championship do you know what AJ is gonna do? She's gonna celebrate with me and then she's going to go after the Divas Championship....But let say we live in a world where you actually win the big one? You have two men at your side licking their lips, forcing you to look over your shoulder until one of them snap and come after you! You're kidding yourself if you think that they won't...Every guy in this company is going for the big one...

Just because everybody is going after the World Heavyweight Championship, it doesn't mean that they'll make it to the mountain top. If they somehow do manage to “make it,” they better be ready to deal with The Shield. I made the mistake of targeting a few select people while I was leading Men of Honor, that won't happen again. Every single person in this arena, every single person employed by this company, and every single person in this planet or any other is on The Shield's radar, including you, Bryan.



{Dean Ambrose}
You can keep telling people that you're evil, that you're this genius mastermind, but you and I both know that it couldn't be further from the truth. You think that just because you have a beard on your face and an under aged girl at your side, that you're this indestructible Villain but you're not. That honor belongs to me! If you truly believe that The Shield will turn on Dean Ambrose just for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship, you're in for a reality check. The Shield puts what's best for the group over what's best for the individual. Our unity and our solidarity is unmatched by any past faction or any future one. And sooner rather than later, everybody will believe in The Shield!



[Daniel Bryan]
I don't believe in The Shield, not yet. I believe in The Shields potential but that's not enough, what you need is a leader, I could be that leader.



{Dean Ambrose}

Think about it, right now you three are nothing but a directionless group of ragtag misfits! I am the man with the plans, imagine me standing over you all with the World Heavyweight Championship, leading three savage dogs on your path of destruction! We would be unstoppable...You said it for yourself you're willing to put the groups best interest at the forefront. The Shield being lead by Daniel Bryan and his beard? That could work in theory but The Shield doesn't need a leader, much less one who's biggest claim to fame is failing to win the United States Championship from Shawn Michaels. As much as you would want us to do your dirty work, The Shield aren't mercenaries, we don't work for anybody, we act under our own will. The Shield won't be anybody's puppets, Bryan, especially not yours. So the way I see it, you have two choices: you either walk away with what's left of your pride or Dean Ambrose slays a Dragon tonight. The choice is yours, but choose wisely because if you make the wrong choice, The Shield may have to pay a visit your that sidekick of yours and I'm sure she'd be willing to believe in The Shield.



[Daniel Bryan]
That sounds to me like it's a threat. Don't you go thinking that I am looking for a spot in your group, you wouldn't be doing me a favor, I would be helping you kids out. So as far as your two choices go, there will be no Dragons slayed here tonight because this Dragon has got a match to prepare for...Oh and Dean, if you or any members of The Shield so much as take a look at AJ Lee? This Dragon will show you that it breathes fire hotter than any Shield can handle...You understand? I will personally melt through your little group like lava through tracing paper and that....Is your choice.....

Dean Ambrose stands up to his feet as both men engage in a stare down, Daniel Bryan looks ready to fight but Ambrose lets out a huge smirk, you can see the gears turn in his mind at the sick thoughts running through his head...But instead he walks right into Bryan bumping his shoulder hard as he walks of down the corridor muttering to himself, Bryan looks on worried...Perhaps he stirred the pot a little too much as XWL's Supershow rolls on!

[[Punk]]:: I told you so… You people bought into your own lies, you people spread around false information based on things seemingly grabbed from thin air and you paraded them around as fact, as the Gods honest truth and despite being told time after time you continued spreading your lies. Last week a very good friend of mine stood in this ring, he told the World what the situation regarding myself was and how did you people respond? All of you, including Christian laughed in his face and you labelled him a liar, you would rather take the World of somebody you haven’t even met who posted false information on the internet over a man who has been involved in the business for many years and personally speaks on behalf of CM Punk. Despite this, my friend Paul Heyman stood tall and he continued through the laughter and the hate to get the truth and a few moments afterwards each and every single one of you were eating your own words. With a face of those who have seen a ghost, you all witnessed the truth unfold before your very eyes when I CM Punk, squashed the bug that goes by the name of Christian under my boot and I took it upon myself to save this company from further possible humiliation when I rid him of the Money in the Bank briefcase.



[[Punk]]:: You were warned, you have nobody to blame but yourself and because of naivety, your foolishness and your ego you found out first hand that the truth does in fact hurt. I wasn’t hurt, I wasn’t embarrassed and I wasn’t hiding away from the World and licking my wounds. You claimed it and these people clung onto it just praying that it was true because it was the ultimate underdog story, the little man overcame the odds and done the unthinkable and somehow managed to defeat CM Punk and somehow rid XWL of his very presence. It’s a cute story I’ll give you that, but you would have to be a fool to believe that you could get rid of me so easily, you and this company doesn’t get that luxury because I am on a path that will see me climb to the very top of the mountain in XWL once again, it will see me reclaim my World Heavyweight Championship and the mere thought of that sends a chill down every potential contenders spine and the World thought that they were free from that curse, that they would have their chance in the sun and make all of their dreams come true but we warned you. Time and time again, we warned you that I was simply lying in wait; waiting for the opportune time to strike and when that moment was upon us you could hear a pin drop. Although the sound we heard was not that of a pin dropping, it was the hopes and dreams of the World shattering, it was the chances of Christian’s and the rest of the locker rooms World Title ambitions going up in smoke.



