PostSubject: Re: XWL Anarchy: 9/19/2016 - 9/26/2016   Mon Sep 19, 2016 9:50 pm

XWL goes LIVE with a different sight than usual. Instead of the roar of the crowd and the entrance everyone is used to, we are greeted by the new General Manager, Layla El. The boss smiles, looking into the camera as she sits on her desk of her office, the crowd quiet for her.

[Layla El]
Welcome ladies and gentlemen to XWL's Anarchy. Tonight will be quite the night of excitement as I just got off the phone with the board of directors who gave me the go ahead to announce some huge matches for this card. All of which, I'm sure will excite you.

The crowd cheers for Layla, but can't be seen. They quiet for her, allowing her to speak.

[Layla El]
First on the list, I've decided to give The Rated R, Superstar, Edge, his chance to shine here tonight. As proof that I, as well as the XWL Universe listen to the wrestlers, he will go one on one in a chance to prove he's worthy of the competition level here in XWL, against the World Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar!

The crowd gives a pop to this, followed by a hush.

[Layla El]
Next, we will see a clash of champions, if you will. But not only that, but also a clash of companies. The ELITE Champion, CM Punk, an XWL original, will go one on one with one of the last SOOL guys, our very own Intercontinenal Champion, Leo Kruger. Punk wanted some more competition and some of his words struck quite the nerve with the Manhunter so we will see these two clash, here tonight!

Once more, a huge pop.

[Layla El]
Speaking of both Leo Kruger and Edge, these two men will come to clash here soon on XWL and not just because it would be quite the entertaining match, but also because Edge, after all his hard work and determination is officially the number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship!

Edge chants rage around the arena, but are cut short once more.

[Layla El]
Finally, our Main Event of the evening will feature two men who are both deserving of so much in this company. We will see AJ Styles, take on Dean Ambrose. This match will be for the number one contendership for the World Heavyweight Championship and the winner will go on to face Brock Lesnar at Roulette for the Title. I wish everyone luck as let's get the show going.

posted for Tyler.

PostSubject: Re: XWL Anarchy: 9/19/2016 - 9/26/2016   Tue Sep 20, 2016 4:02 am

XWL comes back from commercial break to see Renee Young, our resident interviewer standing in the interview space with a microphone handy. Renee Young seems happy and quirky as she begins to speak into the microphone introducing the segment at hand.

Renee Young: Ladies and Gentlemen with me at this time is the former World Heavyweight Champion - Roman Reigns.

The cameras would then nudge to the side a little bit to show both Roman Reigns and Renee Young standing side by side. Roman Reigns stands beside Renee Young and is wearing his wrestling gear as he has a frown on his face as he looks into the camera. The fans in the arena boo loudly at the former champions appearance.

Renee Young: Welcome and thank you for being my guest. Tonight you get are having a match against Cesaro; we are all wondering what…

Roman Reigns would then cut off Renee Young midsentence as he begins to speak, it was clear to everyone that he was not impressed with what happened to him last week - he did not just lose his match - he got a beaten - one that he will be remembered for some time as he ran his hand through his hair - slicking it back a little bit as he looked at the camera and let out a little sigh - he was not a good guy nor was he a bad guy - Roman Reigns was his own man and he said whatever was on his mind, good or bad, he spoke the truth as his lips parted ways and he started to speak.

Roman Reigns: For too long I have lost who I really am here. I have not been performing to my full skills and I have suffered, I have lost my kingdom - The Roman Empire crumbled last week - so now it is time to get my hands in the dirt and start right at the bottom - it is time to get down and dirty and rebuild my empire. Brock beat me - he was the better man - I respect that, but what I don't respect is being knocked right out of the title picture - Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles taking my place as well, that cuts me real deep and in time I will have to deal with them, no one cuts in front of Roman Reigns. Here I am - at the bottom once more. Once again I am down on my luck, facing Cesaro. I respect the man - he has talent, but tonight he is in my way and all the talent in the world will do him no good tonight.

Roman Reigns lowers the microphone for a moment and just smiles as a very small “Cesaro” chant would build up, these fans where so predictable.

Roman Reigns:  I should be in the main event, I should be competing for the world championship, but instead I am handed mere table scraps. The sad thing is that these people here are being deprived of a worthy championship match, these people are being deprived of THE GUY! It’s a known fact that I am better fit to main event this show over Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles - how many times have I beaten Dean Ambrose? How many times have I proved that I am better than AJ Styles? They do not deserve anything that has been given to them. I am the definition of a champion. Brock Lesnar doesn’t define a champion; he doesn’t define anything besides FAILURE. And just like Cesaro that is all that he can expect tonight. I may not be in the main event, I may not be in the running for a championship match, but I swear after I deal with Cesaro I will make sure that whoever is the world champion will be having a very short championship reign.

The fans in the arena would then boo loudly as Roman Reigns finishes his sentence. He looks focused and very serious at this time as he continues speaking down into the microphone not allowing these fans the chance to cut him off.

Roman Reigns: XWL preaches about being the best, about having the best wrestlers and the best champions that this sport has to offer but when you look at the people competing for championships here you begin to rethink some things about this company. It is a joke that I am forced to face Cesaro, a man that is long overdue to retire because of injuries. Since I am not in the main event tonight I will just take Cesaro and pick him apart - rebuild my fallen empire on his defeat. This shall act as a warning for Brock Lesnar; a warning for every single champion and every single person competing for a championship that I’m here to redefine and rebuild this company. No longer will we have main events with no honour; no respect such as tonight’s main event. Once I defeat Cesaro; I will once again have the whole entire world watching me. I will once again become man to be feared; a man to be afraid of and that will be clear soon enough. Cesaro you and everyone else is on a warning, Roman Reigns is finally ready for success and nobody shall stop me from having it. BELIEVE THAT!

With the warning that Roman Reigns issued now out on the surface, Renee Young scurries away from Roman Reigns leaving the former champion standing alone in the interview space with a smirk on his face. He brushes off any fragments of dirt on his attire as he then turns his back to the camera and walks away as XWL goes to a commercial break.

The camera returns backstage to Renee Young making her way to Edge trying to stop him, Edge focusing on the road ahead keeps walking up the hallway. Finally Renee catches up to Edge followed by the camera crew as she begins to question The Rated R-Superstar.

Before Renee can utter a word Edge turns around with a look rage mixed with excitement in his eyes as he looks at Renee. He looks at the camera and takes the mic from Renee

Edge

*very quiet as Edge is taking the mic* YOU WANT MY CLOSE UP RENEE? HUH?

Edge moves Renee out of the way

Edge

It's about time that management has taken notice of me, but... You think I am a joke, huh Layla? Her and the rest of the retired has beens in the back with their fancy pinstriped suits think I'm a burden. They think I'm a noise complaint, since I called them out and now they say they are going to give me " a chance to shine". Then you go on to say that I have to prove that I am worthy? Do you not see the *beep* I do every week? Do you not notice how I prove that I am Championship level every damn night I lace up my boots. How about you ancient hags of the past get in the ring and try fighting the way you did back in the day today, you wouldn't be able to keep up.

Edge forces the camera closer to his face

Edge

I walk in that ring every night and I put on a show. Now you're gonna put me in a match with Brock Lesnar to prove my worth? Truly, it's your loss, I'll beat him tonight and prove I'm the best. I'll play your little game, Layla, but it's gonna be your booking problem when the "Beast's shoulders are on the mat. As for Lesnar, you can hide behind your little doll Paul Heyman all night long, let him be the man and do your promos. All that does is show your a little b*beep* and that you can't speak for yourself. You can hide for now, but when I step in that ring, I'll go to suplex city, but I will walk right out with the keys in my hand. Get ready Brock.

Edge takes a second to let his intense stare sit in. Afterward he smacks the camera out of the camera man's hands. When the camera hits the floor all that is seen is Edge's feet storming off. Edge makes his way to prepare for his match.

we come back from that interview

Cesaro makes his way down the ramp looking serious

RANALLO
Cesaro making his way out, but his match isnt until later tonight

GRAVES
He doesnt look too happy

Cesaro climbs in the ring and asks for a mic. He is given one

CESARO
I've won some and I've lost some. But i can live with the fact the loses lately have been to former champions, the 'elites' of XWL. Even the ones I lose still turn out to be the match of the night! But what do I get in return? Nothing. Now Truth is a bastard, I don't like him. Never did, never will, but he made a valid point. And i hate to agree with him, believe me. But that won't matter at Roulette. When I came back I called out Sami Zayn and his Elite Championship. And what happened? Nothing. I got ignored. I worked my ass off to prove a point, and gave my reasons to be a part of the MITB match. and what happened? Nothing, again. Im tired of constantly being ignored by XWL management. I tried to be honorable and respectful here. I respected their rules, their staff and once again, what happened? Nothing. Where as Truth came in, attacking their staff, belittling their interviewers and crying foul and racism. Shitting on everyone here and XWL. And what happened!? He got into MITB and won! THEY gave him that spot. Management just gave in, like nothing. Now Edge is here, yes he is a legend, but he recently returns and complains, and what does he get? THEY name him number one contender for the I.C title. I called out the Elite Champion, issued a challenge and got nothing. They bitch and they get everything!

