XWL Anarchy: 5/9/2016 - 5/16/2016

As Anarchy comes on to air, a video begins playing and it’s instantly recognizable as the video that played last week hyping Daniel Bryan’s return….



As the video ends, a image shows up on screen, looking like a sort of propaganda art.



Immediately after the image fades, a word in bold red letters comes on the screen….

NOW!



Music starts to play and the fans are on the edge of their seats until a video plays on the titantron signaling the arrival of the returning Daniel Bryan, and when the fans see Bryan walk out on stage, a explosion of Yes! chants fill the arena…

{Michael Cole}
Daniel Bryan is really here! I never thought he would return to XWL! What a start to Anarchy!

{JBL}
I don't know if he should have even of come back Cole. He should have stayed in what ever hole he came out of!

{Jerry Lawler}
That's the real question though John, why did he come back?




{JBL}
Who cares why he's back King? He brings nothing to the table for XWL.

{Michael Cole}
Obviously these people care John. They're going crazy!

As Daniel makes his way to the ring, he stops at the end of the ramp to absorb the energy that this packed audience is giving him.



{Jerry Lawler}
Regardless of why he's back, I'm excited! This whole arena is on fire right now!

He continues to the ring, where he climbs up on the top rope and does his trademark Yes! chant.



He drops off the top rope and signals for a microphone. The crowd is going nuts and won’t even let Daniel start to talk. He stands there for a moment so the crowd can relax before starting to speak….



{Daniel Bryan}
Are you happy to see me?

The crowd goes crazy with Yes! chants and Daniel just laughs in the ring while they continue chanting Yes! Yes! Yes! As they finally calm down, Daniel speaks again…

{Daniel Bryan}
Well I’m glad to be back. But, just to set the record straight, I didn’t come back for your adoration. I love it and I’ve missed it. But that is not why I’m here. I’ll get to why I returned to XWL in just a moment though. You’ve all probably been wondering where I’ve been and what I’ve been doing since I left XWL.



{Daniel Bryan}
Well I’ve been around this entire world, honing my craft and making myself the absolute best wrestler that I could become. I’ve learned from the best that planet Earth has to offer and I’ve became humbled by it. I used to think I was the best professional wrestler in the entire world once upon a time, but from my travels, I’ve learned that was not the case. But that was then…



{Daniel Bryan}
After learning all I could from every person I came into contact with during my travels, I now am confident that there is no better wrestler in this entire WORLD than me! So to get back to why I returned to XWL. I came back to show this company that no one in the world is better than me!



{Daniel Bryan}
Nobody in the back can outperform me in this ring on their best night. I know that, you know that, and they WILL know that. I’ve come to lead XWL into a new existence, an existence where I am the number one wrestler in this company, each and every single night! If I have to come out here every week and prove it to everybody, I will. And I’m going to start tonight with Matt Sydal. He's an amazing competitor and I have a ton of repsect for Matt, but that's as far as it goes. Im going to defeat him tonight and keep proving that I am the best in XWL! If you agree with me, JUST SAY YES!

The crowd starts chanting YES! YES! YES! and continues while Daniel throws his mic out of the ring and adamantly throws his hands up and screams YES! Anarchy fades to commercial with a shot of the audience chanting YES!

Wyatt makes his way into the ring and grabs a mic





WYATT
Tonight i face a man who seeks to take the crown from your false king, Dean Ambrose. Roman, you and Dean fight over nothing more then a prop of the light. A prop used to control and make men chase false hopes. Men who are not worthy of the beauty, of the hope the Darkness gives. Men who-




Reigns comes into the ring and stares down Wyatt.





He takes the mic from Wyatt




[Roman Reigns]
"Now listen here big man. You have barely been here for a cup of coffee and you walk out here, with your head held high, your firefly's in the crowd cheering you on and you get in this ring, my ring and you start to talk your nonsense again. You start to run down my brother, your World Heavyweight Champion, Dean Amborse and even worse, you start to talk about me chasing after a prop? Hell, you are either the dumbest son of a bitch in this company, or the bravest."

Roman Reigns lowers the microphone down for a second as he looks right into the eyes of Bray Wyatt and he sees that this man is not playing around, that he is serious and that Roman will indeed has his hands full with him tonight.

[Roman Reigns]
"Bray, you may be undefeated here, you may have every single god damn right to be confident going up against me, but there is one little thing you have forgotten. I am not a bad guy. I am not a good guy. I am THE guy. I am your next World Heavyweight Champion, but more importantly than all of that Bray, I am the guy who is about to kick your ass all around this ring and end your undefeated steak, believe that!"

Roman Reigns would then throw the microphone right out of the ring as he gets into the face of Bray Wyatt. Both men are face to face, trash talking as the referee gets in between them and pushes them apart as they back away from one another as the bell rings to start the match.

Roman Reigns had done it, he had defeated Bray Wyatt when Bray Wyatt had tried to cheat to gain an edge over him. Roman Reigns stands over him and then bends down and picks up the baseball bat. Bray Wyatt would then roll out of the ring, holding his stomach as he starts to walk up the ramp to the back, keeping his eye on Roman Reigns who merely holds up the baseball bat and then brings it down over his knee, snapping it in two. He then leans over the ropes and throws both pieces out of the ring as he glares on at Bray Wyatt.

[Roman Reigns]
"Bray, a real man fights like a man, you just got taught a lesson in respect boy. Take your sorry excuse for a man to the back, lick your wounds and remember this moment, the moment where you were defeated by the next World Heavyweight Champion!"




[Michael Cole]
Oh, boy.

Roman's face almost falls, the theme hitting. Out onto stage comes the infamous trio, Seth Rollins along with J&J Security. They all have gruesome smiles on their face, heading down the ramp, eyes on Roman Reigns. Reigns tosses the mic over his shoulder, backing into the center of the ring, prepping for battle. The trio surround the ring, much like they did last week with Dean Ambrose, mimicking the Shield. All three climb their way up onto the apron. Much like Dean, Reigns shoots right for Rollins, who drops off the apron. J&J then rush the ring, pouncing on Roman. Reigns is beating them back, but struggling after the match he just had. Roman pushes both back, catching Noble with a nasty uppercut, then following with a few body shots to Mercury. From behind comes Rollins, catching Reigns with a huge chop block, taking his legs out from under him. Then the beat down begins. The all stomp him, determined to teach him a lesson about meddling in Authority affairs.

[Jerry Lawler]
Wait, is that!? It is! That's Dean Ambrose hopping over the barricade.