[[Punk]]:: I told you, face to face that I would simply not allow you to become World Heavyweight Champion and you chose to ignore me and test my word and you found out that my word rings true when I bounced your head from pillar to post for the better part of an hour. I stopped you from becoming World Heavyweight Champion, I prevented you from reaching your goal and realising your dreams and I will admit, two weeks ago at Dead Man’s Hand you got the best of me and I will applaud you for that, you obtained the unobtainable and you achieved the unimaginable when you beat me but that does not break my word, that does not allow you to become World Heavyweight Champion because I will simply not allow it. Call me bitter, call me jealous, call me whatever you like but last week a put a stop to your chances, I pissed on your parade and I took your most prized possession for my own. You can beat whoever you like, you can defy the odds and do the impossible but as long as I have this briefcase in my possession you will never get your moment in the spotlight, you will never get your chance to realise your dreams and you will never become the World Heavyweight Champion. There is nothing more that I would prefer to do than use this briefcase for myself but alas I can’t, so Chris Jericho, Dolph Ziggler and anyone else who wants to shove, sneak or bully their way into the title picture can rest easy for now, but the clock is ticking and the time has almost come where I will regain my throne on the mountain top but I know that won’t happen any time soon, I know that there are people out there who won’t allow it and by all rights with this briefcase I could silence them but I won’t. One being it makes it more painful for Christian, with every passing moment giving him a chance to use this briefcase and the knowledge that he simply can’t, will be unbearable and drive him out of his mind.



[[Punk]]:: Secondly, I want the World Champion himself and the rest of the World realise that there is no other person in this company that is more deserving than CM Punk. I can argue until I am blue in the face that I never received my World Championship rematch but nothing will come of it, it will fall onto deaf ears in management and the rest of the locker room will turn a blind eye and continue to ignore the truth but there is one man in this roster who knows without CM Punk, he wouldn’t be walking around with the World Championship right now and while he may be concentrating on other things right now and he can fall back into his lame ass shtick where he starts referring to himself as Y2J again but at the end of the day under all of that charisma, deep in the back of his mind he knows all too well that it’s true. But it doesn’t bug me so much that I am being looked over yet again, what annoys me the most is that my act of generosity where I single handed saved his World Title reign and then went ignored. I did not get mentioned, I did not get a nod of appreciation and I didn’t even get a thank you. You would think a guy would be a little more grateful because if not for me, you wouldn’t be where you are right now.



[[Punk]]:: Maybe it’s because you have too much pride and refuse to allow yourself to believe that you needed my help saving in the first place or maybe it’s because you that I simply started a chain reaction that will lead to you and I facing off for your beloved title somewhere down the road. Good for these people, good for CM Punk but quite frankly bad for Chris Jericho. Not only would your title be at risk but the history doesn’t favour you either does it Chris? In fact, you just keep bringing me good fortune. I beat you to become King of the Ring, I beat you to become World Heavyweight Champion and I beat you to retain my Championship. Maybe that is the true reason why I’ve went ignored for so long, maybe it is not the management trying to slowly shove me towards the door but maybe Chris Jericho has the ear of one or two very important people. Maybe if I were a dumb redneck without a single ounce of logic in my body then I would believe that little conspiracy theory, but do you want to know the most likely option? Y2J is scared. He’s scared of CM Punk, he’s scared that his little reign will come crashing to a halt and to be perfectly honest he should be. There is only so long I can wait, there is only so long that I will be distracted by people like Christian until the itch becomes unbearable and I can’t go on another second without the World Championship.



[[Punk]]:: That is a risk that every aspiring Champion has to live with and it is one that Chris Jericho is living with right now. To know that you have a constant bulls eye on your head and to know that CM Punk is waiting for his chance to reclaim what is rightfully his but like I said, for now you can all rest easy. Enjoy your little moment in the spotlight, fight as many people in one night as you like and try and get as much preparation done as quickly as you can but it in the end it won’t make a difference, your efforts to stop the inevitable are all trivial because you can’t stop me. Christian had to learn this lesson the hard way, he had to test me each and every way he could think of and I showed him that you cannot stop me and I realise that I attempted to smear his brains on the canvas last week so I understand if he’s running a little slow right now but if he still fails to realise that fact then I may have hit him a little harder than intended because you would have to be near brain dead to continue to underestimate CM Punk. As far as I’m concerned this little song and dance with Christian has went on long enough, he has had his little moment in the spotlight but I’m ready to move onto bigger and better things but I know that won’t happen, I know I don’t have the luxury of that because I’m not naïve, I know that Christian isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer and I know that he will be coming for me all guns blazing to try and reclaim what he believes to be rightfully his but it will all be in vain because play time is over, I may have taken you lightly the first time around but that is not a mistake I am willing to make again.



[[Punk]]:: Look at you people, after every word that I speak your eyes are drawn towards the stage because you are waiting for that special moment. You’re waiting for his theme song to hit and Christian to come running down that stage, beat me down and take back his Money in the Bank briefcase and I’m not surprised that you think that will happen because you are all stupid. Now I could do the cliché thing in this scenario and I can have some guy in the back play his song and toy with your emotions but I prefer the hard hitting reality of the situation as you see it. What you see before you is CM Punk standing tall and strong, talking about anyone and everyone that you hold near and dear to your heart… Granted in Christian’s case he has only been in your heart for the space of five seconds but I digress. What you see standing before you is a man who has taken everything from Christian, a man that has stolen his chance to become the World Heavyweight Champion, a man who has secretly filmed Christian’s wife and aired it on World wide television and yet here I stand, not a scratch on me and in my possession I hold the Money in the Bank briefcase and I have to ask you people one question. Where are your heroes? Where are the people who stand up against the bad guy and defy the odds because he is not fighting for himself but he is fighting for the people. Where are they now? Your heroes have abandoned you because I have beaten them all, verbally and physically one by one your heroes have fallen to CM Punk and now you are all alone and not one person dares to defend you because there know if they step out of line I will break them in an instant. I have the ability to do that, I have the ability to make an entire locker room watch on in fear and make them tread carefully because I am like nothing on this earth. I am not someone to overlook, I am not someone to underestimate… I am CM Punk and I am the Best in the World!

CM Punk drops his microphone to the ground and the thud echo's through the speakers and the arena. CM Punk stares out into the audience while Paul Heyman continues to stand in the back with a smug expression on his face as XWL fades to black into a hype package for star, Daniel Bryan, documenting his rise to XWL.