He collects himself and walks around the ring

CESARO
Should i prove my point even more? Gladly. Look at the main event. The same variations of the same guys fighting for that belt. How many chances does Reigns or Ambrose really need. Honestly. It looks like nothing more than handpicked champions. Makes you wonder who's paying who here. Im tired of being respectful, being honorable, trying to bring class to XWL. Im old school, I believe in respect and being respected! So, if this really is a new era, that superstars get what they ask for then so be it! Layla, I want Punk, I want Lesnar! I don't care when or how! Im tired of being overlooked, working my ass off for nothing! So whats it going to be? Are you a woman of your word or just like everyone else!?

Cesaro leaves the ring and heads up the ramp

RANALLO
Cesaro with some strong words tonight.

GRAVES
I think the pressure finally got to him and i wonder how that will affect his match later

we go to commercial

Camera cuts backstage to a dark room with Cactus Jack pacing back and forwards.

Cactus Jack: Last week was my opportunity, my chance, my time to shine, my time to show that I ain't to be messed with anymore, to show I'm to be be laughed at, to show I'm not to be tossed to the side and treated like the ugly step child that nobody want to take care off and what happened I blew it plane and simple. I got to excited, to cocky, I was unfocussed and that cost me my chance at claiming the XWL Elite championship. I was sloppy, I didn't expect that finisher to come when it did, it caught me off guard, I didn't expect an XWL superstar to be so cunning and tactical as most of you are ants waiting to be squashed by my boot but Punk, Punk your something different and you seem to have my number. Everything I threw at you last week you threw back and kept going. You seem to have my number Punk and that's something I have to accept but mark my words one of these days when we meet again I will beat you and you can be certain off that however I can't complain about last week there was no cheating you won fairly so all I can say is congratulations and enjoy holding onto that title for now.

Cactus Jack: Now looking to my future it's time for me to pick my next target here in XWL and I have it locked in my sites. That target is the World Heavyweight championship. Now two weeks ago I pinned the world champion in the middle off this ring and given the opportunity I'd beat Brock again or anyone else who has that world title. Now I know the XWL management are going to do everything in their power to stop me from fighting for and gain that world heavyweight title but you can't keep me from it forever, I will claim the gold and theirs nothing you can do about it. So I will bide my time, I will watch each match that involves the world heavyweight champion and study them to find their weaknesses and then I will strike down with furious vengeance onto that competitor and when I do they won't know what's hit them and then you will be looking at your new world heavyweight champion

Cactus Jack: Now tonight I face the legend killer, the man who hears voices in his head Randy Orton. Tonight Randy your going to be in for one hell off a fight as I have all this penned up anger and aggression and it needs to be taken out on someone and that someone is you. Now you say you hear voices in your head well boy I do to and the voices well the voices are coming up with all sorts of ideas for you. You see nobody in this business is more sadistic, more devilish, more sick and twisted then me so randy you better watch out as I'm coming for you so I hope your scared as you should be have a nice day BANG ! BANG !

Camera fades away with cactus jack laughing in the background as the next segment begins

Cesaro gets in the ring

Reigns gets in the ring

Cesaro hits the mat hard, but manages to roll out of the ring before Reigns can go for the pin. Cesaro stumbles back a bit as he lands on the floor. Reigns grows angry and hits the ropes, bouncing off hard he runs and dives over the top rope. He crashes into Cesaro sending him over the barricade into the fans. Cesaro gets back on his feet just as Reigns hops over the barricade. They start to throw punches as the ref starts to count them out. They move further into the stands ignoring the count.

9

The punches get harder

10

The ref rings for the bell but Cesaro and Reigns keep brawling as the crowd cheers them on. Security rushes into the stands and breaks them up. Separating them. Cesaro hops back over the barricade pissed as Reigns makes his way up the stairs.

We go to backstage where R Truth is eating popcorn and watching on a monitor, enjoying the show

Harper rolls out of the ring laughing as Zayn shoots up and gets in the refs face and yells "ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! DID YOU NOT SEE MY HAND ON THE ROPE!" Zayn is just absolutely beside himself as he requests a mic.

Zayn
This is just complete BULLSHIT!

The fans cheer loudly

Zayn
I'm not just talking about the way this match turned out... My hand was clearly on the rope but apparently XWL Management can't afford Refs with good eye site. You know what else they can't do? Give shots to people who DESERVE it! I have worked my ass off and asked, begged and pleaded to be put against Kruger for his Title. I even said I'd try to earn it in a number one contenders match but what do they do? They HAND a Title match to Edge, the Rated R Crybaby who gives Canadians a bad name, the man who has done nothing but complain and whine and complain and whine and complain and they reward THAT behavior with a Tile match? I'm sorry but I just don't see how complaining gives anyone a right to be number one contender, hell, they didn't even have him earn it in a match! The real funny part about it all is that its not just Edge who gets this shot without earning anything.... Like Cesaro said earlier lets take a look at the main Title scene shall we? Lets go back about a month and count these world Title matches we have Reigns, Ambrose, Styles and Lesnar over and over and over and over AGAIN. I'm sick and tired of it honestly. Where are these "Shots" everyone is supposed to have? Layla said she'd do things differently... Honestly this whole Intercontinental Championship business is NOT a great start. Granted, she has come up with a Roulette Wheel to decided the next contender and even if I'm on that wheel it doesn't even matter because who ever wins the spin, me included, would not have EARNED the shot. Just like some other people here.

Mauro
Man, Zayn is really heated.

Graves
This is the only time I've ever agreed with him.

Zayn
Look, I get giving people chances. but I personally think they should earn it. I wanted the chance to try, but I didn't even get that and instead was handed to another. I've said my peace. Kruger you best keep that Title, I may not like you but you at least earned it, Like I will when I finally get my shot and beat you in this ring 1...2...3...

Zayn tosses his mic down and leaves into the back

Mauro
Strong words from Sami Zayn here tonight.

Graves
He earned a little of my respect here tonight, I still can't stand the dude but at least he wants to earn his shots.

[Nikki Storm]
So XWL leadership told me today that I could be getting cut from my contract because I'm not living up to their standards. Can you believe that?

[Nikki Storm]
If I remember correctly, they said the "product they bought isn't what their receiving." I can see where they are coming from though....

[Nikki Storm]
My XWL run has been tumultuous to say the least. I've won almost as many matches as I've lost and that is NOT okay.

[Nikki Storm]
Well no more. I need to prove to everyone that I am actually "The Best in the Galaxy." I may believe that I am, but my performance hasn't shown that. So starting today, I'm going to strive to be the best Nikki Storm that I can be. I will show those that doubt me that they are wrong.

[Nikki Storm]
This is my declaration. Mia Yim, I'm coming for what you have. I don't care who I have to go through. Paige, Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, Nikki Bella, it doesn't matter. Hell, even that creepy ass Sister April. No one will stop me from getting that title away from Mia Yim and that's a promise! You will all see that I am what I say I am, and that's "The Best in the Galaxy!"

XWL fades into the next segment as Nikki Storm walks into the arena

We return to the backstage area after Nikki Storm's scene fades. The area is not as peacful as that one though, as there are several men and women surrounding one area. The camera attempts to get in, but before it is able to, a voice is heard.

"Back up! BACK UP! I AM THE BEST FRIEND!"

The voice, obviously belonging to Matt Striker echoes over everyone as they disperse. The camera now able to see what's going on shows Eric Young laid on the ground, belly down with a light pool of blood around his head. Strker kneels down next to him, his arms now shaking with anger. He speaks without looking up.

[Matt Striker]
Who did this?

No one responds for a moment, so Matt grows louder.

[Matt Striker]
I asked, WHO, DID THIS!?

A voice from the crowd mutters out.

"We think Randy."

Striker begins to grow obviously upset.

[Matt Striker]
I want Layla. I want Layla, and I want her now.

"Yes?"

Striker looks up as Layla hovers over him, eyes glued to Young.

[Layla El]
Medical, I need you to clean him up and get him patched. He's off the card for tonight.

[Matt Striker]
Is that all you're going to do!? That it!? Because I can think of a whole lot more!

[Layla El]
What else would you like me to do Matt?

Medical steps in as Matt steps to the side, moving up to Layla.

[Matt Striker]
I don't know, how about suspend Randy Orton?

[Layla El]
Is that really what you want me to do? Suspend Randy?

[Matt Striker]
That's exactly what I want you to do!

[Layla El]
I'm not going to do that Matt. I'm not going to do that for a handful of reasons. The first being, there is not proof Randy did this, right now. Not saying he's innocent, but I can't prove him as guilty. Second, despite the fact you're to blame for this with your sneak attacks on Orton, this isn't your call. It's Eric's. And if I know one thing about Eric Young, it's that he will be ready and willing to fight Randy Orton like a man, and not like a coward, unlike some.