Dean, knowing better than to try the entrance ramp comes leaping over the barricade, sliding under the ropes and into the ring. He catches the trio off guard, darting right for Seth Rollins. He spears him, unleashing a flurry of blows on him. J&J let up on Roman to go after Dean who has pummeled Rollins to the mat. The duo attack Dean, allowing Rollins to grab the bottom rope and drag himself out of the ring, backing up the ramp. Dean is forced to leave Rollins alone and focus on the duo at hand. He sends Noble right into Reigns, who greets him with a superman punch, dropping him to the mat and him rolling outside of the ring. Then Mercury is tossed over the top by Dean who rips off his hoodie, beyond pumped. He looks to the crowd, then to J&J who sit recouperating right at ringside, at the bottom of the ramp. Ambrose takes off to the ropes, then darts back, diving through the middle of the ropes, connecting with a suicide dive, scattering J&J Security. From the top of the ramp, Rollins watches on in horror as Dean rolls back in the ring, finding Roman. Dean turns to Rollins, nodding. He then extends a fist to Roman, who gives one back.

[Michael Cole]
Oh my. The Authority has just reunited two thirds of the hounds of justice. This is bad for them.

[JBL]
Roman literally just said he was gonna be the next champ. Why is Dean being stupid enough to stand in the same ring as his challenger?

[Jerry Lawler]
Because they have bigger fish to fry, obviously.

Sure enough Dean and Roman stare down Rollins until the commercial break hits.

A recap of what went down when Shinsuke Nakamura returned last week plays for the audience in attendance and at home, we see clips of his immediately captivating entrance, followed by the unexpected and confusing at first arrival of Matt Sydal, followed by snippets of their back and forth war of the words...but then we see a third man joined in on the verbal exchange, Eric Young. Eric would flat out lay into Sydal with a verbal lashing the likes of which we've never seen from Eric before, and then a challenge would be accepted...Eric Young offered to give Nakamura one hell of a return mach, and that match is TONIGHT. Once the video ends, we find ourselves now taken somewhere within the backstage area, where Renee Young is walking and talking once she's live.





[Renee Young]
As we all saw, last week international SUPERSTAR Shinsuke Nakamura made his long awaited return to XWL, and immediately found himself involved in a bit of a love, mostly hate triangle between Eric Young, and Matt Sydal. The two men that fought the night before on the grand stage in a TLC match for The Intercontinental Championship. While Eric didn't win at Final Stand, he didn't let that get him down, he is more motivated than ever, and that is why he saw an opportunity...a chance to shut Matt up once and for all, something you on Social Media have been begging someone to do for quite some time...and also give Shinsuke the return he deserves, the return the fans want to see...Eric Young, versus Shinsuke Nakamura....and tonight...that is what WILL happen. It's our Main-Event, and with such a huge match ahead, I wanted to get a word with The King of Strong Style himself, word is...he's around here somewhere so let's see if we can find him.



With us the viewers following along behind her thanks to our best friend the camera, Renee walks through the surrounding area in search of the man that made headlines with his return. "I see someone!" she excitedly exclaims, picking up the pace as she gets closer and closer...until all of a sudden, she stops in her tracks, and lets out the most disgusted sound we've ever heard her make.  


[Renee Young]
Ugh, anyone but him...


Before she can flee the scene, we see the cause for her disgust, and it's none other than her favorite superstar to interview...Matt Sydal. He steps into frame, noticing Renee's lack of desire, and feints a pout.  


[Matt Sydal]
Aw, what's the matter? Looking for someone else?



[Renee Young]
Well, yes actually...


[Matt Sydal]
Well have no fear, for Matt...Sydal, is HERE...here, to save you from whatever loser you had your sights set on.



[Renee Young]
Oh joy, but I think I'll have to take a rain check...I was looking for Shinsuke Nakamura...he's had all of XWL abuzz with his return last week...and as much as I'm sure everyone would love to get a word, or several hundred...from you, I'd really like to find out what Shinsuke's return actually means, so if you'll excuse me...



Renee tried to walk past him, but Matt gets in her way, blocking her path...prompting another deep, and quite loud sigh as she realizes she's not going to escape this unfortunate meeting as easily as she hoped.  



[Matt Sydal]
I'll tell you what it means, absolutely....NOTHING! He's a never was, that's come back to grab the spotlight for a month, before falling into his rightful place of mediocrity. So I wouldn't bother wasting my time with the likes him...especially not when you could interview me, and my current plans to reclaim my rightful place...at the top.



[Renee Young]
With all due respect, I think I've pretty much heard the same tune every time we meet. You're the best, no one measures up, you're going to do this, and then...you do it, see? I've got you down, all of XWL knows you and your game, so I'd like to actually talk to someone that doesn't have a checklist for every interview.



With each time Renee has the task of interviewing Matt Sydal, she grows more and more intolerant of his behavior, his antics, and it's clear that tonight...she's having none of it. A fact that almost wipes the smirk off of Matt's face, but not before he masks it with a quick roll of the eyes. 



[Matt Sydal]

[Renee Young]
Longest reigning World Heavyweight Champion, yeah...we know, we've heard this story....every...single....WEEK. Here's something new, since you wanna do this whole interview thing, thoughts on NOT reclaiming The Intercontinental Championship at Final Stand?


[Matt Sydal]
Sheamus never pinned me, he proved no-



[Renee Young]
Great, an excuse...didn't see that one coming. Okay so here's a topic you can't really warp into something else, last week Eric Young practically decimated you with mere words, silencing you for the first time since you returned back in November. So care to comment on him flat out saying you're harping too much on what you did five years ago, because you haven't done anything worth bragging about lately?




Once again, Matt slips out of that arrogant demeanor, this isn't what he signed up for...and you can almost see a twinkle of regret in his eye as he tries to get the gears working in his head. 


[Matt Sydal]
Well I'm so sorry if me telling the truth is so overbearing, but at least I've ACTUALLY done something. What has Eric done, huh? NOTHING. He's a loser, a loser that's trying to make a name for himself by lashing out at me...when in reality, he should be lashing out at himself for the sheer fact that despite that cute little video package highlighting his nothing career at Final Stand, he still went on to accomplish, exactly what he's accomplished since arriving here....NOTHING! So forgive me if I don't hold what he said with any merit, considering he has NO merit of his own.



[Renee Young]
You don't have to have accomplishments to realize that after about the five year mark, it becomes less about what you once did, and more about what have you done for me lately? Which, to use your favorite word...is NOTHING.