Ladies and Gentleman welcome back to the show and my oh my has it been entertaining thus far. Now, it is my privilege to introduce a man to you that’s as entertaining as he is confusing but I’ve been lucky enough to interview often recently. He’s the United States Champion, The Ersatz Tag Team Champion along with his partner, Chris Sabin, and he’s also known as the technical messiah and the man of your dreams, please welcome: Alex Shelley!

Alex Shelley
Thank you, thank you, Mr. Interviewer Man, and just remember, with my help you’ll become the master of introductions. Just stick to the script and we’ll be the greatest two-man interview combo in the history of this profession.

I appreciate the assistance, Alex, and I have to say I got strangest feeling of déjà vu watching your match with Cody Rhodes last week…

Alex Shelley
Is that so? Well I hope that just like losing your virginity the match was better the second time around. You following me right now?

Jeremy Borash
I’m not sure I do…



Alex Shelley
It’s okay, I’m sure the right woman is out there for you somewhere in the world. Maybe she’s in this state, she could even be in this very arena as we speak. If someone like Daniel Bryan can get with AJ or if Chuck Taylor can hook up with Maryse, then I’m confident you’ll find someone who can tolerate you even if you are the way that you are.

Jeremy Borash
Any room for a diva in your life?

Alex Shelley
Who needs women when you have Wade Barrett in your life? Can you imagine Barrett showing up in a McDonalds or a bowling alley in the middle of a date like a possessed ex?

Jeremy Borash
Were you expecting him to show up in the middle of the match like that which ultimately forced it to end prematurely like that?

Alex Shelley
I mean, his interference really got to me, you know? I spent all that time beating down Cody Rhodes and wrestling circles around him… I was this close to hitting the frog splash and ending the match but then Barrett pops in and knocks me off the top rope and then the whole match just goes straight to hell. Was he in the shower or something?

Jeremy Borash
I really don’t have any way of knowing that, and I don’t feel comfortable asking him that.



Alex Shelley
If you’re going to get involved in a match at least have the common courtesy to do it before or after the bell rings because thanks to that inconsiderate clown the story that I tell to my grandkids is going to be altered to say I almost beat Cody Rhodes and now Rhodes can go prancing around pretending that the altercation never happened.

Jeremy Borash
If it wasn’t official already, it’s looking more and more like Wade Barrett will be the man you defend the United States championship against at Unforgiven in just under two weeks. After you two went to war in that Sharks in the Water match and after he stuck his nose in your business last week, are you looking forward to stepping into the ring with him again more than you were before?

Alex Shelley
I have to say that being Wade Barrett’s opponent at Unforgiven is almost exactly like being The Miz’ girlfriend.

Jeremy Borash
How so?

Alex Shelley
Well you know it’s going to be a night of disappointment, but he’s given you no other choice. I beat Wade already, Ted’s beat him, his mother probably still beats him, yet despite all the beating he’s taken he still thinks he has a chance to take this title from me? He’s going to go home empty handed, there’s really no other outcome to expect. It’s not me being over confident, I’m not trying to undersell Wade or anything, but when are we going to face facts and see that I’m the hottest I’ve ever been since setting foot and it’s going to take a hell of a lot more than a hammer to cool me down. It may be able to stop a bull, but it won’t have any effect on me.

Jeremy Borash
The Miz’ attack on your long time tag team partner, Chris Sabin, which essentially ruined your championship celebration, seems to have affected you in a big way.



Alex Shelley
And what makes you say that?

Jeremy Borash
Well you just took a shot at him a minute ago…

Alex Shelley
That I did, all right you caught me red-handed I took a shot at Miz not only because he attacked Chris and not only because he refuses to tell me what shampoo he uses, but because he beat John Cena last week with the figure four leg lock.

Jeremy Borash
That of all reasons?

Alex Shelley
He learns one move he can do without embarrassing himself, and now he’s trying to act like a submission specialist when he’s nothing more to the punch-line to the jokes Chris and I write in between shows.

Jeremy Borash
How is he holding up by the way?



Alex Shelley
He’s seen better days, and I don’t mean how he’s struggling to beat my high score on “Aqualong” in Rock Band. But seeing him there struggling to walk, the look of agonizing pain etched into his face every time he tries to stand really gets to me.

Jeremy Borash
Not to mention that he made you promise to leave him to settle the score for the Miz. That has to be frustrating.

Alex Shelley
It really is, it’s like when he was taken out by the Kings of Wrestling, I feel helpless and like a terrible friend. But I won’t make the same mistake I did last time. I won’t try to replace him, I won’t get involved in any Elimination Chamber matches, I’ll wait patiently for him to return and once he gets The Miz out of his hair like a pesky flake of dandruff, we’ll pick up right where we left off.

Jeremy Borash
Putting together a tag division, you mean?

Alex Shelley
Of course, there’s also something else, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to them.

Jeremy Borash
Many people would say that the tag team bridge has burned down long ago, yet The Motor City Machine Guns are still here remaining optimistic that there’s still hope for it yet. Didn’t it get to you when the scheduled match between The New Age Outlaws and Kruno didn’t happen?



Alex Shelley
I can’t say that I didn’t see it coming, with The Guns on the sidelines for the time being, it’s understandable that morale among the superstars are down and that they aren’t as gung-ho about uniting as they once were. When the Guns are back in commission, I’m sure things will return to the status quo.

Jeremy Borash
Of you being the only team in the company?

Alex Shelley
Something like that.

Jeremy Borash
Well tonight, it just so happens you are back in tag action, but with Ted DiBiase, Jr. on your side, someone you haven’t had too many encounters with here in XWL.