[Matt Striker]
Are you questioning my manhood?

[Layla El]
I'm saying you don't have any Matt. People around here, they don't know what to do about you anymore. They can't tell if you're a coward or looking out for Eric' best interests. For his sake, I hope it's neither because you need to be far away from him if you want him to succeed.

[Matt Striker]
How dare you. I fought Randy Orton, like a man. I confronted him, like a man. I've been trying to help my best friend since the day we met and this is how people think of me? I didn't screw him over like that, petty tramp Renee Young. I didn't hurt him like that pathetic Nakanobody. No, I stood by his side while everyone else left. So don't inform me of what Eric wants or what you think he wants, because you don't know. I do.

[Layla El]
How about you don't tell me what to do if you want to keep your job.

Matt slightly recoils, though it takes a moment as he looks through anger filled eyes.

[Matt Striker]
I'll talk to Eric.

[Layla El]
Smart move Matt.

Striker's eyes return to Eric who is being lifted onto a gourney.

[Matt Striker]
Hey! You be careful with him!

With that, the screen fades out to another area.

With a commercial coming to an end, we return to our broadcast of Anarchy where immediately, the lights completely shut off, which unlike two weeks ago...instead of sending the excited crowd into an absolute FRENZY. It sucks all the energy out of the room because we now know EXACTLY what this means. Every single light source has been shut off, the only sort of light emitting through the darkness are coming from phones from fans, but again...unlike before there are less phones lighting up the ringside area because we're not giddy in our seats at what might be happening...we're rolling our eyes and letting out deep sighs of disappointment.

[Corey Graves]
IT'S TIME! IT'S THE MOMENT WE'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Judging by the drastic shift in this audience's mood I'm not so sure they'd agree with you.

[Corey Graves]
Hush Mauro, you're going to ruin it.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Ruin the pitch black silence that's only broken by boos?

[Corey Graves]
I said be quiet!

After an obnoxious delay, which somehow feels far longer than it did last week...the tron lights up.

With the word "EVERYTHING" appearing...our lack of joy continues...five seconds later it fades and the next word takes it's place.

Yet again we find ourselves completely disinterested in the two words "I TOUCH" that appear. A few more seconds later, they too disappear, and new words take their place.

The fans, and us the viewers at home all feel the same thing, nothing. Nothing but a collective "ugh this shit again" it's quite the turn of events because two weeks ago the moments that this very entrance debuted were trending all over the world...the mystery excited us, but the reveal of who was behind it...killed that excitement in a brutal murder that even Freddy Kruger, Michael Myers, and Jason would be jealous of.  "TURNS TO" is the next set of word before us. This time when the words vanish, we return back to the pitch black view we began with. Nothing replaces the words, no sound other than noises from the disinterested audience can be heard, that is....until....a slight echo'd "EVERYTHING....EVERYTHING....EVERYTHING!" as if it were a clip from a song we've not heard. "I TOUCH....I TOUCH....I TOUCH!"  this now familiar song clip continues,  "TURNS TO....TURNS TO.....TURNS TO!"

As the literally GOLD "Gold" appears on the tron, illuminating the pitch black surroundings, every person's reaction is to BOO. When the next sound bite from this song "GOLD...GOLD....GOLD!!" fills our ears. And what looks like literal specs of pure gold begins to rain down at the top of the stage.

[Mauro Ranallo]
You've gotta give it to Matt Sydal, he certainly knows how to make an entrance!

[Corey Graves]
AN ENTRANCE BEFITTING THE GOLDEN ONE HIMSELF!

A panhandler's dream is our nightmare, because we know who this is for, we wish it wasn't, we wish this was someone else, someone new, someone looking to make a huge impression with their introduction to XWL....but it's not,  it's not ANYONE else in the world it's the man that can't go a minute without uttering the word "gold" as of late.... With falling gold hitting the stage, showing no signs of stopping, like a nonstop downpour, that come to think of it would have been really fitting to have had at the actual event "Downpour..." a song begins to play, connecting the sound bites that echo'd earlier.

The moment Matt Sydal's mug appears on the tron, just as it did last week....the boos, the boos man, the boos come in drones, the boos are loud, the boos are laced with hatred, the boos....do their best to drown out this new incredibly BEYOND obnoxious song of his, but ultimately fail, and we continue to hear the same words sung, over....and over....until a figure appears behind it. Just like last week he's wearing jacket complete with a hood, and instead of snapping to stop the raining pyro...he steps through it like a badass that if we didn't hate him so much we might be impressed...but instead we just scoff and say to ourselves "Oh looks like we've got a badass over here" sarcastically. With continuous literal gold rain behind him he kneels down before the ramp, his hands press down...and suddenly the entire ramp illuminates in a GOLD LED display. Only furthering our sarcastic quip of "oh he's such a badass that he touches a ramp and it turns to gold like his song says, how cool."

[Mauro Ranallo]
The Golden Ticket to as he says "The Future of XWL" has really gone all out recently in embodying that term to the fullest.

[Corey Graves]
When you're as good as this man is, you best believe he's going to walk around telling us how good he is because unlike a lot of men that have walked into XWL professing how good they are...he ACTUALLY proves it! And he did so last week when he put away that loser Heath Slater!

[Mauro Ranallo]
You can't call a man a loser for trying to create a better life for his family.

[Corey Graves]
Of course you can.

Matt rises back up, flips his hood over where the word "Admit" lights up on the left side of his coat, and "One" on the right. We clearly see where this is going, as he spins around, to reveal "Golden Ticket" on the back, clearly going FAR too overboard with this ridiculously long entrance that the fans are SO ready to be over with. BUT HE'S STILL ON THE RAMP, IT'S BEEN LIKE FIVE MINUTES, BUT IT FEELS LIKE FIVE HUNDRED YEARS! Okay maybe not that long, but still how freaking long does he have to make this entrance, does he not realize the show isn't only featuring him? YOU CAN'T JUST KEEP ADDING ON MINUTES TO YOUR ENTRANCE, AT THIS RATE WE'LL HAVE TO TAKE A COMMERCIAL BREAK HALFWAY THROUGH IT, THEN WE'LL COME BACK AND IT STILL WON'T BE OVER! As he stands tall, the pyrotechnic downfall at last ends, and now an of course "gold" spotlight encapsulates Matt Sydal. He starts to descend down the ramp, the spotlight following him with every step, still every other light on the tron, and in the arena turned off, the only lights are the LED lit ramp, and the bold gold spotlight that makes the gold wardrobe of choice he's rocking look somehow even more golden. He reaches the end of the ramp, then looks around him, smirking at the booing fans, amused by their hatred, but he knows what he's doing. The only purpose this sort of entrance accomplishes is being a complete asshole for the sake of being an asshole. Matt then rushes forward, the spotlight cutting off as he leaps under the bottom rope, temporarily blinding us for a second, until it reappears in the center of the ring where he now stands basking in the gold light, when his hand reaches inside his jacket, to reveal...a mic, not just any mic, a mic....that is again, only gold, from the top to the bottom, it shines in the golden spotlight that seems to be sticking around. His music stops, and the mic raises up, as the boos, the boos just keep coming.

[Matt Sydal]
Ahem....

Such an obnoxious tone makes the fans keep booing.

[Matt Sydal]
I said, AHEM!

They heard you but they still boo, getting somewhat louder as more join in on the mass hatred.

[Matt Sydal]
I'm not one to complain, or insinuate that XWL management is overlooking me, or that I'm underappreciated...no, unlike the losers that moan night after night that they're being held down...I don't believe that one bit. Now tonight there is a Number One Contenders Match for The World Heavyweight Championship set to take place...and much to my surprise, I'm not apart of said match. I don't believe this to be an injustice, I simply believe that XWL Management, much like all of you...are just too stupid to actually apply logic their decisions. Because the ONLY logical conclusion when deciding a contender for our "beast" should be to cash in their Golden Ticket early, so that the future can begin, immediately.

But obviously the fans are not in agreement, continuing to boo, but at this point he's tuning them out.

[Matt Sydal]
As our Mr. Money in The Bank says, the truth can't be denied. And unlike him, I'm not a walking lie. I am...THE GOLD'S HONEST.....TRUTH! The BEST Superstar in this company, today, yesterday, last year, five years ago, PERIOD! Because no man has accomplished what I have, no person has had their golden name engraved in history the way mine is. TO THIS DAY, I am STILL The Longest Reigning World Heavyweight Champion! Because only I am able to attain such a fest, only I...am talented enough to talk a big game, and then back....it up. Quite frankly, no one in this company, is on my level. I'm a Rank GOLD. They're simply bronze wishing they were silver, let alone....GOLD!

Right about now the fans are not so secretly hoping for a scenario like last week when Heath Slater attacked Matt to the biggest pop of the night...but we don't believe we'll be that lucky again.