Realizing he's not talking his way out of where this "interview" is, or continues to head...he starts to show irritation of his own. 


[Matt Sydal]
Are you kidding me? Aren't you supposed to be unbiased? Did you plan this? I bet you weren't even looking for that Japanese Jackass, were you? You just wanted to come and back your not so secret stupid relative.

[Renee Young]
What?! What the hell are y-


[Matt Sydal]
Oh don't play dumb now, Blondie...you think I don't know there's some hidden relation between you and Eric Young? Do you take me for a fool or something? I bet he put you up to this, he needed people talking about him, and here comes his twice removed, distant second, third cousin Renee Young to grant him his little shred of "relevancy."



[Renee Young]
Okay now you're just talking straight nonsense. You wanted an interview, and you're not giving me straight answers. So maybe don't ask for, what you can't handle. It's not my fault if Eric, whom I am in NO way related to, we just so happen to share a last name..it's quite popular, Layla now has the same last name by marriage...that doesn't mean we're all related. But it's not my fault that Eric's the talk of XWL after last week. He said what so many have wanted to say, and instead of challenging their claims, you completely prove them true. You haven't done anything to make yourself worth talking to, or about. While other people, including your opponent tonight...have.



[Matt Sydal]
You...now you're just trying to rile me up...NOBODY GIVES A DAMN ABOUT DANIEL BRYAN! He's never done anything except make return, after return, after return, after return, after return, AFTER FREAKING RETURN. The same thing over and over, I've been training, I've been honing my craft, I'm the best blah blah blah, and in one month's time, a week after Shinsuke Nakanobodygivesadamn...leaves, he'll be right out the door behind him. Because while I actually accomplish things, these losers that keep turning up like pesky weeds arrive, make a claim they can't back up, and leave us with empty broken promises that never come to fruition. If Daniel wants to lie to himself and all of these people ever year, by all means...but if he thinks he's seriously going to be leaving this arena with the audience chanting that stupid phrase of his as he leaves victorious...then I've got just one thing to say about that...


Matt then does what he does best, which is proceed to mock his opponent, and since his opponent is Daniel Bryan....he starts to cross his arms and extend them out over and over shouting "NO!" several times, to which Renee has had enough of. 



[Renee Young]
You know what, I'm done. It is TWO....THOUSAND...AND SIX....TEEN! That is FIVE, at least FIVE...years after you made headlines, you had all of XWL a buzz...you did all of these things...when's the last time you proved you were a threat? Exactly, all you are, is a constant reminder of what was, instead of you are now. Which, you might not want to admit it, is a man that despite claiming he was "reborn" the only change you've undergone is your name, your attitude...your overbearing need to remind us of what you've done before, it's all the same. The only message you send, is a sad one...one, that nobody cares to hear anymore. So good luck tonight against Daniel Bryan. Whether you win or you lose...I'm sure you'll be here next week with another repeat performance where you proceed to talk yourself up as the greatest superstar, and downplay the people ACTUALLY making a mark in XWL TODAY. Now if you'll excuse me, I'd like to talk to someone that won't give me the same song and dance, someone that's hungry to be in the spotlight, someone that hasn't grown complacent....which, given the current state of XWL, could practically be ANYONE but YOU. Have a good night, let's NOT do this again.


He's stood in disbelief, as the freaking backstage corespondent...walks off, after telling him off, and pretty much repeating in ways the message of Eric Young from last week. Matt's much like last week, stood in silence...his wall is down, his emotions are in full view of everyone...and it's not that cocky arrogant expression...it's one of frustration, one...of almost...embarrassment. He's the longest reigning World Heavyweight Champion in history dammit, how is that suddenly being used against him? How is he sinking so low in a matter of weeks, what's changed? EVERYTHING? We can see it in his eyes, he wanted to quip back at her and tell her she's wrong, that Eric was wrong...but, maybe the reason he hasn't, is because as much as we know he'd never admit it...they ARE right. The feed cuts, as Matt stands there, speechless....filled with emotion, emotion that will either hurt....or help him in his match with the returning Daniel Bryan in just a little bit.   

We return after a quick commercial break following Renee Young's outburst and rekting Matt Sydal to a shot of Becky Lynch sitting on the steps outside her Dublin, Ireland residence. She holds a camera with her good hand as her left hand and wrist are still covered by a bright orange cast, now having a few drawings of stars and smiley faces on it.

[Becky Lynch]
Sasha...I just don't get ya sometimes. Down in the developmental system, we were thicker than thieves. You, me, Bayley, Charlotte. The four of us were best mates...until Bayley got the call-up. And then ya changed.

Becky looks down with a bit of a somber tone in her voice as she continues.

[Becky Lynch]
Ya became self-centered, obnoxious...and just a straight up twat! I didn't think it could get any worse after Final Stand when ya cheated to win...then again, I didn't think it'd get any worse after ya tried to snap my neck with the ropes in my debut match. But then...ya went and snapped me hand. Well, Banksy...sooner or later, I will be back. And I won't stop coming after you until I give you the arse-whooping you so desperately deserve. You want to start a war with a pissed off Irish Lasskicker? You bloody well got one. And I won't stop until I take your arm. I won't just break it...I won't just dislocate it. I'm takin' yer arm...and I'm going to mutilate it. I won't stop until they have to bleedin' amputate it. Because we Irish...we don't take sneak attacks lightly...and you shouldn't be takin' me lightly either, Sasha.

[Becky Lynch]
We were the best of friends, thick as thieves, two peas in a pod. I have no puns for you...I just have the worst arsekicking of your life coming your way very, very soon. See ya then, Banksy...or...maybe you'll just have to keep looking over your shoulder.

Becky looks in the camera with a blazing look of anger in her eyes before setting the camera down on the steps as the segment comes to a close.

Sheamus for the last couple weeks all i hear you do is profess and whine about being the best man in this company.  The way I see it is that you haven't defended your title by pinning someone to the mat 1,2,3.  Now, because you think you are so superior and I am inferior to you Sheamus then you shouldn't have a problem  defending your title against me in a Raven's Rules match.  I am curious to know if you are as confident as you come across just like I said last week.  And still here we are tonight and you are rambling about the same bullshit and not accepting my challenge.  It doesn't matter if you accept it or not because when I drop you with the DDT you will no longer be the Intercontinental champion.

Welcome Ladies and gentleman, Michael Cole here backstage with a man who needs no introduction, Mr. Austin Aries.