Alex Shelley
Yeah, with all the talk about the target on my back being champion and all and the enemies that I appear to have acquired, I almost forgot that Cody has accumulated a few adversaries of his own. It almost came as a surprise to me because Cody carries himself with such poise, grace and humility that you would think he’d have legions of admirers, but I guess not everyone can be as lucky as Chuck Taylor thinks he is in his dreams.

Jeremy Borash
Do you think that chemistry will cause any issues with how you two operate in the ring?



Alex Shelley
I won’t be mistaking him for Chris Sabin, that’s for sure, the hair, attire and voice are all off. Though we’ll be united under a common goal in doing whatever we can to embarrass our rivals and puncture their egos. Besides, any amount of chemistry we can muster up will be more than enough to take down to guys who are out for their own glory to make up for their shortcomings. And let’s not pretend that Wade Barrett and Cody Rhodes will magically find out they were soul mates and born to tag with each other. I’m a tag team specialist, among other things, and Ted is more than capable of handling himself, so I think it’s safe to say that we have the advantage.

Jeremy Borash
Not only will this be your first time tagging with Ted DiBiase, but it’s also your first time main-eventing a show, are you feeling any pressure?

Alex Shelley
Ted’s great and all, but this is an honor I would have preferred to share with my best friend. But I’ll dedicate this match and this win, to Chris and I’ll personally make sure this night ends of a high-note for the fans.

As Redemption continues the returning Cactus Jack is stood by backstage sitting down in a hallway inside the arena



Cactus Jack: I never thought I'd say this but it feels good to be back in an XWL arena, see it's been a few weeks since I've been around. Three weeks to be exact, at the Dead Man's Hand pay-per-view when Cactus Jack and Kevin Steen stood toe to toe in the ring and we proceeded to do things to each other otherwise reserved for Horror films and the very darkest nightmares of some of the sickest minds this world has ever seen. Now some people may say we went a little bit too far that night, and just knowing that it's took three weeks following that match for either one of us to resurface since that night would go to prove that... but what they're forgetting is that both myself and Kevin Steen left that ring on our own accord on our own two feet, so I say maybe we didn't go far enough.

Cactus leans forward, looking down at the floor as he continues to speak to the camera



Cactus Jack: Sure we both lost a lot of blood, but we've both bleed plenty of times before and I'm sure we'll both bleed many more times in the future, you could look at Kevin Steen lifting me up onto his shoulders and F-Cinqing me head first into a bed of thumb tacks and the average person would say that's just too far, and sure it had hurt. Actually it hurt a damn lot, but I still got back up and I fought through the pain, through the blood pissing out of my forehead thanks to Steen and Corino embedding my skull with a Barbed Wire Baseball Bat, ripping my flesh from bone and watching on as my blood poured over my eyes, down my face and onto my tongue, where that taste stilt lingers to this very day, maybe that was too far, according to some people that was too extreme.

Cactus Jack leans further forward as he brushes his lose hair out of his face still refusing to look anywhere but the floor in front of him and as he continues to speak he gets more and more passionate in what he's saying



Cactus Jack: Well the last time I checked this was the X-Treme Wrestling League, it's in the name isn't it? We're supposed to embrace these kinds of things here, and embrace it I did, I embraced the taste of my own blood and I embraced the thumb tacks, the barbed wire, I embraced having a Steel Chair being literally bent around my skull and I embraced a hazy red-mist coming over my eyes and spurring me on, since well It's only a few brain cells right? I've got plenty of them to spare!

Cactus looks up, now starring directly down the lens of the camera showing off the remains of his battle scars for all to see



Cactus Jack: And after the match finished and I walked to the back and had eleven stitches put into my forehead and my arm sewn back together and cover in a variety of bandages and the doctors performed an array of tests to see if I suffered a Concussion, but with the Adrenaline still flowing through my body I couldn't feel the pain I only thought about going back out there and doing it all again! But then of course the next morning came rolling around and I finally felt every single blow, every single thumb tack that penetrated my skin, every chair shot and every stitch in my head and every drop of blood lost, and boy did it feel great. But as I made made my way to the airport I could only help but think what could of been? What could of been if that match went any further, it would of been beautiful. And as I waited for my flight home I was stopped by a fan, who asked one one question "was it worth it?"...

Cactus looks back down at the floor briefly shaking his head is dismay of recalling being asked that question



Cactus Jack: And even though I was in so much pain, how couldn't I be after what happened? But I was still the one who had his hand raised in victory come the end of the match, and knowing that, I have to say it was definitely worth it. But now I'm standing here wondering, if I had to take two whole weeks to recover from that match, then just how badly was Kevin Steen hurting? The word around the locker room is that he isn't in the building tonight and that's all because of the things I did to him three week ago in our match, and I can't tell you how good that makes me feel inside, knowing that just the sheering idea of turning up to the building is too much, three weeks after one match with Cactus Jack is just too hard to do. So the next time somebody decides to take a page out of old Kevin Steen's book and try to make an impact at my expense, well you can use this as a cautionary tale, and now the world knows and I know that I'm not quite washed up and past my sell by date just yet and if it was up to me and not a team of doctors I wouldn't of missed the last two weeks of action, I'd of been in the ring where I belong. But that just wasn't meant to be now was it?



Cactus Jack: However tonight... tonight's different because I finally get to lace up my boots again and I'm feeling pretty damn good, some people might even say I'm feeling one hundred percent healthy. I'm good to go and that's not good news for my opponent tonight... Eric Young. I guess I'm the welcoming party, so welcome to XWL Kid, it looks like you drew the short straw, now you might be a Superhero and Cactus Jack is no Super Villain, no far from it, but you can just consider me the Kyptonite to your Superman, that one Rib too many to your Flintstone's car, you just can't stop Cactus Jack. So don't go thinking I'm going to be taking it easy on you because it's your first night in town because it's going to hurt, it's going to hurt a lot kiddo, trust me, but that's what it takes to get to the top. Tonight Eric, you're going to learn a lesson that I wish I didn't have to teach you, but it's one you'll learn nonetheless, you don't mess with Cactus Jack.