[Matt Sydal]
Tonight a "number one contender" may be crowned, but in the end....it doesn't even matter. Because they, just like Brock, are just filler. Wasted time, memories that no one will have once my hands are on The World Heavyweight Championship again. Once my touch, turns that championship into true GOLD. They can fight, they can do everything within their power to walk away the winner, to meet Brock Lesnar at Roulette...but ironically so, they're simply empty canisters in the gun, that contains only ONE....GOLDEN....BULLET! A Bullet, that once it's fired, will do what they will fail to do, what AJ Styles has failed to do every chance he's gotten...what Dean Ambrose failed to do at Emergence...what Roman Reigns failed to do last week...bring our so called "conqueror" to his END!

His clever "Russian Roulette" remark was not appreciated, instead it only brings on more and more boos. But he's clearly quite proud of himself, so he doesn't need their approval, nor want it.

[Matt Sydal]
Now last week I hosted my first Open Challenge, presenting a GOLDEN Opportunity in the form of a match....with yours truly. Where one lucky man would be gifted defeat at my hands, defeat that would give their lives meaning. Defeat that would make the entire world FINALLY know who they are. While my challenger was a tad overzealous, I gave his career the acclaim he had so desperately been fighting for. Don't just take my word for it, he was so grateful he wrote me a thank you letter! So may I present to you, the FIRST...of MANY to come, SUCCESS STORIES, BROUGHT TO YOU....BY THE GOLDEN TICKET THAT GIVES not only....HIMSELF....but EVERYONE....A FUTURE!

Just when we think he can't quite possibly be any more conceited...anymore obnoxious...we see a "letter" appear on the tron which he directs our eyes to.

The fans are in utter disbelief, are we really supposed to think this is legitimate? That Heath Slater's life was given meaning, his career recognized thanks to his embarrassing defeat?

[Corey Graves]
Doesn't that just bring a tear to your eye, Mauro?

[Mauro Ranallo]
Oh indeed, quite a ..."heart warming" letter...

[Corey Graves]
That is why this man is the end all be all of XWL, he's not only a taker...but a giver!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Well these fans are really giving him a piece of their mind right now.

[Corey Graves]
How can they boo a man that's made such a difference on the life of Heath Slater? I mean look at us, we're talking about him on National Television, when's the last time anyone did that? That's all thanks to Matt Sydal.

Despite the evident "pride" on his face as he looks at the letter of the life he made a "difference" in....the fans however, don't see things the way he does. In fact, a slight "That's not real!" chant starts to build traction, to which he quickly interjects before it gains momentum.

[Matt Sydal]
Are you people that stupid to not recognize a legitimate thank you letter when you see one? I know none of you have ever received one, because nobody thanks losers for being losers and losing....but you'd be surprised at what happens when you don't fail at everything you ever do...

Insult the crowd that already hates you, that's totally a good idea...and they're totally not going to boo even louder now...oh wait, they're doing that now.

[Matt Sydal]
This letter is proof, that I...am The Golden Gun of XWL. One shot with me, and your career is MADE! Heath may never make it to XWL again, because he sucks at wrestling, and nobody can take him seriously after the whole "Wendy's" thing. But thanks to me, and ME...alone...the world talked about him, his name trended on twitter, and he will forever be etched in the history books. For when they look back to see Matt Sydal's journey back to The World Heavyweight Championship, a reign that broke his own record ten times over and then some, they'll see all of the men he beat to prove he was the undeniable best. They'll see Heath Slater under the list of men that were graced by the golden defeat he delivered unto them, and say...was that the stupid looking idiot with the most annoying voice? And then their friend will be like, which one? BECAUSE while there are a lot of idiots that think they belong in this ring with me....that think they stand a chance, their stupidity is why they will be famous. Why their name will be remembered, why this opportunity is the best they'll ever have. They'll forever be known as a loser...but they'll be known, and to these sad pathetic excuses of "Superstars" that's all they've ever wanted, and I'm happy to give them that. So with that, said, what path-

He's cut off by the sound of a theme we swear we vaguely recognize...we've heard it before...and as the name "Mason Ryan" appears on the stage graphics...the fans, not because Mason was some huge fan favorite or anything, start to cheer simply for the fact that they will root for ANYONE against Sydal at this point. He steps through the curtain, almost more jacked than we remember, and you see a slight drop in Matt's jaw...he tries his best to not act a bit worried by the man that's accepted his challenge...but seeing a man stand on the stage, that's a hundred pounds heavier than he is...and taller at that...it's not exactly who he expected, it's not who any of us expected to see tonight.

Mason stands a few steps down the ramp, grinning as he looks at the much smaller man that foolishly issued an open challenge to ANYONE...outside the company. While we haven't seen Mason in quite some time, we remember how much of a dominant force he was, and it looks like his confidence has been built back up.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Unbelievable, do you know who that is Corey? That's Mason Ryan a former XWL Superstar...a man that went EIGHTEEN...and ZERO...decimating all who stood in that ring with him.

[Corey Graves]
I'll tell you what I know, that's the same man that in his nineteenth match, he finally got a chance at being more than just an undefeated streak, a chance to be United States Champion....and we know how that went.

[Mauro Ranallo]
It was everything he fought for since day one in XWL, and unfortunately he got a little overconfident, and that lead to his downfall. We haven't seen him in well over FOUR YEARS!

Standing in silence, Matt watches as Mason descends down the ramp, still with that same "Oh you better be careful what you ask for Matt" smile on his face. He runs up the steel steps, walking along the apron where he briefly stops. Staring DOWN...at the "Golden Ticket" it's clear that his size and strength advantage are going to be a huge factor in this match.

A referee enters the ring, keeping Matt Sydal back as Mason steps into the ring, and rubs his hands together as if he's about to feast on the little man before him.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Matt looks like he's seen a ghost...

[Corey Graves]
Of course he has, we all are right now. This man couldn't handle ONE loss, his entire undefeated streak for nothing. So he thinks he can waltz back in here after all this time and pick up where he LEFT....off?

[Mauro Ranallo]
We've seen men take time away from XWL and come back better than ever, perhaps Mason's worked on himself since then, maybe this is his reemergence.

[Corey Graves]
I won't deny his size is a huge problem for Matt to overcome, but he's the future for a reason. He beat Brock Lesnar, he can beat Mason Ryan.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Let's not forget he beat Brock because of a fixed match...but if he can beat Mason tonight, no tricks...then I'd say he'd make a strong case as to why he in fact SHOULD be Number One Contender.

Mason walks over the ropes, stands on them, staring into the camera with a giant smile on his face as he flexes his bicep, again very confident in himself.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Goodness his bicep is bigger than Matt's head!

[Corey Graves]
We get it, he's big, but size is only half the fight. Matt's extremely versed in all sorts of styles, I have all the confidence in the world that he'll more than handle Mason Ryan.

Matt tries to stand confident, but once Mason backs off the ropes, he walks over to Sydal, and snatches the mic out of his hand, garnering a loud pop for doing so.

[[Mason Ryan]]
It's time someone put you in your place, and I guess that's gonna have to be me.

Ryan throws the mic down, then begins to crack his knuckles as the referee kicks the mic out of the ring and signals for the bell.

Matt begins to circle around the ring, while Mason stays put, almost making Matt have to make the first move. Before anything even happens, the fans start a "Mason's gonna kill you" chant which riles The Golden One up to the point that he charges right at Mason, only to be smacked down to the canvas by just the weight of Mason's body! Mason laughs patting himself on the chest and shouting "Aw, he's like a fly" before reaching down and grabbing Matt by the throat, lifting him up into the air and tossing him hard into the corner! Fans loving every bit of this, he doesn't give Matt time to breathe he instead launches himself forward with shoulder thrusts driving Matt further into the corner, once...twice...three times until the referee forces the break.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Goodness gracious he's absolutely dominating!

[Corey Graves]
We get it you're one of Mason Ryan's only fans in the world, shut up already.

Utilizing the referee's slight distract Matt tries to catch Mason off guard with a leg to the shin, that doesn't phase him, so he does it again but still nothing, a third time, he slightly winces then shoves Matt so hard he again hits the canvas. Matt pops up pissed off, and gets dropped by a running lariat from Mason. He gets up again, Mason swings for another clothesline but Matt ducks it, learning from the last time. Sydal then springs off the ropes, looking to utilize his high flying offense to counter the powerhouse...but Mason CATCHES HIM IN MID AIR! He starts to rotate him and run for a powerslam...but Matt slips off his shoulder and he shoves him into the ring post! Mason grabs at his massive shoulder and that's the opening Matt needed! Sydal grabs Mason's arm then begins repeatedly kicking it, it doesn't seem to be doing much so with a risk in mind, he springs off the ropes, still holding Mason's arm then uses the mid-air momentum to apply a head scissor's around the shoulder, and TAKE HIM DOWN THE MAT WITH A CROSS ARM BREAKER!

[Corey Graves]
Look at that!

[Mauro Ranallo]
That's one way to take the big man down!

