| Subject: Introducing the Appeal Process! Fri Dec 22, 2017 10:18 pm | |
| Has the administrative team voted against an idea that you pitched for your character or storyline? Whether that idea is wanting to use a certain match in your feud, a certain character (like Mr. McMahon) in your feud or even wanting to vacate the championship to further your storyline. Do you think the administrative team is in the wrong or not seeing the bigger picture? Well, starting now, this is your chance at a second chance to get an idea passed. The administrative discussed this recently and decided that something similar to an appeal process should be implemented into the league.
How this works is if you have received word that your idea has been declined, you can call for a chance to revote. What happens is we will sit down with you, assuming you have Skype, and we will listen to your argument and hear you out. We will not speak until you are finished unless you have requested a response. Our job at that point is to sit there and listen to why you think the vote should be a 'yes' instead of the 'no' that was given. You MUST have a good reason. Chances are likely that we said no for a reason so it is your job to convince us. This means you enter the conversation with an argument in mind, meaning something more than "I think it would be cool" is needed for something like this, and be ready to present your case.
The administrative team DOESN'T HAVE TO change our votes if we don't want to. If we feel convinced then we will, but we do not have to. If we vote 'no' for the second time, then the decision is final and no further discussions need to be held regarding the subject and we ask that you respect our decision, just as we respect you enough to hear your viewpoint. This is your chance to speak up and let your voice be heard.