Cactus then starts yelling at the top of his lungs

Cactus Jack: Very few men step into a ring with me, and ever feel the same way again! You should never mess with someone like me, you don't know what I'm capable of! Nobody knows what Cactus Jack is able to do!



As he says his catchphrase he makes the guns with his hands, still shouting

Cactus Jack: BANG! BANG!

As Cactus shouts his catchphrase the cameras slowly fade out to black ending the segment as Redemption heads to a commercial break

*As we return to Redemption, Vickie Guerrero is talking to somebody on her phone. It seems like she’s not really listening to what the other person is saying, as she plays with her nails and mutters “uh-uh” everyone once and awhile. Suddenly, the “Dashingly Insane” Cody Rhodes walks into her room, with a huge grin on his face.*

[Vickie Guerrero]
Oh! I’m going to have to call you back.

*Vickie abruptly hangs up the phone and Cody wastes no time in speaking.*

[Cody Rhodes]
So, Vickie, what is it that you want to talk about this time?

[Vickie Guerrero]
Well, it’s you.

[Cody Rhodes]
As with most ladies.

[Vickie Guerrero]
Look, it’s about what you said earlier tonight.

[Cody Rhodes]
Feeling a little anxious about the Cody Rhodes Era

[Vickie Guerrero]
That’s what I wanted to talk about. You’re running around out there like you run this show. The Cody Rhodes Era? Really? This is my show!

[Cody Rhodes]
Hey, this may as well be my show. Nobody else in the world can touch anything I can do, I am XWL’s Finest, the Savior of XWL, the Dashingly Insane, I am...

[Vickie Guerrero]
Cody, you’re power hungry and it scares me a lit..

[Cody Rhodes]
I’m driven, determined, and insane... not power hungry. Unlike some people in this room.

[Vickie Guerrero]]
Excuse me?

[Cody Rhodes]
You heard me.

[Vickie Guerrero]
Look, I got you back in this company so you can take out Ted DiBiase, and that’s what I need you to do.

[Cody Rhodes]
I’m well onto my way to doing so, just give me another one on one match with him and he’d be history.

[Vickie Guerrero]
Oh, really? Well, then you’ll be glad with the other thing I wanted to talk to you about.

[Cody Rhodes]
I’m waiting.

[Vickie Guerrero]
At Unforgiven, you will go one on one with Ted DiBiase!

*The crowd goes wild as Cody looks up to the ceiling, takes a deep breath, and lets out long puff of breath. He runs his hands across his face and through his hair, biting his lip.*

[Cody Rhodes]
We could have talked about this.

[Vickie Guerrero]
We’re talking about it right now.

[Cody Rhodes]
Barely. You want to talk about me being power hungry, but now I don’t even have a say in whether or not I was going to have match against Ted?

[Vickie Guerrero]
I couldn’t count on you to stick to your word this time.

[Cody Rhodes]
Now you’re calling me a liar? You?

[Vickie Guerrero]
Last week you agreed to face Alex Shelley, but then when the show started you refused because it wasn’t the main event.

[Cody Rhodes]
My talents deserve nothing less than the spotlight.

[Vickie Guerrero]
This show doesn’t revolve around you, Cody.

[Cody Rhodes]
No, clearly it revolves around you and whatever’s in your best interest.

[Vickie Guerrero]
I’m trying to run a wrestling a show. How can I do that when my wrestlers refuse to wrestle?

[Cody Rhodes]
Maybe they’d wrestle if they were booked at the level they deserved.

[Vickie Guerrero]
And what makes you deserve the main event?

[Cody Rhodes]
You know, I thought we had an agreement.

[Vickie Guerrero]
We do, but Ted DiBiase is still here, so you haven’t fulfilled your part yet, and therefore I haven’t fulfilled mine yet.

[Cody Rhodes]
Oh yeah? Just wait until I outshine the other three vermins in the main event tonight. Just wait until I end Ted at Unforgiven. Just wait, Vickie. The Cody Rhodes Era is upon us.

*Cody storms out of the room, and Vickie lets out a little smirk. Was she trying to light a fire under Cody? Has she motivated him to finally take out Ted at Unforgiven? What were the exact details of their agreement? What does Vickie owe Cody?*

With a huge handicap match coming up later tonight, Kaitlyn's shown backstage stretching near a crate. She never backs down from a challenge, and that's certainly what she'll face tonight, because not only will she have to face off against three divas, she'll have to put her trust in someone that she's still not sure about. Layla might have come to her rescue last week, but as she said then, it's going to take a lot for Layla to prove that she's changed, and that this isn't just some kind of act. After stretching her shoulders for a moment she looks down at her Divas Championship, and out of the corner of the camera we see Layla sneaking up to Kaitlyn suspiciously...she inches closer towards her, is now behind her, what's she going to do when Kaitlyn's back is turned? She seemingly lunges for her.....but then places her hands over her eyes playfully smiling...

{Layla}
Guess who!?

Out of instincts alone Kaitlyn grabs Layla's arm, not knowing it's her right off and flips her over head readying herself for a fight, that is until she sees that it's Layla, and immediately she feels bad, but also slightly annoyed. Layla rises up quickly putting her hands in front of her not expecting that kind of reaction.

{Layla}
Whoa whoa, it's just me Kaitlyn...



[Kaitlyn]
Oh, well that changes things. Actually, not really, why are you even joking around like this? Have you forgotten that we have not just two opponents, but three opponents tonight? Let alone three opponents, I actually have to trust you to have my back, something I'm still not sure if I could do even after last week. Thanks for that anyway, I would have had that handled myself considering it was Brie and Nikki Bella but thanks anyway, made my job a little bit easier until Natalya came out and kind of... Yeah, I'd rather not talk about that. It was painful enough being locked in that move the first time.