The referee jumps into action asking Mason if he wants to give him as Matt is jerking on his arm doing everything in his power to almost rip the shoulder out of it's socket but still the Welsh born Superstar refuses to give up. "GIVE UP! I'LL RIP IT OFF! I'LL RI-" but mid trash talk, suddenly Mason begins to lift himself, and Sydal off the canvas, the hold still locked in...and now Matt's helplessly stuck in the air as he does his best to keep the hold wrenched in. Mason let's out a loud scream then drops Matt HARD into the canvas, breaking the hold, and maybe even breaking Sydal's back with the impact his back made into the mat. He grabs at his shoulder, it's clear some damage was done but that may not matter because he starts to cover Matt for a pin.

1......

2............

Matt kicks out much to the dismay of the fans, and Mason.

But he's not going to throw his hands up and say "oh well" at the fact he didn't pin him there, he's ready this to end, because he knows a win here could make XWL see he's changed, that he's worth a second chance...so he grab Matt by his hair, yanking him off the mat, then hooks Matt's shoulders from behind him, he frantically screams trying to struggle out, but it's reminiscent of a Master Lock. Matt does kicks behind him trying to do any sort of damage, but it's no use...he's lifted HIGH into the air, THEN SLAMMED DOWN WITH SUCH FORCE THAT HE STOPS MOVING!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Dear goodness what a sicking slam! That's a move that earned Mason that incredible undefeated streak.

[Corey Graves]
Do you realize how much of a Mason Ryan fan you've outed yourself to be tonight by knowing things NOBODY else in the world remembers?

Fans firmly behind him, he goes for the pin

1........

2...............

T-NO! MATT SOMEHOW GETS HIS SHOULDER UP AND MASON, NOR THESE FANS CAN BELIEVE IT!

Mason's face tells it all, he's beyond frustrated now, the referee tries to tell him it was two, but he can't believe that. How could that move not be the end? DID THE REF NOT SEE HOW HIGH HE DROPPED HIM?

[Corey Graves]
That is why Matt Sydal is so damn good, you think he's done? He's just getting started.

[Mauro Ranallo]
I have to admit I thought for sure that was it, but you are indeed correct Corey. Matt Sydal is one of a kind, and that's proof right there.

Anger on his face, Mason once again yanks Matt off the mat, then hooks him for it again! However in his frustration he goes about this too quickly, not securing Matt enough, which allows Sydal to shift his weight countering with an inside cradle!

1....

T- NO! Mason powers  free, Matt rolls to his feet then as Mason was about to stand he catches him with a SICKENING knee to the jaw! It's not enough to drop Ryan but it dazes him long enough for Sydal to then back himself into the corner, jumping onto the second rope and diving off with...a CURB STOMP that drives Mason's skull into the canvas! Quickly he covers Mason as the fans try to root Mason on, even though their hope is now dwindling.

1.........

2...........

MASON KICKS OUT! It is now Matt that's frustrated, arguing with the official, who stresses to him it was only two. It's then and there, that a slight grin comes across Matt's face...confusing all of us as to why...but then we soon learn why, when he stumbles into the corner, and begins....to tune up the band?

[Mauro Ranallo]
I don't believe this, talk about adding insult to injury....

[Corey Graves]
I LOVE IT! Beat the guy with the move from the man that brought about his downfall four years ago, and ended the streak.

His foot slowly stomps the mat, once....twice, three times...four...stalking Mason who begins to stir, unaware of the cruel joke fate is about to play on him. Staggering to his feet, he turns...Matt rushes....SWEET CHIN MU- Mason catches Matt's foot stopping the kick in it's tracks! Then he lifts him up by his leg grabbing his arm into a Military Press that drives the fans nuts! Power on display he looks to drop Matt, but his shoulder gives out! Matt slips off...SUPER KICK TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD! Mason starts to fall forward, and a slick Sydal hooks him quickly....USING THE FORCE OF THE KICK TO AID HIM IN DRIVING HIM INTO THE MAT WITH THE HERE IT IS DRIVER!

1.....

2.......

3!!!!!!!!!!!!

[Corey Graves]
As Gold as my witness, that man will be World Heavyweight Champion again very soon!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Incredible quick thinking, Matt Sydal faces a completely opposite type of challenger this week and he still emerges victorious!

Fans boo, upset at the outcome, upset that they let themselves believe Mason would whip this twerp's ass. Matt orders the referee to raise his hand, and he does so with Matt yelling in his ear "I'M THE WINNER! ME! I'M THE GREATEST SUPERSTAR IN THIS COMPANY TODAY, YESTERDAY, LAST YEAR, TWO YEARS, THREE YEARS, FOUR YEARS, EVER!! DO YOU HEAR ME AJ STYLE? DO YOU HEAR ME DEAN AMBROSE? DO YOU HEAR ME PAUL HEYMAN? DOES YOUR BITCH HEAR ME TOO?! I'M THE NEXT WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, AND THERE'S NOTHING ANYONE, ESPECIALLY THIS LOSER AT MY FEET....CAN DO ABOUT IT!

Mason's shown grabbing at the back of his head, and as Matt jerks his arm away from the official, shouting "Get your grubby mitts off your Golden King!" he shows no respect at all towards the man that put up a hell of a fight with him by stepping over his fallen opponent and motioning around his waist that he's coming for The World Heavyweight Championship. "It's only a matter of time. I'LL BEAT EVERYONE IN THE WORLD IF I HAVE TO, BECAUSE UNLIKE EVERY LOSER BACK THERE THAT HAS FALLEN BEFORE ME? I CAN EASILY DO THAT! Heath, Mason, BRING ON THE COMPETITION, I'LL KNOCK 'EM DOWN, EVERY....SINGLE...TIME...BECAUSE I AM THE GOLDEN TICKET OF ALL...OF YOUR FUTURES, AND THE FUTURE IS PRESENT!" After that as always bold statement, we fade away from the sight off Matt's arrogant celebration, and to a commercial break.

The crowd cheers as Seth Rollins emerges victorious over The Miz. The ref tends to The Miz and helps him out the ring while Seth Rollins retrieves a microphone

(Seth Rollins)
That was a good match Miz. I thought you had me there for a moment. But once again I proved to all you people that NO one is gonna take my place in line. I could bore you to tears for about twenty minutes like the person before me but I like to let my actions speak. I could come out here and WHINE like AJ and moan until I get a title shot but I'm patient. Because I know all I have to do is wait and bide my time.

Seth begins to walk up the ramp

(Seth Rollins)

After Roulette I'm gonna blow the doors off of this place. I'm gonna do things like you've never ever seen before. And I'm going to become World Heavyweight Champion. But everyone TALKS about what they're going to do. I can't wait to SHOW what I can do

Seth lays the microphone on the ground as he retreats to the back

(Corey Graves)
Man that new song of hers kind of creeps me out

(Mauro Ranallo)

Be that as it may, she just pinned Brie Bella! Who, pinned Mia, the Women's Champ LAST week! The momentum is in April's favor no d-

Mauro is cut off as the lights completely black out. A single light shoots out in the sea of darkness. A lantern. And it is held by Sister April.

{Sister April}

I make all foes bow before my darkness. Because unlike that failure Bray Wyatt I deliver on what I say. And what I say is that Mia's time...is running out. For, if she couldn't even get past Brie Bella...She thinks she can harm me. Last week I declared myself number one contender. And I dared anyone to try and stop me. No one tried. And it's because they are SCARED. I SCARE these women. I scare the men in this building. Fear over runs everything here people and my spread of fear is only beginning

{Sister April}
And as my fear spreads...My followers increase. Show yourselfs! People who believe in my ways! LIGHT UP YOUR SIGNALS!

Slowly but surely lights start to illuminate in the crowd. Less than half the crowd hold up lighters and wave them back in forth. Not much of April can be seen, but the lantern illuminates the evil grin on her face

{Sister April}
What a beautiful sight. Imagine what the sight will look like when I'm holding the title HIGH above my head? When I win and everyone is forced to live in MY Reign. To live in MY nightmare. To live in MY DARKNESS! It will be!-

"If you like darkness so much...Why don't you come live in it with ME"

The sentence comes out as a whisper. Sister April's face goes blank, but her eyes tell all the story. Slowly, her head turns gently to the left. She raises her lantern up agonizingly slow. As the light ascends and April's head turns...she's greeted with a most scary sight. Mia, directly in her face. Before April can do anything hands wrap around her mouth and pull her back, making her drop the lantern. The two are pulled into the sea of dark. Seconds later a shriek of agony is heard, followed by bellowing laugh.

(Corey Graves)

SOMEONE GET THE LIGHTS ON!

The lights finally return after a few more seconds of screaming is heard. However, though the lights are on...both women are missing. The crowd and camera looks for any sights of the women but...it's all empty...

XWL fades to it's next segment.

(Corey Graves)
Oh my god...CM Punk, the Elite Champion, just pinned the Intercontinental Champ Kruger!

(Mauro Ranallo)
I'm not one to usually doubt Punk, but not many have been able to say that got the win over Leo Kruger, or and IC champ at that.