So Austin, since your return in XWL you have been back and forth with choice rivals such as Matt Sydal and even ‘The Phenomenal One” AJ Styles care to express your feelings about those 2?
[Austin Aries]
Sure Michael, now let’s start off with the one the only Mr. “Reborn” Matt Sydal.
That man has a record on him I will say that! Uhm you know as a wrestler the guy is amazing, time and time again he has proved why he is the most decorated Wrestler in XWL History, but his attitude not so much. To be honest I would have no issues wrestling a man like Matt Sydal as long as I don’t have to hear him talk.


[Michael Cole]
And what do you mean by that?


[Austin Aries]
Well it’s simple you see, everywhere you go the man is talking this and talking that and boasting about it. Like I understand you are a top dog in XWL but you don’t always have to boast about it, like I’m “The Greatest Man That Ever Lived” but you don’t see me going around telling everyone that week in and week out you know? Now AJ Styles, not much words for that man that I haven’t said before. I like his wrestling ability, just not his attitude.


[Michael Cole]
Let’s rewind a few months back to when you were selected to get an opportunity at the Intercontinental Championship in a tournament style match. You made it into the triple threat at the PPV only to fall short to Sheamus grabbing that title. What were your Emotions like when it was all over?


[Austin Aries]
Well to be quite honest with you I was hurting, I was exhausted, I had so many emotions mixed in my head, but at the same time I was ok with how the match ended. The cards fell where they may and he just so happen to have a hell of a hand. I respect Sheamus, he is a no nonsense type guy kind of like me.


[Michael Cole]
Let’s talk about Final Stand, you were scheduled to be in a 2 out of 3 falls match, but instead was turned into a 3 stages of hell match.


[Austin Aries]
Oh man, well that was definitely something, I was backstage when I heard Lilian Announce the match, and when I heard, I knew something had to be wrong.
But I was always taught to be prepared for anything, so when I heard I knew I had to go out there and do my job no questions asked. Now unfortunately I fell quite short in that match but again I was ok with that because you can’t win them all.


[Michael Cole]
One last thing before we go, you seem to be lying a bit low so to speak since Final Stand, care to elaborate on that?


[Austin Aries]
Uhm, you know I’ve been laying low for a reason, I’ve been letting the card fall in their place. You got Sydal running his chops, as usual, Ambrose is still champ, Nakamura has returned, and Sheamus is Intercontinental champion, so when the time is right,i will take my opportunity and  I will show that  I am “The Greatest Man That Ever Lived.


[Michael Cole]

As Lillian finishes announcing him the winner of a hard fought match, Daniel Bryan rises to his feet. He's showing the effects of his impressive return victory against a game Matt Sydal. The fans are cheering him on, obviously happy that the "American Dragon" won instead of the egotistical Sydal. As the crowd feeds him energy, Bryan calls for a mic...

{Daniel Bryan}
Now that was a fight! My respect for Matt Sydal has grown with that match, even if he is full of crap most of the time. That man can go toe-to-toe with mostly anybody inside this ring. But what he and the rest of the XWL roster don't realize is that I'm not just anybody. I'm the American Dragon!

The man of YOU people!

I'm the man who's come back to XWL to takeover! Nobody in this business is going to stop me from achieving what I've came here for because nobody in this business can stop me in this ring! The day will come where the entire world will see that Daniel Bryan is back to take control of the wrestling world and nobody will stand in my way!

As Daniel Bryan finishes speaking, he tosses the mic aside and throws his arms up in the air and yells out Yes! as if it's a rallying cry. Daniel Bryan is back and seems to be showing no sign of giving up in his mission of showing the XWL audience that he's the not just the best wrestler in this company, but in the entire world. Daniel Bryan is seen exiting the ring with the crowd chanting Yes! as Anarchy fades into the next segment.

Anarchy comes back from a commercial break, showing a backstage area. The crowd pops immedieatly as we come to find Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns in front of the camera.



The duo are talking to one another, but when they see the camera they turn to stand before it, a frustrated look on there face with everything that has happened. Dean is seen pacing back and forth but he's the one to take the first words.

[Dean Ambrose]
Stephanie McMahon and Triple H think they got it all figured out, don't they? They think they know how we work huh? Well they don't know, A  DAMN THING! Let me just lay it out right now for ya both right here, right now. You are done, attempting to attack people. You are DONE, attacking me. You are DONE, attacking my brotha. Because now, it's on. Because now, I have a friend in this nitty gritty war we've been waging. Now I got Roman. One of the baddest dudes here, determined to do one thing, and that's get his hands on the Authority.

Dean turns his back on the camera, provoking Roman to speak to the camera now.

[Roman Reigns]
"You know, I have not been here as long as Dean has been, but I have been here long enough to see the kind of game that Stephanie McMahon and Triple H are playing. All they want is puppets on a string. They want a champion that will do whatever they say, be there little puppet. Basically hold the title for Triple H and do whatever he says without question. It happened with ever single World Heavyweight Champion here, except for this man right here, my friend, my brother, Dean Ambrose! He would now bow down to them. He would not bend the knee to them. He is his own man who has never taken a handout in his entire career. That's why I love this man right here, that's why this man is family to me, because everything he is and has today, he earned it himself. He worked for that World Heavyweight Championship and Stephanie McMahon and Triple H just cannot except that, they cannot stand that Dean is the man of XWL and what they call best for business is attacking Dean and trying to take him out of XWL. Well what I think is best for business is Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose brining the fight right to Stephanie McMahon and Triple H and giving them a taste of their own medicine."

The crowd would cheer for Roman as he runs his hand through his hair slicking it all the way back as he then raises his hand in the air and balls it into a fist. He then moves the other hand towards it and moves it up and down as if he was loading his fist as if it were a gun ready to be fired.

[Roman Reigns]
"We never started this. We never did anything to Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, but they have taken issue with us. they have cost us matches and they have been trying to put us out on the bench. They are throwing everything at us thinking we will just fold, but they have no idea who they are going up against. We are The Shield! Forget about Seth Rollins who finds joy in licking the boots of Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, me and Dean, we are truly a shield and everything they throw at us, we will easily deflect it and throw it right back at them, with some extra force added in for good measure. They started this fight and we, hell we are going to end it."