{Layla}
I was just trying to help....unfortunately that backfired a bit, but you have my word I'll do better this week. I know you're still hesitant of trusting me, but really Kaitlyn that's what we both have to do tonight, put our faith in each other so that we don't go into that match alone, but together. I know handicaps seem a bit intimidating, but if we really work together we totally have this. Besides, no point in stressing over it, right? I was just trying to lighten the mood a bit, although perhaps sneaking up behind you wasn't the brightest idea given my history....but you just looked so tense, I wanted to loosen you up a bit.



{Layla}
Not that you don't have every right to be a little frustrated, I mean the odds are stacked against us tonight....and things didn't exactly turn out well for you in your last three on two handicap match....but relax, you've got nothing to worry about tonight, I've got your back, girlfriend.

Layla places her hand on Kaitlyn's shoulder, and stands there smiling at her. Kaitlyn moves her shoulder away from Layla as she looks to be in this awkward position after what Layla just said.

[Kaitlyn]
Yeah, please don't say that again. Ever. And Layla, we've had this discussion before. You can you have my back and we can trust each other, but I can't believe it till it is proven. A simple week of acting nice to me and saving me from an attack only to be attacked more isn't much to me. Anyone can play a simple charade for a couple of weeks just to befriend another person. Honestly though, I feel I can trust you more then I did a couple of weeks ago. I can trust you more then I can trust either of those damn Bellas and Natalya so we are getting there, slowly but surely.



[Kaitlyn]
Now tonight, we have to have a game plan because we are facing the Bellas, two divas who know how to pull things behind a referees back more then anyone, and Natalya, probably the best technical Diva wrestler of the roster right now. We can't just go in there without any thought or any mind set of what we must do. They are just too good of a team for that, understand what I'm saying?

{Layla}
I do, but I think more than anything, we have to have something they don't have, and that's each other's back. We know The Bella Twins more than anyone else, they look out only for themselves, and Natalya? One of the most independent women in this entire company. That's not the mixture for a perfect team, it's more of a recipe for impending disaster. They won't be able to put aside their egos to work together, they'll be too busy trying to outshine each other. Especially The Bella Twins, so that's what we have to do in a nut shell. We have to have faith in each other. I have to believe that you won't try to give me some karmic revenge by turning your back on me....even if I might deserve it, that won't solve anything. Just like you have to get the idea out of your head that I'm only trying to manipulate you and everyone else with this "act." I know it's not easy, but I believe I can trust you out there, and the only way we can put any other plan into action, is for you to do the same.

We can't say oh do this if this happens if you don't believe I'll follow through. It might be hard for you to accept, but I'm your partner tonight, no matter how much you wish it was anyone else but me, it is me...So before we can devise a strategy or anything else, I have to know...will you be able to trust that I've got your back out there no matter what happens?

Kaitlyn stays quiet for a moment, not wanting to trust Layla bu in the end she might have to.

[Kaitlyn]
Yeah, I guess. Don't mean to sound like a broken record but don't expect me to trust you as if you were my best friend or even a friend. Expect me to trust you as if you were my tag team partner for one night and one night only, that is it. But what you have to realize is, despite the three of them having massive egos, they all share the same goal: Seeing our downfall. They are probably talking with one another now, or maybe they have, or maybe they plan on it, but we just have to keep our eyes locked on the goal and our ears open. Trust or no trust, I'm not going to let us lose this match on any circumstance. You've beaten Brie, Nikki and Natalya before. I've beaten Brie, Nikki and Natalya before. We've both beat all of them at some time in our careers.



[Kaitlyn]
We've got this, it's as simple as that. The only thing that will stop us is ourselves and I'll be the one to admit it again, I don't trust you all that much. But I have some trust in you when it comes to the situation we are in. We both dislike The Bellas and Natalya and depsite a handicap situation, we are going to go out there and win. Even if the trust between one another isn't all that visible to the human eye, it's still there. A little bit of trust is all we need.

{Layla}
I wouldn't say I dislike Natalya, I mean I had the chance to talk to her earlier and while she's a little judgmental, ironic coming from me I know...I think it went well. She tried to get me to sway to her side but it's like I've told everyone in the last few weeks, I'm not here to pick sides anymore. A division that's divided is the exact opposite of what we hope to accomplish in this company, is it not? We all want to be the best yes, but we have to pull together to some extent to show the guys here and even some fans that we can steal the show just as easily as anyone else can. You and I being champions for so long gives that title a purpose because it's in the hands of people that can take it to that next level. I know Natalya attacked us last week, and I don't agree with her attacking you after you beat her a few weeks ago either, but she's hands down one of the best. And on the night that every title was on the line, a good number of people left that building talking as much about the Divas Championship match, as they were any other. So I do wanna commend you for continuing to grow into your role and showing everyone what we women are capable of by putting on performances like that.

[Kaitlyn]
Thanks, was a good match honestly. It was just the ending that made the fans leave unhappy. But I noticed you say something about Natalya being one of the best, don't get me wrong, she is a great wrestler. But the thing is...

Kaitlyn looks down at her championship before looking back at Layla.

[Kaitlyn]
I've proven that I'm currently the best Diva by holding that championship for near seven months now. You know that feel, it feels great knowing you are on the top. Not everyone has held it this long, the only really notable people who have are you, myself and Maryse. A little arrogance never hurt anybody, plus when you can back what you say up, it doesn't make for that big of a deal. Like how Madison Eagles claims she is like the best in the world yet when has she ever proved that? But back on to what we were saying, eventually you'll have to choose a side, Layla. Eventually you'll have to choose to be liked by the fans of be disliked. To be a hero or be a villain. To be the best or to be the worst. Eventually, you'll have to choose a side, you can't stay neutral forever.