The ref brings in both the championships, handing them to there respective owners. Kruger makes it to his feet, clutching his Intercontinental Championship to his chest as Punk holds his up high in the air for the crowd to see. And boo. Once Punk turns around he comes face to face with Kruger

(Corey Graves)
This isn't gonna end good. Kruger isn't a good loser. Just ask Wyatt

The two men glare each other down, but neither makes a move. Leo Kruger lightly bumps the Elite Championship with his fist and nods at Punk before rolling out of the ring

(Mauro Ranallo)
Was that Leo Kruger...showing...respect?

As Kruger is making his way up the ramp you see CM Punk do the same nod Kruger gave him until Kruger disappears in the back. CM Punk rolls out of the ring and grabs a microphone

(Mauro Ranallo)
Great...he's gonna talk

(Corey Graves)
Show some respect to the champ!

]CM Punk]
Maybe NOW!...I'll get a little respect around here! Week after week after week after week I have to sit in whatever hell whole of a city we're in and listen in the locker room as people try to make me out to be a joke. Make this title out to be a joke! But I think I just proved that I am far from a JOKE! Leo Kruger, a man beast that has tore through the XWL locker rooms and decimated the "Face of Fear"...I just pinned him. I just pinned the Intercontinental Champion and that is no small feat! Now, tell me you aren't impressed people?!

The crowd boos, giving Punk the answer he asked for. Punk laughs while face palming

]CM Punk]
You can try to deny the truth. You can try to not see what I do but you'll never escape it. Paul Heyman will come out here and throw my name in the dirt while trying to raise his "Beast" name...but unlike Brock I don't LOSE. I haven't lost in about two to three months actually. I'm on a roll that people wish they could be on. But they can't. And do you know why? Because no one else is Straight Edge like me...and well I mean, I'm the best in the World. I have beaten Styles, who mind you, will be fight Dean to fight for the World Heavyweight Championship! I have beaten Zayn, Cactus Jack, Nakamura! Who is next?

Punk exits the ring and begins to walk to the back

]CM Punk]

I'll fight Lesnar! Lets make it two champs for one! I hear Harper, Bryan, and Cesaro calling my name. They want my title. All you boys have to do is come get it. Come get it and take the embarrassing loss that is coming your way when you step into the ring with The Best in the World. C'mon Layla, keep them coming!

Punk tosses the mic and bows, much to the crowds irritation. The boos and chants follow him all the way to the back. But knowing Punk? He doesn't care

We come back from a break as we see Randy Orton pacing back in forth in his dressing room clutching his head with both hands, he's muttering to himself. "DON'T FORGET WHAT THEY DID TO YOU RANDY, EYE FOR AN EYE, NEVER FORGIVE RANDY, NEVER FORGET" Orton suddenly stops as he sees the camera man enter the room. Orton slaps the camera out of his hands and shoves him out of the door, Orton picks the camera up and sets it on the lockers and sits down.

Orton
I have some things I need to get off my chest.

He says clutching his head and shaking slightly in anger

Orton
Last week...

Orton stops and gets up angrily and paces around, he sits down fast in front of the camera again.

Orton
Last week Matt Striker had the nerve to ask for a match against me....I accepted, he then FAKED an injury and had his little boy toy Eric Young attack me from behind and you know what? I understand why they did it. Hell I've done the same exact things but... their problem... Their problem is that they didn't finish the job! They didn't finish the job at Emergence they didn't finish the job two weeks ago. The problem for them now is, when I set my eyes on something I FINISH it.

Orton rubs his jaw and chuckles a bit.

Orton
Sorry, was thinking about something you said to me two weeks ago... you said everyone knows the name Eric Young... how he always gets passed over... Maybe the reason I've been World Champion and he hasn't is because he's just not THAT GOOD. Maybe the reason he gets passed over is because he can hardly beat "The Golden Turd" Matt Sydal. The only reason so many people know his name is because all the little boys and girls ask their mommys and daddys "who is that man getting beat up?"

Orton begins to smile a sinister smile

Orton
Speaking of Eric young, it's a real shame what happened to Eric... It's almost like someone beat him to a pulp then punted him in the head... I hope you guys can find the culprit... It's a shame we have monsters like that out there....On the loose.

Orton stands up and picks the camera up to face level

Orton
Striker, Young. Just remember.... an EYE for an EYE!

Orton hurls the camera at the wall and we see his feet leave the room through a severely cracked lens.

We cut to a Randy Orton promo video before going to break

PostSubject: Re: XWL Anarchy: 9/19/2016 - 9/26/2016   Mon Sep 26, 2016 3:54 pm

Anarchy returns from a commercial break and upon the show's return, we are taken inside what appears to be a locker room. The camera continues to pan across the room until it comes across a man sitting on a chair and strapping his gloves on, the man is none other then the "Phenomenal One" himself, AJ Styles. The man who will attempt to burn the Ambrose Asylum to the ground tonight when he goes one on one with the Lunatic Fringe. But AJ knows, this match isn't just about personal vendettas, there's a whole lot more at stake tonight, the #1 contendership to Brock Lesnar's World Championship is on the line.

For, AJ, this is the difference between his family eating hungry man tv dinners at night, or eating the steak dinners that he believes they deserve. This is the difference between his family driving around in a 10 year old car, or a brand spanking new one. Say what you will about AJ Styles, but there's no questioning this man's love for his family. He wants to give them the best life possible, and tonight, he could take one step closer to doing just that, but he's gonna have to get past the former 3 time lunatic World Champion Dean Ambrose to make his dreams for his family become reality. As the camera zooms in on AJ, you can tell that all of these things and more are going through his head as he prepares for his match later tonight, but then all of a sudden..........

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*

A knock can be heard at the door, startling AJ who was clearly in very deep thought at the moment the knocks occurred....

(Female Voice)
Excuse me Mr. Styles, may we have a moment of your time to ask you a few questions?

(AJ Styles)
Yeah, c'mon in...

AJ gets up from his chair as XWL interviewer Renee Young and a cameraman make their way into AJ's locker room. The cameraman takes his position and Renee stands front and center ready to host this interview segment.

(Renee Young)
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time, the "Phenomenal One" AJ Styles!!!

(Renee Young)
AJ, later tonight you clash with a man you've had a TON of problems with as of late, the Lunatic Fringe Dean Ambrose. What is your............................................

AHEM.

Renee Young was interrupted by someone off camera who both Renee and Styles turned their heads to towards the direction where the voice came from. While Renee's look stayed about the same, it was Styles who's expression told it all. It was a look of disgust, and could you blame the man? Because it was Paul Heyman who joined the two of them with the World Heavyweight Champion himself, Brock Lesnar, who wore some bruises from his war with Roman Reigns last week on Anarchy, just a step behind the man.

[PAUL HEYMAN]
If you don't mind, Renee, but I think it might be best if I were to ask the questions around here.

And Heyman reached out to take Renee's microphone away from her before she scurried off, leaving the three men, who held quite a bit of history, to stand there on their own. Once again clearing his throat, Paul Heyman then brought the microphone up so that he could clearly speak into the device.

[PAUL HEYMAN]
You want to fight us right now, don't you? I can see it in your eyes. I can see it in those baby blues a bit of rage, am I wrong? But before you make any decisions that you might soon regret, I want you to remember that you have a contenders match tonight and you saw what Brock Lesnar was capable of in his match with Roman Reigns. Is it really in your best interest to start a fight before the fight that actually matters? The fight that determines if you get a shot at this...

His free hand rose and index finger extended to point at the championship that Lesnar held.

[PAUL HEYMAN]
... XWL Heavyweight Championship of the World.

Then attention turned back to the Phenomenal One.

[PAUL HEYMAN]
What makes you think beating Dean Ambrose is even worth it, AJ? Two times now, two times have you stepped up to face the Beast Incarnate in one on one action and two times have you fallen. I want you to ask yourself this; is it worth it? Because you've got that wife and kids to feed, don't you? You're like Heath Slater, except only more Phenomenal of course. You need that champions purse, so why not just go after a championship that you know you could have a shot at winning like the Intercontinental Championship perhaps? Because beating Leo Kruger is a far more realistic goal than beating Brock Lesnar.

(AJ Styles)
You just might be right Paul, beating Kruger and taking his Intercontinental Championship probably is a far more realistic goal, especially considering the fact that I've beaten him one on one before. But I didn't get to where I am today as a competitor or as a man by taking shortcuts. And plus, that IC Title paycheck is not what I or my family deserve, we deserve nothing but the best most expensive contract XWL has to offer, the contract that comes with being World Heavyweight Champion.

(AJ Styles)
Ya see Paul, beating your client is damn near impossible, but that's the thing, IT'S NOT IMPOSSIBLE. So tonight, I'm gonna burn that lunatic and his asylum to the ground, and after that, I'm coming for you and that title Lesnar. And trust me when I say this, that title is coming home to P1 Palace when all is said and done.