[Dean Ambrose]
Shield, Ambrose and Reigns, Champion and Contender. It doesn't matter. It won't matter until we walk into Downpour. That leaves quite a lot of time to figure out how to deal with the Authority. I went through hell and still walked out with the World Heavyweight Championship. You chose to pick a fight with me. But I ain't alone no more. You just opened up the doors to your own demise because now, I'm not alone. Now, I'm taking a stand. Now, WE, are taking a stand against you. Earlier tonight you used your cheap tactics and goons to try and take out Roman. Last week, you tried the same with me. Next week, it's your turn.

Dean runs a hand through his hair, and then looks directly at the camera.

[Dean Ambrose]
Let me put it this way: Next week two thirds of the Shield are walking out to that ring and not leaving until we get a fight. It's been a long time since I chose to fight against the side of injustice, mostly because I didn't care, but now, it's happening. You just opened the doors for the hounds to dart through and you best believe we got our teeth out, ready to rip open some throats. So, whether you like it or not, you best comply. Because Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns are united and ready to kick some Authority ass!

Dean turns around, kicking the wall behind him from all the energy he's been bottling up and gaining from his speech. He storms off, leaving Roman Reigns to finish the message.

[Roman Reigns]
"BELIEVE THAT!"

We return backstage following the previous match and there stood Stephanie McMahon, her attention on the phone that she held in her hands as fingers moved across the screen. Who she was texting was something we didn't know but that didn't really matter considering a couple moments later did we hear a knock at the door.



She lifts her head and looks at the door that is out of the camera's view.

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
Come in!

Stephanie shouts as her phone gets slipped into her pocket, a small smile appearing on her face once she is able to see who it was. But once the fans do, the reaction is different. It's Sasha Banks. She's greeted with not the nicest of reactions after what happened last week when attacking Becky Lynch upon her arrival to the arena. But she doesn't seem phased by what she did, in fact she's probably proud of her actions.

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
Hello there, Sasha. How can I help you?

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
Yes, actually. You watched my match last week against Natalya, yes?

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
You mean the match that was supposed to be a triple threat until Becky Lynch's hand was broken, yes?

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
Yeah, whatever. I'm actually here because I wanted to submit an in-person complaint about a certain Hart. You saw the ending of the match, didn't you? Where Natalya thought it would be an amazing idea to try out a new move against me? She didn't beat me because she was the better woman that night, no. Only in her dreams could she ever be better than The Boss. That pathetic excuse of a Hart beat me because her recklessness injured me.

But Stephanie of course had a hard time buying that. A little laugh escaped the elder woman as she shook her head at the woman who stood with her in the office.

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
Now Sasha, Natalya is one of our better wrestlers and I highly doubt she injured you. We've seen her compete in plenty of matches and no one has ever submitted a complain about her working a little too stiff.

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
Oh, really? Well I'm so sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that streak is now broken. You don't have to take my word, so how about you take my doctor's word who said I wasn't cleared to compete.

Sasha reaches into the back pocket of the jeans she wore and pulled out a folded up piece of paper. The Boss handed it over to Stephanie who unfolded it and began to read it over. She was certain that this would be some kind of fake but everything about it looked real. It had an actual doctor's name on it, a signature and everything. Stephanie looks a bit puzzled, it's a legitimate note...but, before she could respond to Sasha's note excusing her from competition due to an "injury" a light knock at the open office door is heard, and stepping in just a second later....is the woman apparently responsible for said injury, Natalya.  

[Natalya]
Hey Stephanie, I-

Nattie stops herself mid-sentence, noticing that she's not alone, and that her opponent from last week...Sasha Banks is standing there along with the woman she came to see. 

[Natalya]
Oh, hey Sasha...didn't mean to barge in like this, I just wanted to drop off Becky's doctor's note for her...after, what went down last week...she kind needs to stay clear of....

Natalya glances at Sasha for a moment, before continuing. 

[Natalya]
Well, environments like this until she makes a full recovery. But I can just come back later, sorry for intruding.

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
Actually, Sasha here...was just dropping off a, doctor's note...of her own.

Natalya looks a bit confused, she's not one to take part in drama so obviously she doesn't bring up the ironic justice that's apparently taken place on Becky's behalf...and instead is intrigued by what her note is for. 

[Natalya]
Oh, that's unfortunate...what happened, Sasha?

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
Oh please, like you actually care.

Sasha then proceeds to roll her eyes, not buying whatever act she thought Natalya was playing.

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
But I'll flatter you, Boo Boo. Last week a certain someone got a little rough with me. A certain someone thought it was good to bring out a new maneuver without practicing it a couple of times prior I'm sure. A certain someone was so careless that they'd rather purposefully injure another diva in the ring just because they are bitter that their friend had an unfortunate accident.

She paused for a second, a disgusting taste filling her mouth as she thought back to the match they had the previous week where Nattie kept Sasha down for the three count.

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
Yeah, I'm talking about you by the way since I know you're not exactly the brightest diva we've got.

And then her attention turns back to Stephanie who looked to move in a little further, acting as if she was ready to keep the two apart if need be.

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
So, I guess that means you'll have to inform Emma that our match tonight won't be happening. And when she asks why? You can tell her it's all Nattie's fault.


[Natalya]
First of all, if you spent your time following the division you're supposed to be apart of, instead of cowardly attacking Becky last week you'd have seen that we are not "divas" anymore, we are SUPERSTARS. Secondly, I don't need to be the brightest, prettiest, thinnest, youngest, or most drama obsessed...because what I am is a professional that has trained in the dungeon, perfecting moves like The N-Powerbomb. Last, but far from the least...what you did to Becky, was NOT an accident, an accident is bumping into someone in the hall, so I wouldn't call assaulting someone from behind with a tire iron, then breaking their hand with said tire iron, an "unfortunate accident." I wasn't born yesterday, so save the drama for your mama, because I'm not here to be made a fool of by a women that's clearly just trying to draw attention away from her unprovoked attack that ACTUALLY left someone injured.

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
Oh Nattie, you don't think I know what I said to you? I said you're a Diva because that's what you are. You're a Diva. You're the past. You've been apart of this company since just about day one, don't bother correcting me if I'm wrong because yeah, don't care, and it's time you step aside and let the now shine. Me? I'm the now. I'm a woman unlike you.

And then her eyes glance over to that doctor's not that she brought in for a quick second.

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
But of course, I can't shine because you are a danger to this division and the future of it. Maybe I did Becky Lynch a favor because if it wasn't me who took her out of action, it would've been you. Is it because you're scared seeing talented woman such as myself come in that you have to physically take the competition out in order to make yourself be noticed? Looks like it.