{Layla}
But who says I have t define myself by a label to be liked? Sure some may not agree with my way of thinking, but I think it's better to be different than to quote unquote "switch sides" because then nothing has changed about me other than the fact that I'm "good" now. It doesn't allow me to make up for the wrongs I've done to that other side too. Like Natalya has made some questionable choices in the last few weeks, but the fact remains I never gave her a chance just like I never gave you one, so I'm trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Well...everyone except The Bella Twins...I can't forgive them after what they did to Paige. So believe me, if one of those little skanks tries anything on you out there, I'll toss their skinny little asses out of that ring, and you can get you some revenge on Natalya. Because I don't know about you, but quite frankly Unforgiven can't come soon enough for me.

[Kaitlyn]
You may be blind to it now, but eventually you'll understand. You can't stay neutral forever, you'll either have be the good girl or you'll have to be the bad girl once again whether you like it or not. But about the Unforgiven part, I can agree there, getting the chance to beat Natalya again is already sounding pretty good to me. Win or lose, it's been a good reign. Can't count Natalya out, I was never so close to losing my championship then when I was against her a couple of weeks ago. She is a wrestler, and I'll be the first to admit, I'm no where close to being as much of a wrestler as she is but I'm getting there. Tonight is going to be a preview of what is going to happen at Unforgiven because when we step up against our respective opponents, we are going to win. Nothing is stopping me, nothing is stopping you. So for now, we need to focus on tonight. Despite any egos they may have, we have to make sure we walk out the winners. We can't be 100% ready, we have to be 110% ready for this match. Agreed?

{Layla}
Agreed, don't worry about a thing, we got this.

Now as bubbly as ever Layla raises her hand up for a high-five, Kaitlyn seems a bit reluctant at first then eventually gives in to Layla's gesture.



We then fade to the next segment of the night.

*Del Rio pulls out of the back in one of his many expensive, fancy cars to the usual heat provided by the crowd. Del Rio jumps out of the car with a mic in his hand and a grin across his mug.



*He struts his way to the ramp and then begin addressing the crowd while slowly heading to the ring.



{Alberto Del Rio}
Really people? Still doing this old, tired shtick? Pretending you hate the magnificence that is Alberto Del Rio. Mr. Perfect, Kurt Angle, and now, after tonight, Dolph Ziggler. The poor victims of my beautiful rise to glory, my march back to the top. They all get stepped over as I gradually rise to the top of the ladder, and yes this is my usually speech....my common decree But it doesn't make what I'm saying any less true.

*Del Rio reaches the ring steps and walks up them, sliding into the ring, all before resuming is preaching towards the crowd whose volume picks up.




{Alberto Del Rio}
Hushhhhh. I want to talk a little bit about my challenge tonight, Dolph Ziggler. He has shown he has what it takes to be the man, to be the best, to compete on my level. He is a 2 time Intercontinental Champion, a top of the line collegiate athlete that has shown flashes of brilliance in this industry but much like me has been unable to fully cement himself in the main event. This isn't his fault, or mine for that matter, all of you are to blame! Just because we don't cater to you, beg for your love you boo and jeer at us, at our climb for success and in the process, you cripple us! It's a pathetic attempt for you all to exert some control over something in your sad lives, at work you have a boss who bosses you around, at home your significant other commands you to do what they want and all the while you stew and brood secretly hating yourself because you don't have the cajones to do something about it! So you pay for a ticket and come here to boo people like myself who continually show that they're not the same scum as you you! Doing so, hoping deep down that by doing this you hamstring us down to your level of pathetic!



[Alberto Del Rio}
I hate all of you people, but I don't hate Dolph, no, I relate with Dolph Ziggler but that said I don't wish him luck or success because I know it won't come and that's due to one thing.....I'm in his way. As much as he will try tonight he will not beat me and will suffer the same fate as those who have come before him. Angle.....Perfect....Heenan are just my recent triumphs with many more approaching in the near future. You, not just the XWL fans, but everyone in the back need to realize it is MY time. Alberto Del Rio isn't here to play around and make friends, he's here to win titles and make a lasting impact! I have one amigo and that is Ricardo who happens to not be here tonight BUT he did tell me to say that he will be back with his glorious introduction, the greatest introduction in wrestling history next week.



{Alberto Del Rio}
My goal is and always has been complete and total superiority over each and every person in this industry. I will be the benchmark to which everyone will be compared in the future and it will all unfold here in front of you. As you continually shower me with your hate I will turn that and throw it right back in your face with my success! You people don't realize everything you do is in vain because none of you will ever come close to what I am capable of. And that last part just doesn't apply to the fans, it's a complete description of every person in this business.....I am better than all of you. You aren't even worthy to wipe my culo!

*Before he can say another word the crowd cuts him off and begins a dueling chanting "Wipe our culos! Kiss our ass! Wipe our culos! Kiss our ass!"



{Alberto Del Rio}
I am not amused. You aren't even worth anymore of my time! Adios!

*Del Rio sets the mic down as he theme songs begins blaring over the PA systems to a chorus of boo's as he exits the ring and heads up the ramp through the curtains as the show fades to commercial.

Kofi's theme blares through the arena to a big cheer as he runs through the curtain fired up, raising his arms in the air and slapping his hands together as the fireworks boom out! Boom! Boom! Boom!



Kofi then strolls down the ramp slapping the hands of all his fans on the way with a huge smile on his face, he runs up the stairs and enters the ring before climbing the top rope and throwing his arms out screaming in excitement!



Then all of a sudden a sharp knife of boo's cut through the happiness as Bryans theme rings out...





The boo's triple as Bryan comes out from behind the curtain screaming "YES" at the top of his voice over and over, following closely behind him is AJ Lee skipping merrily...



Bryan enters the Ring under the bottom rope and takes off his shirt throwing it into the crowd as him and Kofi circle each other...



AND THE BELL RINGS!