(AJ Styles)
I may have to do things I've never done before, dig deeper then I ever have before, and I may have to find a way to get more creative in the ring then I ever have before, but none of that will stop me, it'll only make me stronger, and come Roulette, I'll put on the BEST FREAKIN MATCH OF MY LIFE, and when all is said and done, my hand will be raised, that title will be draped over my shoulder, and the fireworks will erupt, confetti will fall, and you and your client will hobble up the ramp wondering where it where it all went wrong, wondering how the invincible beast was slayed by the "Phenomenal One".....

And what was Heyman and his client's response to everything that the Phenomenal One said? Laughter.

[PAUL HEYMAN]
You've been saying that for the last four, maybe five, months now. You've been saying how you will do this and you will do that and you will beat Brock Lesnar, yet how is that working out for you? Everytime you have tried to slay my Beast, AJ, you've failed. You've failed every time because you don't know how to adapt. The first time, you lost. The second time, after choosing not to adapt, you lost again. And now, from the looks of it, you are choosing to go into battle with the same plan once again and I can assure you this; it will not work yet again. And it boggles my mind because I've watched you become one of the Best in the World and I thought you were better than that, but I guess I was wrong.

Then Heyman's hand was lifted to throw up the 'too sweet' of the Bullet Club.

[PAUL HEYMAN]
Maybe it's about you give Karl Anderson and the rest of your 'too sweet' buddies back in New Japan Pro Wrestling a call since that just might be the only way you could beat Brock Lesnar; by calling in an army to stop a freak of nature. But even then, there is no guarantee that even bringing in all of them would help because the only thing that is guaranteed when stepping in the ring with Brock Lesnar is that there is no guarantees. And theoretically speaking, let's say you did beat Brock Lesnar. You do realize that beating him once doesn't matter because, due to rematch clauses, you will have to beat him twice. Brock Lesnar might only have to beat you one more time and that's it, you're done. You, AJ Styles, won't have another shot. But my client, your World Heavyweight Champion, has to be beaten twice and I ask you, AJ Styles, do you truly think you are capable of beating this man twice when he's already beaten you two times himself? Technically three if you want to count the Fatal Four Way match where Brock Lesnar won that championship?

(AJ Styles)
Let me explain something to you Paul, everywhere I've gone in my career, I've succeeded, you may be many things Heyman, but you're not stupid, you know I'm being 100% factual with that statement. You're also smart enough to know that I've won more championship gold throughout my career then your client could ever dream of winning, but the one place, the one place I haven't won the big one yet, is here...

(AJ Styles)
So to answer your question of "do I think I can beat Brock Lesnar even once?", I'm not sure...For the 1st time in my career, I'm actually questioning myself, because your client is no opponent, he's a machine, a freak of nature, But it's not a matter of whether or not I THINK I can beat Brock Lesnar, I HAVE TO BEAT BROCK LESNAR!!!!!!! It's not a matter of how I do it, or when I do it, I HAVE to beat Brock Lesnar to prove to myself that I'm still the best damn wrestler on this planet.

(AJ Styles)
A couple of months ago, I was in a similar situation going into my match with the World Champion at the time, Roman Reigns. I was backed into a corner coming off of my loss to your client at Downpour, I was stressing about whether or not I'd get a phone call from XWL management telling me that I'd been released. Do you know what that's like Paul? Do you know what it's like for a family man, a provider who provides for his family to wonder whether or not he'll be able to put a meal on the table for his wife and kids??? I was running out of time and running out of options, so what did I do? I raised the stakes, I went all in, I went out there and bet on myself, I went out there with EVERYTHING TO LOSE THAT NIGHT PAUL, AND I WON................

(AJ Styles)
This is no different, tonight is a MUST WIN situation against Ambrose, and I'm gonna do WHATEVER THE HELL IT TAKES TO EMERGE VICTORIOUS...And then, in one months time at Roulette, it's gonna be me and you for that World Title Brock. But in reality, me and you both know it's gonna be about much more then that, money to give our families the lives they deserve will be at stake, the spot as the undisputed top guy in this company will be on the line, but most importantly, our pride as men will be on the line out there...

(AJ Styles)
And trust me when I say this, I'm gonna take GREAT PRIDE in kicking Dean Ambrose' ass tonight in the main event, and then at Roulette, I'm gonna walk into that arena in front of thousands of people, and millions watching around the globe, and I'm gonna go to war with you ONE MORE TIME, and it may very well go the same way as our first two matches have gone, with the Beast Incarnate's hand raised in victory, but just know one thing before you to go into battle with me on that night Lesnar......

AJ gets right up into the World Champion's face...

(AJ Styles)
To beat me, you're gonna have to KILL me...........

The room instantly goes silent after AJ's deafening declaration, you could literally hear a pin drop in that locker room after those words. AJ and Brock share an intense staredown before Anarchy cuts to another segment.

.:Corey Graves:.
Well, let's get right back into the action here

The lights in the arena go off, and a few seconds pass. A light up jacket appears at the top of the ramp.

.:Mauro Ranallo:.
The match we have up next is Chris Jericho vs A Broken Matt Hardy!

As Jericho is half way down the map. Broken Matt, and Rebecca step out from behind the curtain.

.:Corey Graves:.
Looks like Broken Matt doesn't wanna waste anytime and get right into this fight.

Broken Matt titantron flashes across the screen as he begins walking down the ramp with Rebcca close behind.

Matt begins to pick up speed as draws closer to Jericho.

.:Mauro Ranallo:.
Jericho look out behind you!

Finally Broken Matt grabs Jericho, and throws him against the barricade. The crowd starts to boo as Broken Matt throws his arms out wide laughing really weird to himself. Jericho moves slightly showing he isn't out just yet. Broken Matt looks down upon Jericho as he goes to a kneel. Quickly Broken Matt grabs Jericho by the hair, and pulls him in biting his forehead.

.:Mauro Ranallo:.
WHAT IS BROKEN MATT DOING?

.:Corey Graves:.
Look at him biting the face of Chris Jericho!

Jericho yells in pain as the ref gets out of the ring to separate Broken Matt and Jericho. Broken Matt after a couple of moment releases his teeth from Jericho's skull, and Broken Matt stands to his feet, face covered in blood, throwing his arms out wide taking in the energy that the seven deities are providing him with.

.:Maruo Ranallo:.
Look at Broken Matt he is proud at what he has done.

.:Corey Graves:.
I mean who wouldn't be Mauro? Broken Matt just beat down Chris Jericho just because he could.

Broken Matt gets into the ring and starts watching the ref wipe the blood off of Jericho's face. The ref begins asking Jericho if he feel if he can still wrestle Jericho nods. Jericho gets up to his feet, and begins walking to the ring. Broken Matt watches on and laughs to see the attempt of Jericho trying to be the tough guy. Jericho rolls into the ring, and uses the ropes to pull himself up to his feet. The ref wipes the blood again off of Jericho's and check on him on finale time before the bell rings.

DING

DING

Normal Match

Without removing his jacket Broken Matt walks towards Chris Jericho. Immediately Jericho delivers a kick to the gut on Broken Matt. After the kick to the gut Broken Matt clinches his gut as Jericho begins firing punches left and right forcing Broken Matt to retreat to the ropes putting his torso between the top rope and middle rope so Jericho is forced to back away. Matt laughs at Jericho as the ref backs him up. Matt reenters the ring, and rushes Jericho tackling him down to the matt and begins punching the same spot where he bit him previously. Broken Matt stops punching and grabs his head bites that same spot again.. The ref starts counting to release the bite as Jericho yells in pain...

1....

2....

3...

4....

Broken Matt releases the bite to stand up, and he begins stomping away at Jericho's head causing only more blood to pour from Jericho's open wound.. Broken Matt stops and begins yelling.

.:A Broken Matt Hardy:.
DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEETTTTTTEEEEEEEEEE!

Matt turns in a full out sprint runs towards the ropes bounces off them and hits Chris Jericho with a leg drop. Matt quickly gets to his feet. Broken Matt goes to pick up Jericho to his feet. As Jericho gets to his feet he immediately jumps up and hits a enziguri head kick knocking Broken Matt to the canvas. Jericho crawls his way to the closest set of ropes to help himself up to his feet and catch his breath.

.:Mauro Ranallo:.
That is the expert skill of Chris Jericho. Just when you think he is down and out his pure instinct kicks in and finds a way to fire right back at you. Maybe Broken Matt has bitten a little more off than what he can do chew.

.:Corey Graves:.
Really Mauro? A cannibal joke after we just saw Broken Matt literally bit the face of Jericho. You disgust me...

Jericho finally up to his feet begins to walk over Broken Matt who still lies there motionless on the ground. He begins to lift Broken Matt to his feet. It appears Broken Matt may have been playing possum as we see Broken Matt throw a powerful punch at the gut of Chris Jericho. Standing now Broken Matt places a nice kick to the gut of Jericho. Jericho clinches his stomach, and Broken Matt grabs Jericho's neck pulls him in a delivers a Twist of Fate..