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
Ladies...

[Natalya]
Hold your horses for one gosh darn minute, Sasha...you're the "now?" Well Stephanie, looks like the division is in trouble if the "now" can't take a Powerbomb.

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
Okay let's just...

[Natalya]
You need to settle your teakettle, Missy. How dare you challenge my professionalism, how dare you claim that I'm trying to fearfully take out my competition, when that's EXACTLY what you ACTUALLY did last week! I don't want trouble, I don't want drama...but when you question my ethics, that's when trouble comes knocking at your door, so I'd think long and hard as to whether or not you should answer, or pretend you're not home.


LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
Am I supposed to be afraid of this trouble you speak off? Let me remind you that I'm the boss and I'm not afraid of you or anyone else. I will gladly open that door you speak of.

But that was when Stephanie heard enough from the two woman and put herself in-between the two, not wanting the argument to possibly escalate into something much worse.

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
Enough! That's enough from the both of you! Sasha, I think it's best if you head back to your hotel room and get some rest seeing as you are injured. And as for you Nattie, you still have a match to get ready for later tonight, yes? Against Michelle McCool if I remember correctly. I think it's best if you go get ready for that.

Sasha has her eyes narrowed in on Natalya, annoyed beyond belief that Natalya would have the nerve to talk to her like that. But The Boss doesn't say another word, rather letting her actions do the talking. This was something she wouldn't soon forget. Sasha looks back at Stephanie, her expression changing as she gives Stephanie a quick 'thank you' before backing herself out of the office, leaving only Natalya and Stephanie as we fade out..

AJ stands above Dean, grabbing him by his hair, dragging him to his feet. Dean pushes him back however, causing AJ to bounces off the ropes. He collides with Dean on the rebounds, pushing Dean back. Ambrose drops into the seconds rope, bouncing off of it and clocking AJ with his rebound lariat. Ambrose and AJ have both collapsed but Ambrose begins to stir, gnawing at the gums to get a win here. He climbs to his feet using the ropes. He turns around, grabbing AJ by his ears from behind. As he drags AJ up, AJ break free leaping and cutting back flip, connecting with a Pale Kick.

Styles is feeling it as he jumps back to his feet, rushing to the outside, grabbing the ropes and setting up for the phenomenal forearm. Dean staggers and gets to his feet turning to Styles who jumps onto the top rope then leaps across the ring. Ambrose ducks the arm, causing Styles to land awkwardly. AJ rolls and hits his feet turning to Dean who is already on him, hooking the arms and dropping him with Dirty Deeds. Dean covers and gets the three count with no issue. Following immediately, Dean rolls out of the ring, snatching up a chair in case the Authority tries to attack him. He carries it up the ramp and into the back as his theme blasts over the airwaves.

XWL returns from a commercial break where once again we find Renee Young. She smiles, happy as always, even having had to deal with Matt Sydal earlier in the evening. She begins to speak.

[Renee Young]
Ladies and Gentlemen, I want to first apologize for my actions earlier during my interview with Matt Sydal. I got off topic and a bit unprofessional. Secondly, I'd like to say that I'm continuing the hunt for the newest signing to XWL, Shinsuke Nakamura. The King of Strong Style has been said to be warming up near this area of the building, and I plan to-

"HEY!"

Renne is caught off guard but turns around just in time to meet a figure head on. This man, beardy and quite ridiculous embraces Renee who looks rather confused by this.

[Renee Young]
Um, Eric. What are you doing?

[Eric Young]
I'm hugging my long lost cousin of course! What are you doing?

Still locked in the hug, Renee responds, trying to free herself.

[Renee Young]
I was looking for Shinsuke Nakamura to interview-

Eric pulls back, hands still locked onto Renee's shoulders.

[Eric Young]
Forget about him! What about that Sydal!? He thinks he can talk anyway to my little cousin then he's wrong!

[Renee Young]
Eric we aren't-

[Eric Young]
I would go and give him a piece of my mind if it wasn't for the fact you did it already. Go you. I'm so proud of you.

And back to the hug we go. Renee sighs, giving up on trying to get free.

[Renee Young]
Eric I really need to interview-

[Eric Young]
Interview!? Well why didn't you just say so!?

Young lets go of Young, hardy har har, and then proceeds to stand up straight, fixing his shirt, licking his finger and whipping it along his eyebrows to make sure he looks presentable. He then looks to his "younger cousin" as though to tell her he is ready. She places her face into the palm of her hand. Eric reaches over slowly, placing a finger on her head and lifting it up, then moving the mic to her lips. He pauses, then moves his fingers to the edges of her lips, fixing it into a smile. She can't help but to actually smile, being pleased that Eric is so ridiculous. It's almost cute.

[Renee Young]
Fine, fine. I'll interview you. But won't Matt get jealous?

[Eric Young]
Sydal? I mean maybe. He obviously has a crush on you.

[Renee Young]
No, not that idiot! Striker! Your best friend? Your personal interviewer it seems like.

[Eric Young]
Nah, he'll be fine. We are cousins after all.

[Renee Young]
But we aren't- Just, never mind. I'm sure that the world wants to know, what is on your mind going into this match tonight with one of the top talents of the world, Shinsuke Nakamura.

Young extends the mic to Young, haha, ha. ha. Anyways, Eric then responds, fairly happy.

[Eric Young]
Tonight is going to be one of the most crucial nights of my career. Nakamura is a name heard all around the world. He is the face of his home nation. But he hasn't made a statement in XWL yet. He hasn't made a name for himself here. That's what it means tonight is winning his debut match, giving him the chance to make a name for himself. But that won't be at my expense. I have a career to look out for myself. I need to show the world, and the people in charge around here that I am the best at what I do, and beating Nakamura is the first step towards that.

[Renee Young]
Most people would consider you one of the main members of the XWL roster. If not THE main member of the XWL roster, considering you've been here the longest. Do you think this match is going to challenge your stake at that claim?

[Eric Young]
I've never made that claim, and I will never make that claim. I'm not the face of XWL nor will I probably ever be. And that's the way I like it. I'm the underdog. I'm the unheard voice in the crowd. But I am the one who shows up when every one else opts out. I'm the guy with the heart in the room. I'm the guy who will look down the biggest and baddest dude in the room and call him out to a fight. That's what I did with Nakamura. He's suppose to be the baddest dude in the room. I'm going to prove that the baddest dude in the room, is in fact, me.