All of a sudden Bryan stops and walks over to the side of the apron, giving AJ a big good luck kiss before finally turning his attention back to an irate Kofi

The edge closer together as Daniel raises his left arm in the air asking for a test of strength, Kofi looks uneasy but with a bellowing crowd chanting his name he reaches his right hand out slowly but as he inches closer to Daniel Bryan he slaps Kofis hand down out of the air and throws his arms in the air screaming, "YES!"

Kofi retaliates with a huge double leg take down spearing Bryan to the floor! The crowd let out a big pop as Kingston unloads on Bryans jaw with a hard barrage of left and right hands! Daniel manages to squirm out eventually and rolls out under the bottom rope taking a breather, he exits one bad place right into another though as the crowd unleash a huge "NO!" Chant right in his face, Bryan reacts harshly and starts screaming "YES!" right into audience members faces before running around the ring in a rage, reaching the rampside but all of a sudden Kofi grabs the top rope and launches himself HIGH into the air coming right down on Bryan like a missile! Kofi bounces to his feet and lets out a huge battle cry of adrenaline!

Kofi grabs Bryan by the head and picks him up to his feet, chopping him hard across the chest leaving a huge hand print! Noticing the crowds reaction Kofi smiles and unleashes a second chop! Bryan can be heard whimpering to himself but Kofi doesn't stop, he instead gets faster and harder with his chops unloading more and more to huge "YES" chants from the crowd! Kingston takes a few steps back before running forward and leaping into the air intent with coming down with a big chop but Bryan sidesteps and throws him down onto the apron chest first! Kofi crumbles and falls down to mat below in pain, Bryan laughs and slides into the ring, catching his breath before getting an idea and stepping out onto the apron as Kofi rises...

Bryan sprints along the apron and comes firing off with a vicious hard knee right across the jaw of Kingston! Bryan crashes to the floor and Kofi flies backwards rattling his spine off of the barricade before falling down next to Bryan! This match has been high impact from the get go, both of these men already down and hurting badly! Bryan however is the first time to his feet shortly after, he grabs Kofi by the hair and drags him to his feet launches him face first into the ring post! Kofi bounces off looking in a planet of his own, Bryan rolls Kofi into the ring and climbs in after him covering for the pin! 1.....2.....NO! Kingston gets the shoulder up!

Bryan gets a look of rage on his face before standing up and stomping all over Kofi's downed body! He eventually drags Kofi to his feet and using his arms Irish Whips him off of the ropes, Kofi comes back but Bryan hits the floor causing him to hop over his back and rebound off of the opposite ropes, he comes back but Bryan goes for a clothesline, Kofi ducks under and runs towards the turnbuckle, intelligently jumping onto the middle pad and then the top before spinning around in mid air with a huge crossbody! Bryan is two steps ahead and leaps into the air bringing Kofi down with a massive dropkick! Bryan gets up quickly and rather than go for the cover, he drags Kofi to his feet and shoves him into the corner before unleashing a stiff barrage of kicks to chest!

Bryan grabs Kofi by the arm and Whips him into the other corner but Kingston reverses it and sends Daniel into the corner! Kofi then sprints across the ring and jumps straight up into the air wrapping his legs around Bryans shoulders unloading before unleashing a series of punches to the forehead, Kofi then tumbles backwards flipping off of Bryans shoulders before running in going for a clothesline! Bryan swiftly ducks under it sending Kofi into the turnbuckle! Bryan then quickly hoists him up to the top rope and gets in position for a superplex!

Bryan lunges off of the top rope through the air bringing Kofi down hard onto the mat! The crowd let out a gasp in unison as Bryan writhes in pain before going for a cover! 1....2.....NO! Kingston somehow finds a way to kick out! Bryan screws his face up looking pissed off as he gets up and throws his hands up shouting "YES!" over and over waiting for Kofi to get up to his feet intent on kicking his head off! Kofi rises slowly and Bryan goes for the big kick but Kingston ducks under it and hooks under Bryans arm going for the S.O.S! He hits it!

Kofi can feel the electricity in the air as he gets hyped up for his signature move, he runs around the ring twice before running off of the ropes, he comes back and shakes his shoulders twice before leaping high into the air and coming crashing down with a massive legdrop across Bryans stomach! Kofi jumps to his feet and claps his hands together, signalling for the Trouble in Paradise! Bryan slowly rises to his feet and turns around, Kofi jumps forward and spins going for the big kick but Bryan ducks under it leaving him to crash hard on the mat! Bryan quickly grabs his arm and locks in his finisher the No Lock!

Kofi struggles in pain trying to find a way out as Bryan wrenches harder screaming out Yes! Yes! Yes!....Kofi finds the energy and heart to carry on as he slowly pulls him forward reaching out for the bottom rope will he get it....YES! He gets it! The ref starts the count for Bryan to break the hold, 1...2....3.....4....Bryan lets go finally! He stands up to his feet and grabs Kofi by the dreadlocks pulling him upright before trying for a big punch but Kofi blocks it and grabs Bryan by the back of the head and tossing him high over the top rope to the floor below causing Bryan to slide and whack his body off of the announce table! Kofi takes a moment to catch his breathe but soon AJ is up on the apron distracting the ref!

Daniel knows what's going on in the ring and see's his golden moment, he picks up a steel chair from the timekeepers area and sprints into the ring with it! Kofi finally turns round but as Bryan takes a big swing the chair is nailed with a Trouble in Paradise! The chair scrambles Bryans brain and flies out of the ring as Kofi Kingston drops into the cover! The ref makes the count...1.....2.....3!!! Kofi Kingston has done it!








WINNER:




Kofi celebrates his big win by going to the top rope and setting off some more fireworks! Smiles all round this week for the Wildcat as he exits the ring and walks up the ramp backwards as happy as could be, back in the ring AJ has now entered and is on her knees crying by the side of Daniel Bryan as he may have suffered a serious concussion...XWL's Redemption Supershow rolls on...