.:Corey Graves:.
It's the Broken Fate! It's all over...

Broken Matt goes for the pin

1........

2...................

3!!!!!!!!!!

Broken Matt rolls out of the ring, and takes the mic from the ring announcer.

.:A Broken Matt Hardy:.
Chris Jericho you stood in my way to the top of XWL, and for that YOU HAVE BEEN DELETED!

Broken Matt drops the mic. Himself and Rebecca walk up the ramp, and to the back as we got to commercial.

15 minutes into the match.........................

AJ Styles and Ambrose have gone tit for tat in this match so far, neither man managed to gain a real advantage during this match, but now AJ Styles has managed to get an advantage on Ambrose, he has the Lunatic Fringe locked in a headlock and is aiming to suck the air and fight out of Dean Ambrose. But now, the fans begin to rally behind their lunatic, clapping there hands intensely and repeatedly in an effort to give Dean the support he needs to try and break this headlock.

Ambrose begins to feel the energy of his asylum inmates pumping through his veins, Ambrose manages to get back up to one knee and eventually is back to a full vertical base with AJ Styles' hold now turning into a Sleeper Hold, it's quickly broken when Ambrose drops AJ's jaw right down onto his shoulder with a Stunner, not of the Stone Cold variety, but still effective nonetheless. AJ is sent reeling and Ambrose now has the space to mount some offense on the Phenomenal One.

Ambrose charges at Styles and hits a clothesline, Styles immediately gets up and turns around before getting hit with a 2nd clothesline, Styles quickly gets up yet again only to be dropped with a spinning neckbreaker. Styles rolls his way over to the corner as quickly as possible and now Ambrose has Styles right where he wants him, Ambrose charges at AJ in the corner and hits a Stinger-Esque splash on AJ, he attempts to follow it up with his signature running bulldog out of the corner, but as Ambrose charges out of the corner with Styles head in tow, Styles counters the move in mid run by lifting Ambrose from behind and hitting a Blue Thunder Bomb. Styles covers Ambrose but is only able to get a 2 count.

AJ is gassed, he's just been hit with a flurry of moves from Ambrose and that amazing counter he just dropped Dean with just took all the energy out of him, ideally, he needs a few minutes recouparate, but there's simply no time, there is no ideal scenario in this match, this is the main event of XWL Anarchy and a WORLD TITLE SHOT IS ON THE LINE!!!

AJ quickly realizes that he must dig deep, possibly deeper then he ever has before to defeat this lunatic, he must get back on the offensive now, there's no time to waste. Styles grabs Ambrose off of the mat and hooks his arm, it looks as though AJ's looking for a Bloody Sunday, AJ lifts Ambrose into the air, looking to drive his skull into the mat with full force and impact, but Dean's knee unleashes a barrage of strikes down upon AJ's head while in mid air forcing AJ to release Ambrose, Ambrose drops to the mat from the air, but with a much better landing then he would've had, had AJ hit that Bloody Sunday, Dean charges at AJ and clotheslines him out of the ring, sending himself tumbling over the ropes in the process.

Ambrose uses the announce table to aid him in getting back to his feet, but then, a lightbulb goes off in the lunatic's head, he looks out to the fans and beings to unleash that crazy smile before beating his chest a few times and ripping off the top of the announce table. Ambrose grabs AJ and drags him up onto the announce table, he lifts him to his knees and attempts Dirty Deeds, but AJ counters by spinning around and dropping him with a Step up Enzuigiri that sends Dean rolling off the announcers table and down onto the ringside floor. Styles gets off the announce table and extends his arms, signalling that it's time for the Clash.

Styles grabs Ambrose for the Styles Clash as the ref hits the count of 8, neither man willing to back down at this point. AJ picks up Ambrose, but doesn't make it as Dean drops back down to his feet, flipping Styles over right onto the announcer's table. The ref throws up the hand for the next number, Ambrose collapsing to the ground.

9!

Dean crawls for the ring as AJ goes to get off the table, but neither are quick enough as the hands are thrown to the air once more.

10!

The bell sounds off, the announcer coming over the speakers.

[Lilian Garcia]
Due to neither competitor being able to reach the ring before the count of ten, this match is hereby considered, a draw!

The arena showers the announcement with boos, Ambrose and Styles still not to their feet as the ref backs his way into the middle of the ring.

The arena pops as out comes the General Manager of Anarchy, Layla. Wearing a lovely attire, the former Women's Champion holds a mic in hand, waving her free hand to hush the crowd.

[Layla El]
I promised myself that when I took this position of authority, I wouldn't get involved in the affairs of wrestlers. I'd simply set the pieces up and let the actions take their course. However, I never expected just an anticipated match-up to end in such a manner. I also promised myself I'd always do what was best for the fans. So, this match will be restarted, at once!

With that, Layla lowers her mic to a thunderous ovation as Dean and AJ stand on the outside of the ring still. They share a look, then both roll into the ring, the bell ringing. As soon as they hit their feet, Dean lashes out with a kick to the gut, going to hook the arms. AJ works his way out of the underhook, returning the kick and setting Dean up for the Styles clash. Once more, Dean flips AJ over, this time AJ lands, rolling through and planting his feet on the ground. He jumps backwards, connecting with a Pale Kick. Dean falls back, catching the middle rope and bouncing off of it, hitting AJ with a rebound lariat. Then both collapse.

[MAURO RANALLO]
Oh my goodness! The action continues with a thunderous ovation to get that combination of excitement!

[COREY GRAVES]
That was insane. They were moving so fast that I could barely keep up.

The duo both stir, each moving to the other, using each other as support. They begin to stand, trading blows. The blows are slow, but impactful, the crowd behind each and every shot. Before long, they are standing, trading shots. Back and forth, the crowd cheering or booing with each hit, the duo slugging it out. AJ lets off with a huge right hook, Dean staggering back. Once more, Styles swings for the fences, staggering Dean again. Styles goes for it once more, but before he can connect, Ambrose kicks him in the gut, hooks the arms and plants him with a Dirty Deeds!

[COREY GRAVES]
Dirty Deeds from Ambrose! This could do it!

[MAURO RANALLO]
Ambrose fell onto Styles! He's got the cover!

1!

2!

3!

[COREY GRAVES]
How did he just kick out!?

[MAURO RANALLO]
I don't know who is in more shock, Dean, or the crowd!

The crowd erupts as AJ's shoulder flys off the mat, everyone in shock of what just happened. Dean can't belive it, his eyes glued to Styles who isn't moving, now on his stomach. Ambrose then slowly stands, taking his fingers and making a gun shape with his hand, shooting Styles with it. He snatches Styles off the ground and pulls him into a double underhook and then looks around the arena, almost as if looking for approval.

All attention in the arena is brought to the stage as a GLORIOUS theme song begins to play throughout the arena for some unknown reason. And once the theme's opening piano exits and the song kicks in, out from behind the curtain emerges none other than Bobby Roode who clapped his hands together in slow fashion.

[MAURO RANALLO]
Dean Ambrose looked as if he was about to secure the win and then... Bobby Roode!? What's he doing out here!?

[COREY GRAVES]
For all we know, this could be another one of Styles' tricks. We saw what he did last week with the neck brace.

But the suit clad male didn't go any further than the top of the stage. It was dangerous waters down there with a guy like Dean Ambrose in that ring, and while he wasn't afraid of a shark, especially one by the name of Dean Ambrose, it wasn't apart of this plan he had to go any further. The Lunatic Fringe had let go of Styles and tossed him to the side and that right there was the first mistake a wrestler could make; his eyes taken off the opponent and instead they were focused on an outsider who had nothing to do with the match going on.

[MAURO RANALLO]
Another trick up Styles' sleeve or not, it might have just saved AJ from eating a dirty deeds.

The Lunatic curled his fingers in a 'bring it on' kind of motion that was directed by the Glorious One who stood atop the stage still, still not moved from where he was. The only difference was that his clapping stand and his hands fell together to his front as Bobby Roode simply looked on.

[COREY GRAVES]
Ambrose needs to get his he- wait... What's Styles doing!?

Then Dean Ambrose was suddenly dropped as Styles came off the ropes and brought the Lunatic down with his signature Phenomenal Forearm to the back of the man's head. Not going for the pin just yet, Styles wanted to make sure Dean would be out for that count. Pulling him up by his head, Styles then proceeded to get Dean in position for him to hit the Styles Clash! One leg hooked over an arm and then another, Dean Ambrose was then dropped face first onto the mat as it was quickly rolled into a pin.

1 !!!

2 !!!

3 !!!

AJ rolls out of the cover and rises to his feet as his theme begins to blast throughout the arena, he's done it, he's got his shot against Brock Lesnar for the World Title at Roulette. Ambrose was SCREWED by the appearance of Bobby Roode, but none of that matters to AJ Styles as the ref raises his hand in victory. Anarchy begins to go off the air with the logos appearing at the bottom of the screen and the last shot we get before the screen goes black, is AJ Styles putting his hands together and showing off the P1 logo on his gloves.