[Renee Young]
You're not the only guy who wants to prove that. Another attempted to prove that by coming out and interupting Nakamura just last week and myself earlier tonight. Ugh. You said a lot of things to Sydal and some think that it was a totally different side of you. A less fun loving side. Can you address these claims for us?

[Eric Young]
Anything for you cuz. During my darkest hours when I didn't believe in myself, or the people in the crowd supporting me, I went down to that ring and Sydal talked to me like I was a bug on his precious sofa. He talked down to me, like I was a dog. Which you should never talk to like that. Dogs are great. Most importantly, you shouldn't talk to me like that. Sydal obviously missed out on watching XWL when he took his long hiatus. He missed out on me busting my ass to get to the top of this company. Over coming obstacle after obstacle to gain what I thought was mine while he was expecting it all on a silver platter. That's the issue I have with Sydal. He's a jerk. He's a bully. I don't tolerate bullies. I said everything I meant, but that doesn't change me. I'm the same old, fun loving self!

[Renee Young]
And do you have any words for Shinsuke Nakamura?

[Eric Young]
It's "Showtime!"

[Renee Young]
Thank you so much. Now if you don't mind I-

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?"

[Eric Young]
Oh no. Run.

Renee is fairly confused but EY pushes her away, turning away from her, finding Matt Striker entering the screen.

[Eric Young]
Oh, hey! Hey buddy. How uh, how's it going?

[Matt Striker]
I should be asking you how your interview was going since you had SOMEONE ELSE DO IT FOR YOU!

[Eric Young]
It's not what it looks like! That's my-

[Matt Striker]
New personal interviewer!? Yeah, sounds about right. You can find a new place to sleep tonight you jerk!

Striker turns away in a huff, storming off out of view.

[Eric Young]
Matt, no!

Eric runs after him as Renee steps back into view of the camera, shaking her head, sighing loudly. The camera then fades out to a hype for Downpour.

Anarchy returns from a brief commercial break and we’re taken backstage to correspondent Todd Grisham and a guest

Well, if I may, I’d like to first talk about your match at Final Stand. In what sure was one highly dramatic match, as we all saw you didn’t emerge the victor but, instead you chose to attack Mia after the match? Care to elaborate more on that?

She scoffs before speaking

What’s there to say exactly? Y’all saw the finish to the match. I had gotten my arm up before the referee’s hand hit the mat. There’s no reason she should’ve been announced the winner. So, rather than try and argue with the referee and change his mind, I took matters into my own hands. Mia was able to get up and walk away wasn’t she? So what’s the big deal?

Todd speaks again as calmly as possible as to not agitate Michelle

Be that as it may I will assume you have to show some ounce of compassion for her? As even if you may think you’re better than her she’s still a fellow wrestler. If you won’t explain that can you give us some insight onto why you did what you did this past week?

A video package comes on the screen showing off the matchup between Layla and Mia Yim. We see in the closing moments of the match Yim is unable to stand and Layla asks for the referee to stop the match when out of nowhere Michelle is seen rushing the ring.

Layla tries to plead with Michelle to stop but Michelle ignores her for  few minutes and attacks Yim leaving her defenseless before Layla finally steps in and steps in front of Yim causing Michelle to be taken aback. Michelle smirks and backs away. The clip fades to black and we focus on Michelle who lightly laughs.

Todd goes to speak when we hear a faint scoff and the camera pans outward to reveal none other than current XWL Women‘s Champion Layla. With her championship on display over her shoulder, she stands there with a bit of a conflicted look on her face.

Excuse me Todd, I need to have a word with Michelle in private please.

He nods, stepping off camera, leaving the duo formerly known as "Lay-Cool" alone for a "private" moment that just so happens to be being broadcast to millions of people around the world.

{{Layla}}
So at the risk of us having another falling out, I wanted to come find you and talk about happened last week. I know you and Mia have had your issues the last month while I've been busy myself...

She looks down at her Women's Championship, calling attention to it as that's what she was busy winning while Mia Yim and Michelle McCool were caught in a rivalry with one another.

{{Layla}}
Normally I'd know my place, and stay out of matters that don't involve me...but that wasn't your match, it was mine. You didn't see the look in her eyes as she staggered towards my primed kick...she, she wasn't there...she, she wanted to be...but I could tell something was seriously wrong. She needed medical attention, not for you to come out of nowhere and boot her in the skull. I just wanted to apologize for having to get physical with you, I didn't wanna shove you...but you left me no choice. So, I hope there's no hard feelings...

Michelle lightly laughs and smiles as she quickly glances down at the Women's championship but then back up at Layla before speaking

To say you've been busy yourself is an understatement, hun. Speaking of which I'd like to say congrats to ya. You know how long we've been in this business together. Especially here. We've seen and done all there is to do. If anyone had to usher in this new Era of Women's wrestling as their champion I can think of no better person than you. Since we both know there ain't that many that are as driven as y'all and myself.

She pauses for a moment and sighs briefly before speaking again

As far as you and I go and you coming to Mia's aid? I don't have a problem with any of that. Although, to be completely honest, I thought you would've known to be careful. You are our champion after all. So maybe I took things a bit too far, I'll admit but, y'all know how I get. When I'm so drawn into the matches my emotions get the best of me. So I'll just say this Mia was in the wrong place at the wrong time. She's a great girl but what happened happened. There's no changing that now.

{{Layla}}
With all due respect, it was kind you that was actually in the wrong place, at the wrong time. But I'm glad we can move past that, and not let it cause old issues to resurface between us. I know we all can't get along, hell this whole...nice thing is still something that I'm working on. However, with The "Evil Queen" stopped...the last thing this division needs, is someone else taking her place and racking up a list of victims of their own. I mean last week was supposed to be a monumental achievement for all of us, 'Chelle. We're finally rid of that "diva" crap, we're superstars...and we need to have a level of respect between one another, a line we don't cross...and injuring someone, that's going too far.

Oh, so what you're saying is I'm just another "Evil Queen" like Eva Marie? Is that right, hun?

{{Layla}}
No I'd never say that, 'Chelle...it's just, I don't want you going down that path like she did. She had a list of women she put on the shelf, and well....now you've got a list of your own, I just don'-

{{Michelle McCool}}
Don- Don't what Layla? You don't want me to end up like her is that right?

Tensions between the two clearly rising as Michelle called Layla by her full name as opposed to their trademark nicknames for one another. Michelle pauses for a minute and just stares at Layla and then the title before speaking

After everything we've been through... all the ups... and the downs.. you go and say something like that to me? I may get a bit full of myself sometimes but y'all know how we used to be together in this place Lay! I guess I just can't shake some of that but you, of all people, should know to NEVER say something like that to me. I may want to be the best but you know I back it up in the ring. So things got a little heated. I apologize for that but to have YOU accuse me I just I can't... When you think you know someone... it turns out you just... don't..

The camera closes in on Michelle who seems to have a tear whelling up in her one eye. She quickly turns her head to not let the fans notice. Layla realizes what she implied and see's that she could've severed more than just a little bond between friends. She goes to speak but Michelle puts her hands up and turns and walks away. We see Layla looking sad but confused as we fade to black

Natalya has set Michelle up in a position where she could hit the N-Powerbomb when all of a sudden...



A theme song that Natalya certainly didn't want to hear after the altercation earlier in the night, Sasha Banks' theme begins to play throughout the arena and it's met with the crowd booing The Boss. But she's not here after Stephanie McMahon sent her home, right? Wrong. Sasha Banks is still in the building and Sasha Banks walks through the curtain and onto center stage with a microphone held in her hand.



The Boss just waits for her theme to die down, and once she knows that she has the full attention of Natalya who stood in the ring. It was clear that she did as Nattie let go of Michelle, no longer ready to finish the once champion off once and for all.



LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
Well, well, well. Look at that! Nattie Neidhart's looking to hurt someone else.

And then Sasha proceeds to laugh into the microphone.

LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
What's the matter? Is someone upset because I'm here?



LEGIT BOSS || SASHA BANKS
I know Stephanie told me to head back to my hotel room so I can relax and rehab my injury, but I can't sit back when I know you are out there readying yourself to hurt yet another diva. First, it was me. It was about to be Michelle and who would it have been next? Would it have been Becky if she wasn't already hurt? Or maybe it would've been Layla? You're a menace to this division, Nattie. You're a menace who's oh so easily distracted, too.

That last remark left Natalya confused. But it all made sense once Natalya turned around and she was met with a boot to her midsection which was quickly led to Michelle lifting Natalya up and setting her up for the Faith Breaker to be hit. Nattie was planted into the ground and Michelle proceeded to hook Nattie's leg and the referee dived into the pin. One!... Two!.... Three! Michelle has picked up the win following Sasha's distraction. The winner's theme begins to play throughout the arena and it's met with boos from the fans. Sasha is seen back on the stage, clearly proud that she managed to cost Natalya the win here tonight.



But The Boss doesn't stick around long considering she's smart enough to know that Natalya wouldn't be too happy with her once she came to her senses following that Faith Breaker. Sasha heads for the back after another second passes as the cameras solely focuses in on Michelle who continues to celebrate her win. That is the last image seen before Anarchy fades off into yet another commercial break.

Will this be able to put away Eric Young?


With Young struck by the "Boma Ye!" the arena's almost as exhausted as both men at this point, they've screamed for many moments during the match, and now, as Nakamura falls to his knees clearly being taken to his limits by Eric Young, the crowd wonders what could happen next. Will Shinsuke cover him in time to win? Will he take too long allowing Eric precious time to recover and-

What the heck!? What's he doing out here!?

This is the main event damn it! Come on!


Suddenly in the midst of our thought, Matt Sydal slides into the ring with purpose, sending the spent audience into an angry boo...a boo that gets louder the second Matt begins to mock Shinsuke's famous "YEAHOH!" bridging back with a smirk on his face, that only appears for a couple of seconds, before he charges at the knelt Nakamura, and connects with his own signature knee, the meteora double knee! The referee immediately calls for the bell as Matt starts to stomp on the defenseless Eric Young. The man that's stirred up a lot of trouble for him in the last week, because of what he said, everyone suddenly is making a mockery out of him, well who is laughing now? Eric's pulled up by his tights then tossed out of the ring with a thud. Matt has other plans for him, and a "BomaYe" seems to be child's play compared to what we imagine it is.

Someone needs to stop this. Sydal is attacking a defenseless Eric Young!

[Jerry Lawler]
Leave it to Sydal to attack a man who is already down and out!

This is a message. This is a message directly to Young for making a mockery out of him.

This is uncalled for! Sydal needs to stop this!

The audience continues to roar with boos, this heavily anticipated match has been spoiled, there is no winner, only losers...the audience losing the match they wanted to see, Nakamura having his debut match ruined...and Eric, after laying out the challenge, having that all be for nothing now. Matt rolls out of the ring and begins to tear apart the announce table. It’s a side of him we haven’t really seen much lately, he’s usually all about the flash, the mockery, but this...this is bent on anger...revenge for what Eric has caused him, especially tonight when he was “interviewed” or should we say embarrassed by Renee Young.

After two weeks of being embarressed, Sydal is taking out his frustrations on Eric.


Eric starts to come to slightly, lifting his body up by his hands and knees, until Matt notices this and then swiftly kicks him in the ribs, he’s upset that much is clear...what his intentions for Eric however, aren’t. Throwing aside the monitors, ripping out cords, the commentary team scattered the second they saw him approaching the table, leaving him to his message he wants to send. Matt pulls Eric up like a sack of potatoes, then tosses him onto the announce table, he looks around at the audience jeering him, then with a cold stare on his face...he methodically steps onto the table. Hoists Eric up, getting him in position for what we should have known was coming all along...The Here It Is Driver! Sydal shouts “You wanna know what I’ve done lately?! HERE IT IS IS!” and with that clear message he delivers it and then some by driving Eric into the announce table as the audience is now split with boos, and concerned silence.

As the usually braggy superstar stands over the destroyed announce table, along with the man he put through it, he’s swarmed by referees who finally decided they needed to step in. Matt throws his hands up, and starts to walk away, he’s done what he came here to do, ruin this match, ruin the moment, ruin the competitors that disrespected him last week. Or at least, so we thought. Matt turns the corner and slides back into the ring, not finished yet? He notices Shinsuke stirring, so he picks him up, then throws him through the ropes, sending him flying to the floor, and stops there? He doesn’t go after him to inflict more pain, he just takes his place in the center of the ring, extends his arms out wide, and says “THIS IS MY RING, THIS IS MINE, AND DON’T YOU FORGET IT!” Intensity in his face and tone, the camera cuts to see referees assisting Eric, and Shinsuke lying by the barricade, before we head back to the ring and zoom into Matt’s cold gaze as this week’s edition of XWL Anarchy concludes.
